As his general gather his army steel stayed within dreadfort with Domeric Bolton. He realized the child like him as he like the child they share the same characteristics towards their enemies. As the days grows and the roya nil armies marched scorching the land a raven finally arrived at dreadfort. The letter instilled the right to become one of the lord of the north if Steel helped for he was more than willing to do. So steel joined the war of the userper in whatbhe may say was on the side of the north or Bolton's. He and Domeric became good friends throughout the day.
Domeric Bolton also called his banners and remaining men as they gathered about only 250 men were called and 3000 of Steel's samurai's. The men gathered near dreadfort and finally they were assembled within Bolton lands. The combined forces of Bolton and steel moved towards winterfell where the royal army was heading. Within a month they were within the royal army tail.
POV Domeric Bolton.
It was Domeric Bolton seeing so many people marching together, it was also his first campaign. With the stark promising to make steel minor lord even though he can come up with 3000 samurai's but steel accepted none the less. Domeric don't know what steel was thinking but as he looked towards the horizon he can feel the aura of steel men. These people cannot be underestimated. They have more aura about their brutality than the Bolton's men. He can see these people were ruthless and won't take pity on their enemies no matter who or what be they are. Loyal, brutal and unforgiving these people.
These samurai's as Steel called them looked battled hardened and blood thirsty for action, they were quiet and disciplined. They did not make a sound, the aura of death permiated through them as the army march with the Bolton's men. Domeric loved the though of someone that can rival his family brutality can be a good allies.
Steel POV
Soon they arrive at near winterfel, the scouts reported that winterfel was being sieged by the royalist army. A raven arrived for Domeric Bolton implying if Steel can lift the sige he would be made a lord with more than being a minor lord.
Steel happily accepted and moved his forces with Domeric and his bannermen forces towards winterfel. As they close winterfell the royalist army turned around so be they could meet Steel and Domeric armies.
The royalist armies consisted of 5000 men but the lot were mixed with conscripted troops which was a lot of them all the while Steel army was a standing army, also the Bolton's and their bannermen to say otherwise we're all knights.
As the armies faced off, the royalist first send their 500 mounted cavalry to try to scare Steel's samurai's but the samurai archers happily welcomed them with arrows, the enemy counted even get close and as they retreat a horn sounded and the Samurai heavy cavalry charged at the fleeing cavalry and massacred them so brutally the enemy soldiers started shaking as they saw the skill of brutally of the samurai, they showed no mercy no quarter to the enemy. Few of the enemies cavalry manage to retreat and the horn sounded again and in a discipled and orderly manner the samurai retreated towards safety.
As another horn and drums beat Steels army began marching , they have never seen such a discplined , blood thirsty army before their life. The area around Steels army just permiated with death and destruction.
Steel's army arched like a well oiled could machine , changing from defensive to be offensive and rattling the royalist army as they marched.
As it goes... Hours later be the battlefield was being cleaned, Steel's and Bolton's and their vassals army only suffered minor loses. Men were yelling being dragged off the field as they were beheaded by the samurai. Cursing and crying and begging can be heard as the samurai showed no sign of slowing down and stopping also As others were flayed or hanged there were no stopping the army from being raped my the opposing winning army.
Steel's army made short work of the opposing army as they were better trained , equipped and we're battled hardened already. These 15; years fighting the battles have deey been ingrained in them. Even the lowly ashigaru were killers of one of a kind.
As soon as the battle were over Domeric and steel went into winterfell which they were celebrated as heroes. and from there they send a raven to Roose Bolton that their endeavor were a success.
Roose Bolton POV
A raven soon arrive at Roose Bolton camp as he was managing his men. The letter conceived a possible ally for them up north. A kingdom to their east has arrive a small kingdom that calls themselves Samurai that can field an army of 3000. They seem to rival Bolton's ruthlessness as the letter said. They put every prisoner to the torch as they were were all beheaded in which brought a smile to Roose Bolton. The samurai loses were minimum about 50 dead and and a couple dozen injured but compared to the 5000 men they massacred it wasn't even worth mentioning.
Roose went to the tent where all the lord's were and gave his report. The lord's were shocked at the brutality of the samurais who did not take any prisoners. Lord Eddard stark was bewildered of how ruthless these men were and reminded them of the Bolton's. They were to arrive at the stoney Sept in a number of days with jon arryn not far behind to help Robert and his fleeing army. The stoney Sept is loyal to Robert for now hiding him in place where the loyalist could not find him.
After the talks with the Eddard stark Steel was ordered to relieve storms end seige where the popolace was under siege.
The lord's started calling steel the little Daimyo or little lord from the east.
Steel POV
after recieving the order, Steel decided to muster the rest of his men and concript some with a field of 12000 he moved towards storms end to relieve the sige. The way down south was uneventful . The lord of the reach responded by sending a force of 200000 men towards steel to beat him before he could reach storms end. With mace Tyrell staying behind to siege storms end.
Steel decided to make camo at summerhall where Robert was defeated and make his stand there. All his warriors were equipped to the brim with equipment , they were all fully armored even the ashigaru. This became known as the summer sunset.
The royalist forces were commanded by Rick Tyrell, Mace Tyrell cousin. as they reach summerhall they can see the sizeable army that was encamp within it's boundaries. soon horns blew and the armies gathered in a pelicular manner they have never seen before. Such an orderly army that stared to march towards them. The ratio of the battle were 2:1 with the Bolton's now fielding an army of .500 and steel fielding an army of 12000.
The ashigaru moved forward as the Reach knights moved towards them hoping to break them. but we're repeeled by arrows and Spears. The front row became littered with reach knights dead bodies. As both armies moved towards each other suddenly steel army stopped and started shooting at them from far away with bows and arrows all the while the reach had to move forward during the hail of arrows.
Steel saw that the reach didn't have that much bowmen and were being slowly nipped by his Bowmans ferocity of fire.
Then the reach charged to them without knowing the ground suddenly gave in some fronts, this was a battlefield choose by steel he dug some pits and decorated them with spears. the front line of the reach suddenly stopped. but Steel troops, went ahead and moved forward. the cavalry moved to the side and started flanking the enemy where the reach soldier responded in kind. All the while a massacre in the front were brewing as more men fell in the pits and then the ashigaru came and speared them.
Hours went by and the reach were getting massacred in the front lines the reach started to cave in forces began to retreat issuing a massive influx of retreat orders, finally the heavy cavalry moved intercepting the reach knights.
As the cavalry battled the knights from the surrounding area samurai arrived one. without noticing it that the samurai were dissapering from the back lines and slowly manuvered in their blind side of the battlefield. and as the sun fell the surrounded army of the Tyrell were inveloped by Steel's army.
The battle went on all night as screams of the wounded began to pile up. It was a night of terror for the Tyrell, as they were subjected to hit and run attacks all night. As the sun rose it was apperent the Tyrell had massively lost as men fell into one trap after the other that night. falling into pits, being attacked without knowing. The dead were scattered everywhere.
That morning Steel and the bolton and their bannermen did a final push to break the already dimoralize tyrells. they becgan to retreat but there were no safe passage to retreat as more men retreated and died , the panic of death started to spread.
In the end thousands of prisoners were captured and beheaded, mountains of heads can be seen everywhere. Men were flayed and also hanged again as Steel men enjoyed their victory and laid claim to their enemies honor barren.
