[I have to find a way to prevent the events that occurred during my previous life!]
Yukino began to think deeply about what she wanted to do with this second chance that she was given. In her previous life she was tasked with the duty of living up to the expectations of everyone around her. She never had the chance to be selfish and no one ever asked what she wanted to do which is why she was so apprehensive now.
[I just want to live in a place free from judgement and ridicule.]
[I want to be able to see the outside world and feel gusts of wind flow through my hair as I watch the sunset. I want to frolic in fields full of flowers and sit under enormous trees while reading my favorite novels. I want to feel as free as a bird.]
Yukino wondered if such a place existed. She went to the top of the manor and sat on the roof. She stared at the sky that was beginning to turn crimson. In the distance, Yukino saw children playing in the Countryside. She grew envious and wondered if she could ever live a carefree life like them. Then a shroud of courage began to rise up within her-
[I have decided! I will leave this place and live a calming life in the countryside.]
[But.. what am I going to do when I get there? I have no money and no one to support me!]
Then Yukino suddenly had an epiphany! She remembered that her father would gain a fortune selling fur coats which increased her sister's frivolous spending and increased her workload as the future heir. Her father wouldn't come up with the idea for another year so this was the perfect opportunity for Yukino to use this as a way to increase her own wealth.
She quickly went back to her room when suddenly there was a soft knock on the door.
[Good evening madam I heard that you called for us?]
In the doorway stood Yukino's ladies-in-waiting.
[Abigail! Eva! Iris!]
Yukino ran to the three ladies and hugged them with tears in her eyes. In her previous life Abigail was like the mother she never had and Eva and Iris were her best friends. They were the only people in this manor that she could trust. These women knew that Yukino would never commit the crimes that she was accused of and defended her to the very end. But because of their loyalty to a convicted "criminal" they were killed right in front of Yukino's eyes. Yukino swore with every core in her being that she would change their fate!
[Did you miss us that much Madam? We were only on vacation for a few days.]
[I-I'm fine I just woke up from a bad dream.]
Yukino hugged them all tightly. Then after catching up with the three she decided to get down to business.
[ Iris can you please give me materials so that I may write a letter to Sir Benjamin?]
