"Grandfather, are you sure?"
"Of course."
Charles reassured the young teenager in front of him with a smile. "Let's go, Lynn. It's time for you to meet Ciel."
"Understood, Grandfather," Lynn replied and held the older man's hand. The two of them made their way to the car that was waiting for them. Their destination was the Shangrila Hotel where the triple birthday celebration of Ciel, Chloe, and Claire would be held.
"Will Ciel still remember me?" Lynn asked, gazing outside the car's window. "It's been so many years since we last saw each other. If I remember correctly, he was only four years old when we played together."
Lynn gave Charles an awkward smile. "Do kids remember anything at that age?"
"Perhaps," Charles gave a non-committal reply. "However, even if he did forget, would that stop you from being his friend?"
