The Life Martial Artist had switched out with the second group of Doctors as they went about keeping Victoria stabled. But they didn't have hope for her living at all after this. Maybe a few months if powerful medicines were used still.
Leaving out, Leroy and Danki were already discussing what they found and how to treat it. The Alchemist had already seen enough and knew that she would need transplants or an elixir at the Soul Severing Realm to just keep her alive for a year.
But he was the only one that thought that.
"How is she?" A member of the Dark House Family asked Leroy who gave him an odd look. "Can't you speak!?" Not used to such a person he was learning first hand his position meant nothing to the other.
"I don't answer to you." Leroy turned and looked at Tang Xui and Jasmine. Medical Ethics from Earth didn't mean shit here and a lot of was just based on who made payments or arrange the services. Such as the two teenagers and not the family member who definitely had ulterior motives. "Do you want to talk to me here or in private?"
"Why you little.." The Dark Rose elder was infuriated that he was ignored like this but he couldn't do anything with the North Guard and the Akademy Teachers present. "..I am warning you..."
"Just say it here and now. It is best to treat the matter quickly." Jasmine answered to keep as situation from occurring.
"Saves us the trouble." Tang Xui voiced. But she felt this was the wrong move and knew she lost points in regard to the situation as a whole.
"Very well." Leroy took out a piece of chalk and started drawing on the black wall in the room. "The entirety of her chest is just useless. The amount of time with the help of Life Martists and Alchemist to regrow it would take maybe a few months just to give a solid frame." Leroy was just estimating as he still had to see her progress in other avenues. "She would need a lot of nutrients and supplementation to keep her from dropping back to the Body Tempering Realm."
"What about her Cultivation itself? Can she still cultivate in the future?" The Dark Rose Elder asked with bated breath.
"I don't see why not but that is dependent on the person herself. Let's not even think about her mental state but her body is going through the ringer already. Now there is the problem with her.. well lady parts." Leroy gave Jasmine and Tang Xui a hard stare. "Her ovaries and fallopian tubes are damaged. Very damaged to the point I do not know the possible recovery of them."
"?" Both looked at him confused.
"Jeez... we may have to remove those organs to help her body heal. The damage is so extensive that.."
"What!?" The Dark Rose elder lost his temper and control of his Qi. "If she can't have kids, what good is she!?"
The waves of Qi caused the room to turn difficult to breathe.
"That is for you to find out on your own, not my concern for her value such as that. Now, the organs can be removed and preserved. After Victoria is back on her feet the organs can be reattached and refined for her continued use. It is a long shot that this will work but... an experimental procedure.."
"Phew, that's good!" The Dark Rose Elder relaxed a little. "What about a transplant? Can you put another woman's fallopian tubes inside her? Replacing all of her body parts that need to be?" He didn't know what was what but knew that Leroy had shown better sklill in replacing organs than others.
"Just answer him Leory." Tang Xui said but the glare from Leroy made her wince a little in response.
"In Theory, it can be done but I have no idea where you will find compatible organs or someone to help refine all the organs to make them her own." He was quite clear that this would be an undertaking. "Not only all of the organs would have to be checked to see if they would be viable there has to be no rejection in the first few days if not weeks."
"The procedure as far as I know has not been done." Danik said.
"Not to this scale and with better materials small ones were done. Over the years at that for better candidates." Leroy was getting tired and wanted to go lay down. "You must also consider, is her life back to normal is more important or if her future is more important." Saying that to Tang Xui he moved to leave but was stopped.
"Victoria is still in there, you can not leave." The Dark Rose Guard said. "If something happens.."
"If something happens it happens. I am not needed until the next surgery besides, your people are still working on her."
"What do you wish to do Elder?" Tang Xui looked at the Dark Rose Elder.
"Without her ability to carry a child the girl will be discarded by the family. Remove the organs and patch her up. Then put them back in right after, we will deal with the problem from there."
"That is not advised." Leroy warned Tang Xui.
"Just do it. They will take full responsibility." Jasmine frowned and pulled out some medicine. "This was created by a Tier 4 Alchemist, almost the 5th Tier."
"What can that Nascent Soul Realm pill gonna do for her situation?" A Dark Rose member complained until he got a whiff of the medicinal properties. "What is that!?"
"It took great effort to get this out of the vault but this Rebirth Pill will definitely work." The burning fire carried an earthy smell to it as well. "For Victoria, I am willing to give up a prize resource such as this."
"Come my friend let's go and recover and discuss how to use the pill and help." Danik grabbed Leroy by the shoulder as the pill was taken as well. "With us at the helm, it should go well."
It would not go well with how much damage was inside Victoria.

Leroy and Danik were going through everything that was available to them. Danik had to be brought to heel when Leroy explained to him the Art of Prosthetics and how they were used. Especially when he told them they could completely clean out a few Demon Beast bones run them through a few formations to make sure they are clean of every type of "poison" making it a blank structure and perfect for transplant.
"But the blood supply.. how much will it take to keep her out of the danger zone and can the others keep up truly?" Leroy sat down staring at the blackboard. Victoria was Type O negative and a good portion of the Akademy students were as well. But they went through it like water with the stock they received. "That pill, we will need more information on how it has been used and what to expect."
"Eheem, how about we just take care of everything else in her body and leave that for last?" Danik stood up and rolled another blackboard over to write on. "If her body can recover more, we could seal her Meridians and have an Undead Cultivator extract the Qi to preserve her."
"Hmm.. extract it to somewhere else... that could be it." Leroy hopped up and went over to join him. "We can do it ourselves actually. She still has her Appendix that is still functioning more than the organs."
Drawing a formation on the board, they could send all the Undead Qi there. With it still being inside her body and working away at a specific organ it will remain inside. But once the organ is completely dead it will do what Undead Qi does, and go to the next organ.
"After it is contained we just have to slow its' growth down. If it goes well we can just take her appendix out. With the power of the pill, it can be used to revive the other organs or at least keep them viable enough for her to gain strength."
Danik stared at Leroy questioningly. Undead Qi was frowned upon in this Empire. But it was not overseas or by the Rebel Faction. If not for the fact he was trying to contain it to save a patient it would have been a dangerous step to continue talking with him.
"This, of course, is just guesswork, I think it will work but without anyone who knows how to handle Undead Qi.. we are boned if it is wrong. Such a concentrated amount.." Leroy snapped to the side as two guests walked into the room while they were working. "...is a problem."
Elder Boksuns's older disciples handed the two manuals and a bag of herbs. The herbs were various materials not native to this continent and had various effects when used in connection with each other.
"These.. where did you get these?" Danik head browsed the manuals and got the typical gist of it. "Undead Manuals of Puppetry, don't you know the danger this will bring us just having them?"
"We were told to deliver them. That is all." One of them said with a sense of finality in her voice. "The Mistress has assigned us to you both Doctor Leroy and Doctor Danik, what you do with your belongings has no effect on her."
The other had a dead look in her eyes as if she already knew what was about to happen to them.
"We are being set up..." Leroy took both manuals and the herbs. "..whether is her or by someone else they have erred in thinking we are easy prey." He turned to Danik with a smile. "If anyone asks, just tell.."
"Hold on now my young friend," Danik held his hand up before he said anything more. "take both of these cultivators yourself. I will not tangle myself up to much with these schemes."
"Very well then." Leroy look at the two and placed a hand on their wrists. With a push of his Qi, he broke the compulsion they were in completely. "Let's get this underway before we go back to dealing with the Undead Qi."
Both were aware they were discarded and death awaited them if the Empire looked into the matter. Two influence Doctors and setting them up was a slap in any Country's face or various Powers authority.
"So, it is good to have capable assistants, I must thank you both for volunteering." Leroy frew some blood as calmed their nerves. "To leave the relationship of your Mistress and help someone you don't even know, must be quite hard. But don't worry, I am in need of people and my sister could use some help."
The two he now confirmed were really twins from checking their bodies and bone growth while drawing blood. Still somewhat shaken and dealing with the betrayal of their stations, the two gave their names almost causing Daniki to spit out the water he was sipping.
Disposable servant 1 and disposable servant 2. They had been called that so long they had no idea what their names were anymore. Which made Danika glad he pawned them off on Leroy before knowing this.
The two were expendable in the Sect as they had joined at a late age. Passed around as workers, they lucked out with getting taught by the late Elder Mikado who treated them well. Unlike the other girls who have been there since young, the twins actually experienced life on the outside for a good number of years. Which gave them a good perspective and something to hone in the sense when teaching others about the outside horror.
Elder Boksun did treat them ok but the moment they arrived at the Heavenly Theocracy Akademy Borders, she started to act weird and emotional. But once she received the treatment method, had become really excited and abrasive. Her smile was that of someone who was gonna live a long life but the anger from the way she was treated the last few decades had her extremely vengeful.
"After this is taken care of, I will introduce you to someone nice." Leroy said as he moved back to the blackboards working with Daniki on the treatment method for Victoria. "Chew those Amp Flowers slowly to replenish your blood, then you can cultivate quietly."
"Umm.." Servant 2 started to mutter before just getting the words out. "..we don't have anything. After were given this task, our Cultivations were abolished and the techniques were removed by that woman Constance."
"You really have your work cut out for you." Danik muttered sadly. "I am way too old to deal with this trouble." The man actually looked visibly older from the last few minutes. "Not many can survive that kind of treatment, the Unlimited Sect are quite the little assholes."
"Right..." Leroy blinked at the man as he honestly thought the other was a spy or something by them. So he made sure to keep certain works to himself so far. Paranoia was really settling in. "..study these Manuals then."
He threw over to different Sword Manuals with a few notes of various other manuals and techniques he practiced. He took that time to move the two manuals about undead Puppetry into his Internal Space and started to read them over.
'This should keep the Manuals from being tracked or anything like that. Also has to have something inside to help with defense against Undead QI or a way to move it out the way.
