This item is somewhat similar to Ye Weiming's Feihua Sword Order and Mysterious Iron Order, summoning a real-version of a BOSS in battle mode. Although their levels vary greatly, they all work in the same way.

All in all, this is quite a decent item. If used wisely, it could potentially yield one or two Artifacts.
