What is the greatest nemesis of a martial art?
Is it a single stroke that defeats ten, or a deft tactic that thwarts a thousand pounds?
No!
Neither of the above!
The most effective method to conquer a martial art is truly simple, and this rule applies to any martial art.
That is to surpass it at what it does best!
You are fast, I am faster!
You are strong, I am stronger!
You are clever, I am even wittier!
You are sneaky, I am even more cunning!
Once you can do this, then any martial art in the world will crumble before you.
If you can manage it.
Because there's no such thing as the absolute triumph of the weak over the strong in this world. Even if there is, it's still through using clever techniques or tactics, play to one's strength and avoid the weak, at the end of the day, it's still the strong defeating the weak.
If you can suppress your opponent at their strongest point, they will have no strength to show, nor weakness to hide!
