Evil step sisters and mother, cheating boyfriend, going back to younger years, cold domineering CEO that can some how only be melted by the FM ...bla bla bla bla..... the list goes on and on and on same plot with very little effort to change anything but the name, same old cliché plot but she still finds her self here... again.. hoping and praying for something even the slightest bit different with a frustrated sigh Ling meili just scrolled through her phone seeing hundreds of novels with different names but same old plot, she just finished reading one more like just skimmed through the first chapters she had high hopes for it despite the cliché plot of evil step sister and mother, stupid, unreasonable and cruel father ,cheeting fiancee,cold male lead....the list goes on but you get the gist, seeing the positive reviews she bit the bullet and thought out loud "mehh how bad could it".
Boy how much she regretted it, it was okay at first she managed to get to the tenth chapter hallelujah she thought but it went south fast it became dull despite being so OP(over power) and constantly claiming to be strong and independent the female was terribly stupid the so called villains were even more so, she resisted the urge to smash her phone to the wall "stay strong this phone cost you a half a month's salary " she tried chanting to curb growing her frustration in the end she just gave up before ended up coughing blood and dying of frustration and anger.
she couldn't help but just shrugged her shoulders and sigh and shook her head like an experienced elder, looking up to the ceiling
and wrearing a rightous expression and voice
" sigh.... it so hard to find a good novel these days, where are all my favorites authors when I need you these amaturs are an insult to your work" like I could do any better she thought with a sarcastic voice and chuckled she absolutely sucked at writing novels she tried it once in college seeing her roommate doing it the results....well....it's best not knowing ignorance they say is bliss... remembering the look on her poor roommate's face made her feel weird...it's was supposedly to be a romance novel why the hell did she look as if she was watching a horror movie...and when she said "it was...great "
with a face that looked as if she swallowed a bug made me honestly ... speechless... it was on that day that I vowed to never write a story again but instead dedicate myself to the righteous part of criticizing other novels, they totally deserve it though one person writes somthing good and before you know every one is writing the same thing like what the hell men have some dignity people,
Ling Melli sigh again alas helpless novel readers like her self keep coming back no matter how cringy, no matter how cliché, no matter how tipical and predictable it get's no matter how much some lame plots just makes her want to bang her head in the wall she can't help it that people is well...persistence....(that's what she calls it) ,plus it's the only way she can escape reality and never ending load of work waiting on her laptop but most novels it just seems to be adding more stress on her ....where is the promised tranquility and satisfaction from reading a novel this is cheating ...sooo many heart renching plots...

She sighed as she saw the almost endless notification signs for more work on her laptop, she got up to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee for herself this is gonna be a long..... night.
