At a café.

Three young women seated at a table near window. They were indulging in a lively chatter meanwhile their pretty faces grabbed the attention of the onlookers. Another young woman with a chubby physique, strolled towards them with a strawberry shake. While waving her hand at them, she occupied the empty chair at the table.

Krithika narrowed her eyes at the other three settled at the table as she quietly sipped her drink. The three people in the talk were completely immersed in their world while holding a phone in both hands and ignoring the delicacies in front of them. Annoyed with their actions, Krithika asked

"What has happened to you? Seriously! Stop gaping at your phones." Vidhushi, sitting opposite to her replied,

"Its nothing baby, we are just editing our pics for posting them. Don't disturb us."

and went back to looking at her phone. Arohi who was beside Krithika suddenly poked Krithika's shoulder and said seriously while showing her the phone

"See, I feel there's something missing in this pic. I'm not able to pin-point it."

"Show me. (Arohi shows the picture) Yea. Okay, wait. (Krithika does some changes) There you go! It seems good now." said Krithika while handing back the mobile.

"Good! I am gonna post it now," said Arohi at the same time wiggling her eyebrows with a wide grin. Shaking her head at Arohi, Krithika said nonchalantly

"I think pics should be natural without editing."

Just then Sanaya, who seemed invisible till then, suddenly shoved her phone to Krithika's face and said "Hey Krithika see this. I edited your pic." which sounded more like a shout. Vidhushi snatched the phone from Sanaya before Krithika could look and exclaimed,

"Baby, it really looks cool!"

A curious Arohi pulled the phone from Vidhushi. She exclaimed in a high pitch voice "Baby you look damn beautiful in this." Displeased by their attitude, Krithika took the phone from Arohi and deleted the pic without seeing it. Watching this, Sanaya got amused but smirked and said

"What happened? I thought you would be excited. You look so slim and fair in the pic after the editing. Which you aren't in reality." Hearing Sanaya, rest of them started laughing and exchanging glances. Accustomed to all these, Krithika spoke with a calm face,

"I am happy that I could make you all laugh. Now, I am off." With that, Krithika left speechless people at the table. Noticing Krithika is calm and didn't get angry with what she said, Sanaya was pissed off. Seeing the aggrieved Sanaya, Arohi stated,

"Don't mind her. She is balancing her attitude with her body weight." After hearing to Arohi said, Sanaya's expression turned better. Witnessing their conversation, Vidhushi felt uncomfortable but didn't express.

Sanaya, Arohi, Krithika, Vidhushi were classmates at the university. Sanaya, Arohi, and Vidhushi were bench mates while Krithika sat with a weird girl in class. In general, it would sound unusual for these four to became friends who had different ideologies. Sanaya is a short-tempered girl who thinks everyone should obey her and are meant to be her slaves but at the same time she is intelligent and a top-ranker along with perfect looks and figure to which boys swoon over her.

With all these positive things she became arrogant and a spoiled brat instead of being matured. After acquainting Krithika who has a cute face with a pretty smile and chubby personality, she realized she is a competitor to her studies. This annoyed Sanaya to the extent that she became a "pretentious" friend to her.

She sided with Krithika but at the same time, bad-mouthed her when she is not present. Arohi and Vidhushi are sidekicks to Sanaya. When Sanaya plans something against someone, these two execute her plan without a thought. Sanaya befriended both of them just because they belong to the same family status as hers and are loaded.

Sanaya likes to bully people but she bullies them only if they are a potential opponent to her or are arrogant towards her. It gives immense pleasure to Sanaya when people start crying in front of her for sympathy. Wreaking a person's mental strength and making them physically weak until they became a lifeless doll in front of her is what she enjoys the most. Sanaya knows that something is wrong with her behavior but she chooses to hide it instead of correcting it. Right now, Krithika is her new prey. But whatever schemes she threw at Krithika, all of them seemed to have backfired and with that, she made her ultimate goal of destroying Krithika.
