Chapter 31 - Author's note

"The heart was made to be broken." - Oscar Wilde

Before I started writing The Broom Closet (Book 1), I knew it would end at Cece's heartbreak. It was as intended. Other than the fact that I wrote her character when I was heartbroken (haha). There are endings in our lives that has no certainty of what happens next, and we all figure it out in different ways.

Erotica aside, there is a love story here, a forbidden one. Yes, we all like a happy ending, but for me, it's relative. What is a happy ending? Or at least, in the case of my lead characters, what should be their happy ending?

A 17 year old girl who had her first love with the least possible of men she could be with. Then a man with a complicated past, who literally can have anyone he wants, fell for someone he should never be with.

Not highly unusual, it happens. But there is a thin line here between what is right and what love can do. Love isn't always moral, yes, neither is it ever always right. Even if age doesn't really matter, it's not the only problem here. Honestly, I am still figuring out what will happen to Cece and Teacher Kim. Your thoughts and opinions could help with it, if you may :)

My first intention was to write an erotica, 'cuz it's fun. But at the time that I was writing it, there were emotions involved and I couldn't help but include a love story that, as I was feeling at the moment, would end in a heartbreak that I don't know the ending.

Nevertheless, I realised, Book 1 kicked-off the entire series. It's a Chronicles of Secrets, so just when you think you already know the stories, well, you don't. I've been having fun plotting the entire series and even I surprised myself with my revelations. haha. As the book progresses, there will be more revelations from different characters, more twists and turns, and I hope you'll continue to support.

And lastly, I write this series for the naughty peeps like you. Haha. You can expect some dramas but with lots and lots of naughtiness. The series is mainly erotica after all, should be no judgement here.

Thank you for giving my story a chance. Happy reading :)
