Chapter 1 - The Meet ~March 23, 2018~

Angel ran into her best friend's house. "Olivia? Where are you!?"

"I'm here!" Olivia yelled, running down the stairs of her huge house. "Go wait up in my room, I want you to meet someone!"

"Okay," Angel said, breathing heavily. She started up the stairs and entered Olivia's room. Angel was a beautiful young teenager. She had hazel brown hair and teal, grey eyes.

A few minutes later, Olivia comes inside her room with a boy. "Angel, this is my boyfriend, Asher!"

"B-boyfriend!? I didn't think you would ever find a boyfriend," Angel laughed.

Asher stared at Angel like she was an interesting movie.

"Don't mind my bestie, she's a little annoying sometimes," Olivia said, rolling her eyes with a smile.

"I don't mind, she's really interesting," Asher said.

Asher was different from other guys. He was a huge flirt but was the biggest softy. Asher had jet black hair and light blue eyes that glowed in the suns rays.

"I'm gonna go make cookies, you get to know each other!" Olivia exclaimed, running downstairs.

"Soooooo, how old are you?" Angel asked.

"Twenty," Asher replied.

"Twenty!? Dang...I'm only seventeen!" Angel shouted in surprise.

Asher was amused by her enthusiasm. "You're an interesting one."

"I beg your pardon?" Angel asked.

"You're very different from the other girls I met," Asher replied.

"What about your own girlfriend?" Angel asked.

"She only likes the sound of having a boyfriend, she doesn't actually like me," Asher said, like it was okay.

Angel was shocked. "Then why don't you break up with her!?"

"I don't know," Asher shrugged.

"That jerk...how could she be so mean?" Angel thought.

"COOKIES ARE READY!!!" Olivia shouted from downstairs.

"Cookies! My loves!" Angel yelled, running down the stairs. Asher followed her, her sudden mood swing said a lot about who she was, and this amuzed Asher.

"Olivia, these cookies taste like I've been escorted to heaven!" Angel exclaimed, munching on her fifth cookie.

"Glad you like them," Olivia said, chuckling. She held onto Asher's arm, but he didn't pay attention to Olivia, he was busy staring at Angel.

...

A few days later, Olivia was walking out of her home with a suitcase. "I'll be back soon, watch over the house! Oh, and also, I called Asher to accompany you since I'm going away for a month."

"Great! Now, excuse me but I'm gonna go raid your fridge," Angel exclaimed happily.

"Geez, at least save some food for Asher," Olivia said, laughing. "He's coming later in the afternoon, bye weirdo!"

"Bye dumbass!" Angel laughed. They shared a hug and Olivia left.

"So, about that fridge..." Angel thought.

Later that day, Angel was sitting on Olivia's bed, doing her homework. She heard on a knock a few seconds after finally getting comfortable. "That should be Asher," she thought.

Angel ran downstairs and unlocked the door. She opened it wide so he could come in.

"Thanks," Asher smiled.

"No problem," Angel replied. "Treat yourself to lunch in the kitchen, I'll be in Olivia's room doing homework."

"Okay, thanks," Asher said, waving as she left the room. "So, what's for lunch?" Asher thought, as his stomach grumbled angrily.

...

Angel stared at her homework like it was written in gibberish. "How the hell do people do this?" She thought aloud.

"They just do," Asher said, walking into the room while eating a donut.

"Damn, what help you are," Angel replied annoyed.

"I know," Asher smirked.

There was a moment of silence, then Angel spoke. "Well? Are you just gonna leave me hanging?"

"I was just waiting for your signal," Asher winked.

"Shut up," Angel blushed. "No, stop, Angel! Don't be a boyfriend stealer!" Angel thought to herself.

Asher moved closer and helped Angel with her homework. A few hours later, Angel finally finished.

"Phew, that piece of junk is done," Angel smiled, flopping on the bed.

Asher smirked and moved on top of Angel. She opened her eyes to see what was going on and screamed when she saw Asher.

"Shhh," he said putting a finger to her mouth. "You're very loud for a five foot highschooler." Asher grinned.

"Eh—I'm five feet and three inches for your information!" Angel exclaimed, "now off!"

"Fineeeee," Asher said backing off.

Angel sat up even closer to his face. She was flushed with blush.

"Wow, you like to take things quickly," Asher grinned, moving closer.

Angel's heart began to pace faster and she was breathing rapidly. What was this feeling...?
