It was a chilling winter morning. There was joy and sorrow among the camp grounds. Even though we have won the war, we have lost so much. The war I have fought as a little girl is finally over.
I walked through the camp ground as light snow began. The wounded are being helped by the local women, since doctors are hard to find now days. I could hear the cries of pain of my people, the last battle took a big toll on all of us. I have lost over 200,000 people in my troops all together. Its a big loss for my country.
I hurried to my tent to send the last report to the King, and to notify of our home coming. The trip home will take not less than a week, since we have alot of wounded soldiers. I hope I will make it home soon.
