Cao Bei looked at the young girl as if she were stupid. Why would he get involved in this? Should he get involved?
His brain processed all his thoughts in a second, something that was never possible before.
"Why?"
Cao Bei asked her.
Mu Nu could not sense any aura from Cao Bei, however, she felt in her heart that this man was unbelievably strong. The last time she went against her heart, the heavens moved against her and everything she had was lost. This time, this time she would not go against what she felt.
"Sir, my status means nothing to you. I can see that, and I have nothing to offer you that valuable. But, if you save this ones life, I am willing to give you my body."
Cao Bei could see it in her eyes, she was serious.
Although Mu Nu was a beauty, she was too young for Cao Bei. Barely developed.
Although, since he was stuck here she could provide him with entertainment.
"Alright child, I'll help you."
Cao Bei told her with a smirk.
Waving his hand in front of her, a golden scroll materialized in the air. It defied all logic. Yet Mu Nu knew that she was right. The man in front of her was the strongest person she's ever seen. Much stronger than her grandfather.
"Sign this contract."
Mu Nu looked it over and nodded her head in agreement.
She bit her thumb drawing blood then stamped her finger on the golden scroll.
"Good. Good."
As she finished, the leaves behind her fell as men in dark clothing rushed forward.
"There are only five rules you need to follow. One, kill without hesitation. Two, never listen to the enemy, kill before they attack. Three, if you see the protagonist kill them on sight. Four, my word is law. Five, reread rules one through four."
Cao Bei calmly told her as he stood up.
Mu Nu was confused, what was a protagonist? Shouldn't she listen to her enemy? It's very disrespectful to attack someone when they are unguarded.
"Who th-"
Before one of the men in dark clothing could finish speaking. Cao Bei already made his moved. An unimaginable amount of pressure weighed down on their group. Pressing them down to the ground. Their bones started to crack, as blood began to leak from their ears and nose.
"If you understand rules one through five, there is a sixth hidden rule. Leave none alive."
With that, all the men in dark clothing were flat like pancakes. Unmoving, and not breathing.
