I woke up to peer bliss. This was the best sleep I have had In almost 2 years. Cole was out like a log and I decided to check on the Twins. I tried my best to squirm out of his grasp and sneak away. when I finally wiggled free I looked at him. It must've been a Long time since he has slept well too. I took a quick shower and threw on a over sized shirt.
When I reached the end of the hallway I saw Asher and two maids in the nursery. Asher was smiling and helping the maids feed.
" can I help?' I looked at Asher who was sitting in the rocking chair.
" Go be with your mates I got morning feed covered." Asher had really become one of my close friends. I nodded and was on my way back to Coles room when Zeke's Scent caught my attention. I stopped in front of the door and opened it very quietly. He was wearing nothing but his boxers and tangled up in the sheet. It was definitely a site to see.
I creeped in the room and Over to the bed. I began to crawl next to him but the second I got close he sprung up and pinned me down.
"You forgot your training"
He leaned down a nibbled my ear.
" I think we forget that I was kidnapped. They don't really give me a chance to get stronger." He pulled away and his look had changed to one of sorrow. I sat up and leaned my head on his forehead.
"Hey it's ok look at me I'm ok." He noises and pulled me so I was straddling him. I leaned down and kissed him with as much love as I could give. His hands began raking my body and I purposely repositioned myself so that I could grind up against his erection.
Zeke let out a moan. "Perfection" everything felt right with Zeke and I bent down and kissed his spot. Then I did what I did to Cole and I left my mark on him. I was thrilled I officially had both of my mates. I spent the rest of the morning making love to Zeke until Cole Mindlinked me letting me know Breakfast was done. When I came down stairs I paused. Everyone was here. Taly, chase and my little Niece. Morgan, megs, Ashley and Chloe. Even Grant, Max and Asher with all the kids were there and sitting at the head of the table was Cole.
"Welcome home Rosie" Taly stood up and kissed my cheek. I walked towards Cole who stood up and pulled out his seat.
"The most important person should have this seat. Besides this way you're in the middle of us."
I took my seat then I placed one hand on Coles hand and the other over Zekes.
"Thank you everyone. I have missed you all and I never thought I would see any of you again. We have had a rough journey but I wouldn't have wanted to make it with anyone else but with all of you." Everyone smiles in unison and began eating.
The rest of breakfast was harmonious. Asher and Ashley took the kids to play and Morgan and Chloe helped clean up.
I looked over at Cole.
"Take me to Veronica" Cole looks worried and was about to refuse.
"I'm not asking Cole." He nodded knowing that I was going with or without his permission so once we finished breakfast I made my way to the cellar.
"Have you come to kill me your majesty." Veronica let out a chuckle.
"No I will not be killing you a mother's bound to her child. If I kill you now it will hurt Liam. No child deserves to lose a Mother."
Veronica started laughing " that motherly instinct. Always gets you killed in the end. You mother had it till she drew her last breath."
My mother? How did she know anything about my mother's death?
"What are you talking about?"
Veronica rolled her eyes " I need to protect my daughter. Make sure my daughter is safe. Leave her alone. Blah blah blah. If she wouldn't have tried to put her nose in where it didn't belong she might still be alive."
My heart was breaking what was she talking about I tried to think back to the day before she died. I had been bullied by Veronica and Ashley the were throwing stones at me and drew a lot of blood. That was the day Cole took me to the meadow to cheer me up.
"What did you do?" I growled at her
She stood up and readjusted her tattered dress before sitting down again.
"Honestly it was an accident she was going to tell our parents and we couldn't let that happen. I didn't even mean to trip her but she fell anyways and fell down the flight of stairs."
My whole life was destroyed because of Veronica? I couldn't take being the bigger person I channeled my energy and I boiled her insides. Usually I can't stand screaming but hers I was enjoying.
Nothing remained of her but her ashes. Cole was waiting for me at the top of the stairs and when I reappeared he looked at me. He could hear her screaming but he didn't say anything. He just kissed my forehead and walked me back to our home. This hurt but in time I will heal just like I always did.
