"You are indeed a good dancer," Sheila said with a smile.
"You, too," Jean replied.
He was about to ask if she wanted to dance one more time when both of them heard someone clapping from behind.
"That was simply amazing," Lynn commented.
The handsome red-head arrived beside Sheila and didn't even look at Jean. She then held the younger girl's hand and made an elegant bow. .
"Will you dance with me, My Lady?" Lynn asked.
"Yes," Sheila replied. She then gave Jean an apologetic gaze.
Jean understood, so he reluctantly returned to his seat. Sheila had already explained earlier that the invitation to the Masquerade Ball came from Lynn.
It would be unreasonable to prevent his "girl friend" from dancing with other people, especially the one who personally gave her an invitation.
