Wil was waiting patiently for the past ten minutes without moving from his seat. While he mentioned how his time is precious, in reality, he wasn't in any hurry at all.
He just wants to put pressure on the Queen so as to force them to make the decision.
In case they refuse this deal, he had another proposition. This time, he will just ask for money in exchange for his help and Reverie in exchange for Evelon. An extra piece of land isn't important to him. Legitimately snatching away everything from Bran will give him more happiness than anything.
And so, he waited for another five minutes before the group of four returned to the courtroom. In the meantime, he spent his time replying to the private messages sent by his friends and reading the forums.
As the Queen returned, everyone stood on their feet with respect, except for Wil who had equal status with her.
