Chapter 1168 - bb

Huh...

Okay, this is new.

Like really new.

Maybe Guru was right about something about the "future" I know aren't true. Maybe Omega Shenron and all the other scary shit from GT isn't real. I honestly hate myself for not even going on a wiki walk on GT's plot. I only know the very boss and last boss from cultural osmosis, and that's it.

And I know they are more terrifying than Buu ever was.

Supposedly.

Maybe.

Technically.

By virtue of threat escalation, Omega Shenron has to be the greatest threat in the Dragon Ball Universe, right?

Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta couldn't beat Omega Shenron, right? Maybe. Or he could but didn't have enough time?

Dammit, I really wish I read a wiki.

All I knew going into the Room of Spirit and Time was that I needed to reach SSJ4 Gogeta level of strength, and then be ten times as strong as that, just to be on the safe side.

Visually I think I succeeded, but in truth I have no idea, since I don't have any method of comparison.

Of course...

Those were old fears. Fears from when I was much, much younger.

Thing is, no matter your worries, anxieties, self-loathing, and any negative emotions, thousands of years of meditation and the ability to never get worse mentally, means that managing to overcome, or rather accept, all those thoughts and feelings was inevitable.

Heck, halfway through my training, I stopped seeing the DBZ villains as a threat, simply because I couldn't imagine them as invincible foes in image training. Then I did the same with Omega Shenron till even in my imagination I stopped being fearful of them.

Eventually the only opponent I was mentally fighting against was some ideal version of me I couldn't beat, and just kept doing that till Porunga's summoning called me.

Right now, in front of me was proof of the unknowability of the future. And all I could feel was...

Relief.

Emotion can really be odd sometimes, but that wild unpredictable part is what make sapient beings what they are.

Sure, Broly was seriously different from what I remember about him from the movie, but that could have been because I met him at an earlier time, than whenever it is the Broly movie took place. Maybe he was nicer before Paragus' revenge plot and the overuse of his own Legendary Super Saiyan power fucked him up.

Oh! There's that fear and excitement as well.

I expected the fear. It's a normal reaction to the unknown, but I had came to accept that long ago. It's easy for me to just look at my emotion near-objectively, and not be overtaken by them. So now those negative emotions tended to be subdued since I was used to observing them.

Yet that fear was nothing compared the sheer excitement of this new change. I knew the major events of Dragon Ball Z in and out, and something like this was making a childish giddiness bubble up in me like nothing else.

But again, just like breathing, I observed those emotions, and let them go. Positive or negative, I shouldn't let my feelings overtake me.

My decision to be a trolling monkey however, that was completely voluntary.

"Um, who are you?" I asked, tilting my head.

"I, am Lady Chronoa. The Supreme Kai of Time." Said the short Kai in a power pose, fists on her hips, head held high.

"Y-Yeah," Future Trunks spoke up, trying to appear friendly while hiding his nervousness. "She's a really important person, okay? So, um, no pranks."

Chronoa crossed her arms while looking haughty at me. Although it's kinda obvious she's just putting on the act of looking important and intimidating.

Seems like this Trunks spent more than a few minutes with me. Further evidence that he might be further along his own timeline, than the one I just met.

But no pranks though?

"Hmm." I made a noise to show I heard them. "If you're the Supreme Kai of Time, then where's the Supreme Kai of Space?"

"Eh?" Chronoa's posture broke.

"Huh?" Future Trunks didn't know where I was going with this.

"I mean Time and Space? You can't really have one without the other." I shrugged.

"Wha--There is no Supreme Kai of Space, what would be the point!" Then she paused for a second, hand on her chin. "Well, technically all the other Kais govern different regions of space." She then looked up at me in triumph. "So technically that position is covered by the rest of the Kais, and I can't well drag them with me where ever I go."

"Hmm," I made an inquisitive noise, while holding my chin, like an evil stepmother inspecting some poor fairy tale's protagonists work. "I suppose that's acceptable, but then how do I know you're the Supreme Kai of Time? I mean, that's what you're claiming, but you could just be any random Kai, Trunks here picked off the street."

"Huh?" Said Future Trunks. "Did I tell you my name at this point in ti--"

"EXCUSE YOU!" Shouted Chronoa. "I am the one and only Supreme Kai of Time. No one can impersonate me! No Kai even dares to say they are me. In fact, no Kai would lie about their job position!"

"So you say, but do you have any proof? I mean, it's not like you have some identification to show--" I shrugged with wide arms, before she cut me off.

"In fact I do!" Chronoa said proudly while showing off... An ID with her name and picture on it.

"Wait what!? You have an ID?" Future Trunks looked even more surprised than me.

"Huh, they actually give you an ID as a Kai." I muttered, amazed and entertained that she's either calling my bluff or playing along. "Wow, you haven't aged a day." I say to her picture giving a peace sign to the camera. "It even says you're over 75 million--"

"AAAAAH! THAT'S ENOUGH!" She shouted and the card disappeared. "Don't you know you're not suppose to mention a lady's age!"

"Hey, it's a compliment that you aged gracefully." I paused and thought it over. "Or maybe you're actually using your time powers to keep your youth. Yeah that sounds vainy enough for divine bureaucracy."

"I'M NOT! Y-You...Don't you know disrespecting a Kai is a sin for mortals!" She stomped her feet, looking really cute.

Based on how panicked Trunk looks, I'm pretty sure I'm breaking whatever image she built up of herself in his mind.

"Oh I know!" I said with a grin as I snapped my fingers. "You're actually sealing your powers in this form. Thus I guess your current form would be Sealed Loli Mod--"

I saw it as she used her ki to manipulate time, on top of her current manipulation. I sensed as she moved faster than I could react since, or rather I knew what she will do based on her ki movement, and I should have defended against it, but I didn't sense harmful malice from her, so I didn't react before I would have reacted. Yeah, time manipulation is fucking confusing, regardless of how you deal with it.

The important part is that she disappeared for an instant, and when she appeared holding her foot, I felt as if someone kicked me in the shin over a hundred times.

"AAAAH! What is your leg made of!?"

"AAAAH! You kicked me in my shin and my toes! Who the hell does that!?"

Poor Trunks just looked confused on what this situation devolved into with me and the Supreme Kai of Time on the ground moaning and hissing, while holding our feet.

After Chronoa finally regained her composure she stared the suspect down again.

Said suspect, the Saiyan Dive, was using his tail as a chair, while crossing his legs mid-air as if he's sitting on the ground, and rest his head against his hand. He looked the picture of a trickster monkey punk.

Truthfully she's doesn't really think Dive's with the Time Breakers' Towa and Mira, but he's the biggest and clearest divergent point for why this timeline was different, thus where she started her investigation.

This whole timeline was caused by Towa actions that caused Tokitoki's Egg to hatch prematurely. Rather than create a new universe, it created a whole new stable timeline. And while things in this timeline were more or less the same to the main one, the point where Dive leaves Planet Vegeta was a catalyst for too many things to change.

Again, no Damage Energy had been created, meaning there is no distorted history, but the events to come...

No. She had to get on top of this before Towa and Mira would act in this timeline. Get the advantage over them for once, by acting first, and making them react to her. They need to pay for making Tokitoki cry.

"Back to the main topic!" Chronoa barked out. "What do you have to say to yourself for the changes in this timeline, Time Breaker?" She put on her best Bad Time Cop face.

"Okay, first," Dive spoke up casually, still not having a care in the world. "What the hell is a 'Time Breaker' and why do you think I am one?"

"A 'Time Breaker' are criminals that mess with the flow of time, by changing events in history." Trunks explained, naturally falling into the role of Good Time Cop. Not that he knows she was only acting scary.

"So... basically you." Dive said to Trunks, making the Half-Saiyan flinch, at remembering that that had been something that happened.

"Uh, well, I mean..." Trunks stuttered, losing his composure.

"T-That's not important right now." Chronoa stood up for her assistant. "Trunks is already paying for his mistakes as a Time Patroller to correct and fix history." She narrowed her eyes menacingly. Meaning she pouted. "Now stop playing around, and answer the question!" She demanded while pointing dramatically at Dive.

"You're right," Dive sighed.

"Wait, that work?" Said Chronoa as she and Trunks looked shocked. "I mean, a-hem, fess up!" She quickly tried to resume her act.

"The truth is...I've been traveling through time, to the future..." Dive said remorsefully.

"You have!" Trunk uttered.

Chronoa's and Trunks' eyes widened as they leaned in, not act to believe they are getting a confession so soon, and so easily. And from Dive no less.

"I've been traveling...to the future..." Dive repeated. "At one second per second!" He finished with a grin.

Trunks and Chronoa fell on their faces from leaning too far forward, and then lost their balance from the broken tension.

"Hahahahahahaa," Laughed Dive. "Aw, man. You two are so easy~."

"Y-You..." Chronoa stood up and clenched her fist, wanting to hit him, but feeling he would anticipate her this time. Also it would likely just hurt her hand. "You think you're the first person to tell me a 'time joke'!"

"That's not the issue, Lady Chronoa." Trunks argued.

"Hmph!" Chronoa huffed and looked away crossing her arms. People like Dive were fun to watch from far away, but interacting with him was annoying. ...Even if he had that rugged handsomeness.

"Dive, this is serious." Trunks pleaded. "Just answer our questions, please."

"I don't know what to tell you," Dive sighed, actually sounding like he was taking the discussion seriously now after Trunks asked. "I'm not a Time Breaker. I never travelled through time. Unless you count the Hyperbolic Time Chamber as time manipulation, I never travelled to the past or to the future." He replied. "I've only ever lived in my present."

"And yet you didn't act like Dive from the proper timeline." Chronoa spoke up, joining the conversation again.

"And what is that suppose to be?" Dive wondered, not sounding offended or defensive, but genuinely curious.

"In the original timeline, you, or rather the Dive I saw in the Time Scrolls, was someone who was more like a typical Saiyan." Trunk then couldn't meet Dive's eyes. "Someone who was, you know, rowdy and fought others."

Dive wondered what his "original self" was like, or did, to make Trunk feel awkward around him, all of a sudden.

"You originally died on Planet Vegeta." Chronoa spoke up again, getting the attention back on her. "Yet in this timeline for no explicable reason, you focused only on studying spaceships, and escaping Planet Vegeta at all cost." She paused. "That's fine. I...saw your life and I understand." She sounded sympathetic to his past, which was a nice sentiment. "If that had been the only change then you wouldn't have even come to my attention." Her eyes narrowed. "I studied you life closely, right up you entered the Room of Spirit and Time. At no point did you come across information about the Dragon Balls, the Yardrats, or even the Room in your travels for you to know about them, and search them up. You just instantly headed to Namek, and from there to Yardrat, and then to Earth." She waved her arms around. "How could you have possibly known about those places or their importance? It's as if you just knew, without any chain of cause and effect."

There it was, the whole situation laid out in the open. Now it was a matter of how they will drag the truth out of Dive.

Chronoa really hoped this wouldn't turn into a fight. She didn't bring the Time Patrol versions of Goku or Vegeta, at Trunks insistence. She hopes that following her favorite assistant's advice would turn out well.

"Hmm," Dive hummed in thought, then looked toward them with a mischievous smile. Oh no, are they gonna fight after all? "It sounds to me that you're making an empty accusation."

"Eh?" Chronoa blinked at the unexpected reply.

"What?" Trunks said.

"You just admitted that I didn't cause a change in history! Only that I acted different than the so-called 'Original Dive'." Dive then pointed at Chronoa like a detective that's making theory on some mystery. "Meaning there wasn't any actual change to history from external forces. It was all naturally occurring organic events. Thus all that you're doing is false accusation, trying to get me to confess to something I didn't do!"

"W-What? No! That's not what I--"

"Let me guess, you were going to hoodwink me to get another unpaid servant. Someone that follows your every command, to atone for some supposed 'crime' of tampering with history. Basically what you did to poor Trunks here!" Dive accused the Supreme Kai of Time.

""Whaaaat!?"" The Supreme Kai of Time and Time Patroller shouted together in shock.

"I mean, really," Dive closed his eyes, shaking his head in mock exasperation. "If Trunks didn't get back in time to warn us, then the Earth would have been destroyed by the Android. Things would have just been worse over all, or are you saying the Earth's destruction was meant to be or some shit like that!" Dive opened his eyes, looking at Chronoa in an accusatory way. "Besides, if time travel is bad, then Cell was never meant to happen or attain his Perfect Form, yet these things are what allows our group to grow strong enough to eventually face Majin Buu. And of course when Trunks goes back to his time, he gets strong enough to defeat his version of the Androids, thus saving his Earth as well, or are you saying all these events shouldn't have happened. That destruction and death should have been the outcome!?"

"Ummm, well...no." Chronoa suddenly felt very self-conscious, since those time travel events, were actually part of history.

"Then the time travel engaged with my Trunks, using a human-made time machine was meant to happen. And any changes to this timeline caused by my actions, that didn't have a time machine involved, thus me living and making different choices, were all meant to be part of history as well. Meaning!" Dive's eyes then shined with an extremely weak version of Solar Flare. "You have no power here!" He bellowed with power in his voice.

"AAAAAAAAH!" Chronoa shouted as the light surprised her, and she fell to the ground for a moment.

"Lady Chronoa!" Trunks went to her side, and found...she was completely okay and unharmed. He looked back to see a snickering Dive.

"Y-Youuuuu!" Chronoa jumped to her feet and cried out. Trunks was worried because...was it his imagination, or did it look like Lady Chronoa was going to cry.

That was too much, Dive! Trunks thought, before something else hit him.

"Wait! Cell? Majin Buu? How do you know those names?" Trunks said cutting through the situation. "Actually...how do you know my name? I didn't introduce myself in this first visit so I don't impact my birth or anything about myself, since I wasn't born yet."

"Th-That right!" Chronoa looked more surprised than even Trunks by this revelation.

"Oh, I was born with knowledge of the future." Dive said with a shrug.

""WHAT!?"" The two Time Patrollers shouted.

"I mean I didn't have knowledge about my life, but I did know some major events to a point. Like Vegeta--the planet--being destroyed, future villains, the Dragon Balls, and other multiple trivia." Dive said with an easy-going smile. "So I just used that knowledge to get away, and stay out of everyone's way while growing strong, so I can live an easy life away from any problems, or so that if problems come they wouldn't be anything for me to worry about."

"..."

"..."

Trunks and Chronoa just stood there jaw-dropped as the answer was just given to them so easily after all that headache.

"What?" Dive asked, while obviously playing the role of being clueless, if his amused smile was anything to go by.

"GRRRR-AAAAAAH!" Chronoa rush jumped Dive to grab his neck and choke him.

Trunks had never expected that he would have to break up a fight between his boss and a pranking Super Saiyan 4. Well, a pranking Super Saiyan 4 somehow with God Ki. Dive never went into detail on how he managed that beyond 'it happened one day'. He didn't get the chance to ask for more details, as well, the problem with interacting with Dive is that you tend to fall into his pace, and Trunks forgot to bring it up again. Trunks had a feeling Dive had forgotten to finish the lesson of that day as well. Maybe.

Honestly, he's surprised Lady Chronoa had been keeping up the Time Stop even now. Although he wouldn't be surprised if she's keeping up the ability out of sheer spite, to have this conversation without affecting the timeline anymore.

"So, the reason why you left Planet Vegeta is because you knew how your life will play out?" Trunks asked to get back on point.

"No, not exactly." Dive shrugged. "I never actually saw my own future, or I was never there in the future I saw." That part surprised the Time Patrollers, but also intrigued them. "Hmm, it would be more accurate to say I was born with knowledge of, and tangentially related to, the events that happened on Earth from the time period, from when Raditz arrived till Goku and everyone else defeated Majin Buu with the Super Spirit Bomb." He thoughts for a moment, before nodding. "Yeah I think that's the most accurate summation of my precognition. It wasn't all knowledge of the future, or the universe, but of events and people and things related to them of the time period I mentioned."

"But then..." Trunks looked on with wide-eyes as he took all that information in. "Why didn't you tell anyone? Warn anyone? Precognition isn't that unheard of, people would have believed you. The team, our friends would have believed you!"

Dive paused as he saw how distressed Trunks was.

However, it was Chronoa would answered instead.

"Because he was worried about changing the future." Chronoa said with a resigned, annoyed yet approving tone.

"Lady Chronoa?" Trunks turned to her, waiting to listen.

"Dive said it best. He knew of some knowledge of the future, but he didn't know everything. You didn't even know all the small details, just generally which events happened then the ones that followed it." She said toward Dive, who happily nodded.

"Basically." He said with a grin.

"So, he didn't know how things would play out if he interfered, so he just used that knowledge for his own gain, while trying to minimize the influence of his presence and actions, so things play out as they did in the original history. The Saiyans being defeated, then Frieza, then 17 and 18, then Cell then Majin Buu. It's actually not a bad idea." Chronoa nodded to herself.

"B-But what about the Room of Spirit and Time? If Goku, Father, I and the others didn't have access to it, we wouldn't have been able to prepare for Cell or beat him." Trunks paused just as he said that, as if remembering how things ended up happening. "No. Right, you ended up called out of the room to face Frieza in this timeline."

"Yep, also I kinda figured that at the point I probably would have finished my training, and just left on my own." Dive nodded.

""Finished your training?"" Chronoa and Trunks asked, tilting their heads.

Dived wanted to comment on how cute the duo looked, like a weird mom and son couple, but wanted to act mature and take this talk more seriously.

"You look like a mom and son duo with how synchronized you are. It's kinda cute." Dive said with a grin.

But he couldn't help himself.

"W-What?" Trunks jaw dropped as he blushed fiercely.

"'M-Mother and son'!? At least say we look like a couple. I'm not that old." Chronoa paused and then cupped her face. "O-Or do I really just give that much of a mature vibe?"

"That's not the issue here, Lady Chronoa!" Trunks cried out, and turned on Dive. "Dive, please take this seriously. Also I beg you, stop with comments like that. My life will be way much harder if you keep doing that."

Dive laughed for a while, as the Time Patrollers were thrown off, and took a while to calm down.

Up above in the skies, a demon scientist and her creation watch the meeting between the Time Patrollers and the Red Saiyan with dark interest.

Chronoa and Trunks turns prepared to leave as they finished their talk with Dive.

They found their answer, at least somewhat about why this new timeline was different, without any apparent change. Although they still brought up the question of who planned that future knowledge in Dive's head as an infant. They couldn't do anything about that, but they could at least follow that trail and see where it went.

All things considered, Dive having future knowledge turned out well, but if it had been someone malevolent, it could have been a disaster.

"Hey Trunks," Dive called out with a surprisingly serious look on his face. Or at least, a contemplative one.

"Yeah?"

"You're...from 'this' timeline around you?" Dive pointed down, as a gesture for 'this' timeline. "Or born from a variation of it."

"Umm..." Trunks wasn't sure if it was safe to answer this question or not, but looking back at Chronoa, she didn't look disapproving, so it was a tacit okay. "Not exactly." He shook his head. "I wasn't born in this timeline. The one I'm from didn't have you." He said. "But I interacted with this timeline in my past." Dive understood and nodded.

"Then why was I on the suspect list?" Dive wondered.

"Well," Trunks paused to collect his thoughts. "Remember when we said we were chasing Time Breakers?"

"No, but I got the implication." Dive gestured for him to continue.

"Oh, right." Trunks looked flustered for a second, but did so. "Anyways, those criminals were going around changing history, but due to their actions, this timeline was born." Dive raised an eyebrow but waited patiently for Trunks to continue. "The thing is, they are gathering energy from causing distortions in time, or from fighting history's strongest warriors for their own ends. In this timeline we couldn't catch them because they weren't making distortions, but they were still able to gather up a lot of energy from what we last saw of them."

"So you're wondering if this was part of their plan, or they just happened to luck out on the creation of this timeline, and wanted to get ahead of them, rather than be caught of guard." Dive said.

"Yeah! That's right." Trunks smiled at seeing how quick his old teacher was on the uptake.

"Alright, makes sense." Dive nodded. "Still I don't think my actions would have changed the future enemies we face, so they shouldn't get more energy from them, which I'm guessing is what happened?" He asked to which Trunks nodded. Now Dive wondered if he should eliminate the future threat of the Androids, Cells and Majin Buu before they manifest like in the original timeline.

But that original timeline, Dive was guessing, was the Dragon Ball Z canon timeline.

This timeline the one he was in, had it's own history, and it works out in the end, so he should just let it be, right?

"Do things work on? In this timeline I mean?" Dive asked.

Trunks look unsure, and opened his mouth.

"Trunks!" Chronoa called out to both of them. When Dive and Trunks looked back, she shook her head.

"Alright, that's fair." Dive nodded, then gave off a confident grin. "Besides we have more Saiyans here, Raditz and Nach," Trunks tensed and looked away for a seconds. "The other guys I'll pull up into shape so even they can face the future threats, and if all else fails, there's still me!" He made a guts pose, for comedic cheer, to which Chronoa chuckled. Trunks less so.

"Y-Yeah," Trunks gave a weak laugh.

"Trunks?" Dive tilted his head. "Everything okay? Anything you want to tell me?" He looked toward Chronoa. "That you can tell me that is?"

"Well..." Trunks looked back to Chronoa, but she shrugged, letting the decision fall to his hands. "It's...it's nothing really. You're different than the Dive of the main timeline, so it's nothing to worry about," Trunks frowned, unsure whether to say anything or not.

"Buuuut?" Dive pushed on.

"It's nothing, really!" Trunk waved his hands in front of him, before just sighing and looking down. "It's just...learning some things about the main timeline, and how things originally went, kinda makes me not like all aspects of it, even if it's the correct one." Dive tilted his head. "You and Nach." Dive raised an eyebrow. "You also interacted in the original timeline."

"Huh, was she squatting in my house there as well?" Dive chuckled.

"Your relationship, while on Planet Vegeta, was the opposite of the one that happened here." Dive paused and blinked in surprised. "While you were on Planet Vegeta." Trunks then realized what he said was a bit confusing. "No, what I meant was--"

"No, I got it." Dive had a quiet, contemplative look on his face. "Multiverse Theory really is a bitch." He muttered to himself.

"Sorry, it just," Trunks began. "Seeing what the original history was like, what you two were suppose to be--I mean what you were like there! It just threw me off." He quickly sputtered out, worried he insulted his friend--even if he wasn't his friend yet. "I know you two are good people! I met you and interacted with you both, so I know what you are like! It's just..." He looked aside. "I was just surprised that's all." He quickly bowed to the waist. "I'm sorry if I let some history that has nothing to do with you cloud my thoughts for a bit."

"Eh, relax~," Dive waved him off, making Trunks stand up looking surprised. "I don't care about the actions of some other version of me. All I care about are my own actions." He smiled. "You can't control everything, and I can't do anything about the actions of some version of me, who is technically not me, since we have different origins, even if we started in the same place, and they are also dead by now." He shrugged. "So just chill, live and do your best on your own stuff, that's all you can do."

Trunk smiled widely, as if that earlier awkwardness was silly to ever think about. "Right," he nodded. "I have to go now, do your best with everything, Dive!" He gave a thumbs up as he went to Chronoa's side.

"Wow, didn't realize I trained a thief, stealing my own quote right after I said it." Dive said cheekily as he went back to were he was standing before time stopped.

"Ehehehe," Trunks sheepishly laughed.

"We'll come back if we have further questions. Don't leave this timeline." Chronoa said like an adorably intimidating Time Cop, getting the last word in before she and Trunks vanished in a beam of light.

"Alright!" Dive clapped his hands, at the now moving Dragon Team once more. "Everyone go relax for today, get enough food and sleep because we're training bright early tomorrow."

"You make it sound like you'll be training us too." Krillin chuckled.

"I can make clones, Krillin." Dive grinned, which just put the rest of the non-Saiyans of the Dragon Team on alarm. "Oh yeah, I'm training all of you."

Krillin and Yamcha paled, while Tien, Chiaotzu, Launch and Piccolo looked interested.

Towa had been watching the Red Saiyan as he made his way home. He really was quiet a specimen, there was so many uses for him she can think of, if she could get him under her control.

At this point in time, Dive didn't bother training to improve, only to maintain his strength, and that might give her a chance.

He would also serve as a perfect test of Mira, for his new power and upgrade after facing Bardock when the Saiyan dragged him into that Time Rift.

"Just come on out, this whole 'sneakily observing your opponent' is so cliche." Dive spoke up.

Towa was shocked, her stealth technique was at such a level, that even the Time Patrollers couldn't notice her if she was taking any action.

Before she could think on her next move, the choice was taken from her by Mira landing down before the Saiyan.

"The Strongest Saiyan. What an honor." Mira said mockingly, with a smirk. He had faced those of Super Saiyan 4 before, it was a challenge then, but now?

Even with Dive having God Ki, Mira had no fear, as he had gained something from all his battles.

"Hello, Dive," Towa appeared behind Mira, smiling assuredly. "I've come with an offe--"

"Refused." Dive said with a tired sighed. He even rolled his eyes.

Towa's expression turned something ugly, at being so callously disrespected. "You should think carefully about your words." She frowned. "This timeline, your very existence is owed to my actions. It's because of me that you have the strength you hold." She then smiled seductively once more, as she extended her hand. "And I'm simply...requesting that you to pay back that debt. Of course you will be handsomely rewarded, far behind your wildest--"

"Refused. Again." Dive faced them fully, not taking a battle stance, but definitely giving off the feeling of being ready to fight. "Let's just get this over with. And besides, your chihuahua there, looks like he would really rather fight." He smirked. "Also, come up with a better lie. For a Demon? You kinda suck at those."

"Fine!" Towa snapped back. "Mira, bring him down. We'll force obedience on this monkey."

"With pleasure." He grinned.

Mira rushed forward, throwing a world breaking punch with all his might and will.

The attack easily dodged, Dive looking bored even as he leaned away. Mira narrowed his eyes, then twisted aside and threw another punch, again dodge. Another one, and another. All dodged as well.

Then Mira threw an upper cut, this time Dive responded. The Red Saiyan slammed his forearm against the fist, stopping it in place, and arresting the momentum, then japped his arm forward, smashing into Mira's torso.

The artificial being coughed as the hit was something surprising with how heavy it was for such a simple action. Dive didn't even put his weight behind it.

Yet Mira wasn't dissuaded, merely grinned at the challenge, and dashed once more.

Towa however wasn't as confident as Mira. Her creation, her strongest warrior, was barely doing anything against Dive. Even a Super Saiyan 4 would have to put effort against her Mira. Dive wasn't even infusing his attacks with God Ki, just holding it in, in his body.

Yet, Dive had barely moved from his place, taking a step here or there, but didn't move from the area he was standing in. Mira couldn't touch him, and when he did, Dive easily tanked Mira's blow.

But the biggest worry of all was her Energy Absorber, it was barely filling up at all.

No, it's only filling up energy from Mira! Towa's eyes widened at the realization.

As she watched she realized Dive wasn't giving off energy during the fight. It shouldn't be possible, even warriors that focused only on martial arts and not ki attacks, still gave off energy. The only explanation was...

Dive is controlling ever single unit of his energy to not let any of it out. She thought but that was insane. No one had that level of control. Or even if they did, they couldn't hold it in battle.

Yet that was the reality of the situation. The Energy Absorber's gauge wasn't going up.

Then Mira shocked her out of her thoughts by powering up beyond what he should be capable off. He broke his own limiter she realized.

"Mira stop!" She shouted. "Do you realize what you've done? You'll overheat and explode!"

Now that caught Dive's attention, as he raised his eyebrows. Mira threw another blow, far stronger and more powerful than any he managed thus far, ki densely covering his fist.

This time Dive pull a leg behind him to keep his stance stable, and caught Mira's fist stopping the artificial being in his tracks.

"No!" Mira gritted his teeth. "It's infuriating. This whole thing is like a reverse mirror image of what I was!" He shouted. "I had fought warriors from all of history, ones that I easily surpassed, yet they kept growing stronger against me. I wondered why for the longest time before I realized, what they had that I lacked. Fighting spirit." He looked up at Dive, gritting his teeth in anguish. "Yet now that I have attained it, now that I'm growing beyond my original designed, why." He grunted, trying to push against Dive's hand, yet couldn't do so. He fired a ki beam from both hands, but Dive just caught the other hand, and the attack from the one he was holding did nothing but a harmless explosion to him.

"Is that it?" Dive asked, ready to just end this.

"Why is it that I, who attained a fighting spirit, am losing to one who was once like me, and lacked it." Mira seemed more desperate for an answer than to escape.

"You were born, or rather made, strong, weren't you?" Dive said. "I was born weak and had to gain strength by my own efforts. You're right, my fist are devoid of passion. The reason being? Against the likes of you, I have no need for it."

Before Mira could react or respond, pain slammed into his face, as Dive's fist imprinted itself upon it.

Instantly Mira slammed into the dirt, next to Towa's feet. In the second she look down in shock at her Mira's defeat in a single blow, and looked up, she saw Dive with a ki ball charged and aimed at them.

Dive wondered if he should kill the two right now. Would it mess up whatever timeline the Time Patroller operated on? Should he try and just grab them?

...No, it was best to just nip this in the bud before these Time Breaker become a problem later on.

This internal debate was only for a moment. A moment were Towa could feel the death that was coming to her and Mira, and thus without any word or thought, opened a Time Rift swallowing both her and Mira away from this timeline.

Dive clicked his tongue at the missed opportunity.

Towa had miscalculated. They can not use Dive for their plans.

She cursed the Saiyan as she thought of what they should do next, for the sake of her goal.

Towa looked down to the defeated Mira. First, she'll need to fix her unruly creation and remind him of his place once more.

Silver W. KingKing of Adventures

New

"Alright," Dive clapped his hands once, as he took in his Saiyan student. "Vegeta, Raditz, Nach...Heretic." He finished by hissing at Goku.

"Ah, come on, Dive." Goku whined. "Are you still mad about the pineapple on pizza thing?"

"You shall not speak of the abomination, Heretic." Dive said back, scowling.

Raditz was chuckling into his hand at this argument, that's been happening for some ours now, after the group had breakfast together. Nach snorted and rolled her eyes, trying to act above it all.

"Food is food. The fruits of this planet are delicious and so are the meats." Vegeta spoke up, annoyed with the discussion but wanting it to move along. "Who cares if you put the two together? Now, stop wasting time with this useless prattle, and show us how to transform already! Or are you just here to waste my time?" He said frowning, as he crossed his arms.

"And now I believe that Frieza did nothing wrong." Dive sighed.

Nach snorted into full blown laughter before covering her mouth. Raditz did the same, but didn't cover his laughter, leaving Goku confused at the joke, as it was in bad taste, but the others didn't seem to mind it.

Surprisingly, even Vegeta smirked, before quickly covering it up with a scowl.

"T-That was horrible." Nach said from behind her mouth.

"What? Too soon?" Asked Dive.

A snort was heard. It was from Vegeta who was covering it up by coughing into his fist.

"Holy crap, Vegeta can laugh at jokes." Raditz smirked.

"Watch your mouth, Low-Class." Vegeta snapped back, but there wasn't the usual venom in his voice. It sounded like something he would just say for the heck of it.

"Speaking of royalty and food, wouldn't you be an epicurean?" Asked Dive.

"The fuck's an 'epicurean'?" Vegeta said back.

"The thing about being picky to choose only the best tasting food." Dive waved his hand trying to remember the definition.

"We're Saiyans. We can eat anything." Vegeta deadpanned.

"Oh yeah. That makes sense." Dive nodded.

"As for royalty, we're that because we're the strongest, so we get first cut of any game." Vegeta said. "And we know how to use utensils."

"...Was that you making a joke?" Dive said with a slow grin.

"Don't get used to it." Vegeta smirked back. "Now is the clown show over, or can we get down to business?" He growled.

"What are you feeling now?" Dive said suddenly.

"Huh?" Vegeta looked startled.

"All of you." Dive said to the other three Saiyans.

"Um...fine?" Goku said while looking at himself.

"Are we...suppose to feel something specific?" Nach asked.

"Stop. Don't overthink it." Quickly said. "That good mood you were feeling? That tranquility? Hold on to that feeling." Dive's voice fell into a recognizable teaching tone, thus the group easily started following his direction, focusing on their emotions during the earlier jovial mood. "Now, close your eyes start powering up. I'm gonna work with you on a general method, doesn't work, I'll do it one-on-one."

Vegeta, Goku, Raditz and Nach easily fell into their battle stances, and started powering up.

"Slowly. Slow but steady, don't focus on reaching the max. Focus just on rising your power level. If you reach the max, just keep at it, but don't think about it too much."

Again the group did so. They were easily half-way to fully reaching their cap.

"Good, good, keep that pace, and the tranquility you're feeling. If you're concentration broke, just focus on whatever helps you keep calm, and feel at peace."

Dive waited, and waited, and waited some more, just feeling the energy rising around him, as seeing the group's steady breathing.

Vegeta having been too eager to learn the Super Saiyan technique, had powered up too quickly at the start and was just about to reach his power ceiling. Dive wanted all of them to be at the same pace, but figured this would be a good point to start the next part.

"Now think about the things that makes you happy, the things you love and bring you joy." He said, and continued a second later, right as their imagination began to work on the image he was drawing them toward. "Now think of it being destroyed." That threw them off, but Dive didn't stop. "Think of what angers, truly angers you, and imagine it ripping apart all you care about."

The four Saiyans' power, as if in response to Dive's words and the imagination their mind conjured, flared up suddenly, hitting that energy cap ceiling, before stabilizing, their aura flickering yellow in parts, before returning to normal.

"That sudden violent anger, hold on to it. Build up upon it, keep drawing more of your power, as if it's born from that rage. Your limit or your ability or what your body can handle? Doesn't matter!"

The four Saiyans started gritting their teeth, growling. Goku almost beginning to scream.

"As your power draws from that rage, keep letting that fiery anger building with it, growing with the energy you're pulling till it engulfs all of you."

Now it wasn't just Goku roaring, but all of them. The anger from their imagination, turned real, and the rage from drawing more power than what they normally had caused pain, which just fed into that rage.

"Stop holding back on your emotions or controlling them! You can feel it, can't you? The power to fight that which threatens all you care about. Drawing it out, even if it kills you, to fight, to win!" Dive shouted.

All of their screams when higher, and higher along with their power, shaking the ground around them in a quake. As if that ancient power within their blood, was breaking out from not just within them, but from the core of the world.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Goku threw his head back, his scream as if he was trying to expel all the air from his chest, as his aura fully turned yellow and his hair turned gold.

Goku's power level skyrocketed, causing the others to break out of their focus, and open their eyes, but not stop their training.

They saw it for the first time. The aura, the transformation, the golden hair and green eyes. The form of a Super Saiyan.

Vegeta was stunned. This power was beyond what he imagine, now it felt like it was beyond what Frieza was at 100% in his Final Form.

And it should have been him.

It should have been him to first attain their power. Dive doesn't count. He was a freak of nature, or just luck that he managed what he did. If he had immortality and trained in chamber that sped up time, and had harsh conditions the further you went into it, he would have attained this power, this rightful power so long ago.

And yet, here and now, this Low-Class Saiyan Warrior attained it first.

"This...this...you..." Vegeta started to growl and fume in his rage. "I won't accept this!"

With a mighty shout, Goku's transformation being the catalyst, Vegeta aura exploded, turned yellow, his hair gold as he transformed into a Super Saiyan.

Almost like it's a chain reaction, Raditz followed suit turning into a Super Saiyan as well, with Nach being the final one to transform.

The power felt incredible, beyond any the Saiyan could have imagined feeling. Yet the rage was overwhelming. Goku and Raditz barely holding on from lashing out at everyone. Vegeta surprisingly easily bore it, as he was used to working through the feral rage of the Great Ape form, thus can control himself.

And Nach?

"RAAAAAAAH!" She instantly dashed at Dive fist flying with all her new power.

Dive caught her arm, then turn her around and locked her with a bear hug, as she struggles to break free, foaming from the mouth in wroth.

"Alright," Dive spoke. "First time transforming? Yeah, that anger is normal. It gets easier with every transformation, and more manageable with training, until eventually soon enough it won't be there anymore, nor will you need it." He then free Nach, and before she can turn, donkey kicked her, sending her flying into the ground between Raditz and Goku. "For now, come at me all of you, and let it all out."

"Hmph, with pleasure." Vegeta smirked viciously.

But it was Goku who charged first, Nach right after him. Vegeta growled at missing his shot to attack first and dashed in with Raditz, as the four new Super Saiyans battled the Red Saiyan.

"Woah, is that Goku and the others!?" Krillin asked in shock. He and the rest of the fighters from the Dragon Team were on Kami's Lookout with a clone of Dive who was training them.

"That power is insane! Frieza was nothing in comparison!" Piccolo said, speaking everyone's thought.

"The hell, so that's the power of a Super Saiyan." Tien spoke out loud, wondering how it's even possible to catch up to the Saiyans now. "They're fighting you right now. You sure it's a good idea to keep the Multi-Form?" He asked Dive.

"'Multi-Form'? Is that what you call ki cloning?" Dive asked. He had just sparred with the whole Dragon Team, except for Roshi who was visiting, and now while they were on break, they felt the power of the Saiyans as they did their transformations.

"What you're doing, it feel like the Multi-Form us Triclopses created." Tien noted.

"I'm guessing you divide your total ki when do the Multi-Form?" Dive asked.

"Yes, that's how it works." Tien nodded.

"Huh. Mine...sorta works like that but not the same." Dive thought for a moment. "I mean, it can work like that but I don't need to." He then looked back to meet Tien's eyes as he explained. "What I do is, I make a Ki Clone, but keep it linked, connected to the main body, but it's fully corporeal. It's like having an extra arm but made of ki."

"Heh, I know what that's like." Tien smirked as he did have a technique that allowed him to do that.

"I know, right? I built it off of something like that." Said Dive.

"Wait, what?" Tien blinked in surprise.

"Well, not fully. I knew how to make Ki Clones before hand, but then I thought, they were too separate from me. In the sense that they can act too on their own, and the information they give back once dispersed takes too long." Dive explained. "So I made my clone all linked, kinda like a hivemind, but not really. Multiple bodies, multiple brains, but one mind, and thus one energy source. Thus I can move the energy however I want, to which body needs it for what, and whatever information one body learns, the rest learn instantaneously without lag."

"That's..." Tien and the rest were taken aback.

"Scary...and weird, yeah." Krillin finished for Tien.

"Are you insane!?" Roshi shouted, entering the conversation.

"Woah, Master Roshi, why are you shouting?" Yamcha said back in shock and worry.

"You need to stop. You'll fracture your mind if you keep up this technique in the way you're using it." Roshi said hastily.

The Dragon Team looked horrified and worried.

"No, I won't." Dive said back calmly.

"I'm afraid, what Roshi is saying is a legitimate worry." Kami spoke up. "To split one's mind in many ways is not for mortals to handle, or even an immortal such as yourself. You are likely to harm your Self, and I do not know how immortality deals with harm to the mind rather than the body. Thus I echo Roshi's worries."

"But that's not what I doing." Dive said, surprising the group. "I just said, one mind, multiple brains. I'm not splitting my mind, I'm just paying attention to multiple things at once. It's just multitasking."

"Truly?" Kami asked, looking surprised.

"...How?" Roshi asked, also wide-eyed with surprise.

Dive shrugged. "Practice. Given enough time, boredom and literally nothing else to do, I started off with one linked clone, and just kept going till I was both at once, then I added another. And after learning how to work with that, I added another. Thus the number of things I could train at the same time increased." He then looked reminisced a bit. "Although it made sparring with myself, really tough in the beginning. The number of times I just head-butting myself was hilarious." He chuckled.

"Unbelievable." Roshi shook his head. "I suppose you learn something new is possible everyday." Then a lechrous grin came to his face. "Wonder what it would be like to sneak a peek at a ladies hot spring from multiple angles, in live time."

"Say," Tien spoke up, cutting off Roshi's dialogue before it devolved into perverted ramblings. "You said you can make an extra arm made of ki, can you show me?"

"Sure," Dive nodded. He closed his eyes for a second, brought his hands together like in a prayer, then raised his arms up, and when he separated his hands, it looked like he hand two pairs of arms in addition to his own.

Four arms sprouted from his back. A pair from his shoulder blades places above his normal arms, and a pair from below his shoulder blades, placed below his normal arms, all reaching the same length as his arms.

"That's Tien's Four Witches Technique!" Krillin called out.

"More like Six Witches." Said Yamcha. "Hey Tien, how come you can't do that?"

"It's exhausting doing it normally, plus I would have to learn how to coordinate with the new arms all over again." Tien said, looking at Dive with wide-eyes.

"'Four Witches'? Huh, I've been calling it the Asura Form all this time." Dive shrugged.

"Where did you learn this?" Tien asked.

"Self-taught for the most part, but I couldn't make them real before. They were just ki-shaped arms before." Dive focused for a bit, and the arms broke down into blue energy in the shape of arms. "Like that." He said before dismissing the technique entirely. "It's only when I saw a Triclopse using, the what you called 'Four Witches Technique', that I learned how to make them into actual physical arms."

"You saw a Triclopse using the technique? Was that before you entered the Time Chamber?" Asked Tien in interest.

"No, it was from within the Time Room." Dive nodded.

""What!?"" Multiple people shouted.

"Wait, how?" Krillin asked.

"You know how you can sense ki, even far away across different planets if you're ki sensing is good enough."

"Yes," said Kami.

"No," said Krillin.

Dive chuckled. "Anyways, basically being in the vast expanse of black nothingness for a long enough time, I wanted to see something different. Anything different." He explained. "So first I learned how to sense ki outside of the chamber. That was the easy part. Then I kept pushing that ability more, and more, and more, and more till I could see the ki I'm sensing and the surrounding area. Then I pushed it further till I could hear what's happening around the ki I'm sensing. And then learned how to smell ki sensing just for the hell of it."

"Woah, that is..." Piccolo along with the others listening were flabbergasted.

"You...taught yourself farsight?" Kami asked in awe.

"More like Ki Farsight, unless you're talking about something else. Although it was more like Ki Video, technically." Dive answered.

"TEACH ME!" Roshi grabbed Dive by his jacket, looking at me with great admiration. "Please teach me, O' Wise Master! What do you want for this technique? My house? My money? The Kamehameha? I'll even teach you this technique I learned from King Kai in return!"

"For god's sake Master Roshi, stop!" Krillin and Yamcha pulled the pleading Roshi off of Dive who was just chuckling at the situation.

"You said you learned how to perfect your Asura Technique from seeing a Triclopse do it." Tien brought the discussion back to something that intrigued him. "Have you done that for other techniques?"

The group suddenly looked at Dive with a mix of apprehension and discomfort.

"Not as many as I would have liked but yeah." Dive sighed.

The Dragon Team recoiled.

"Woah, man! You stole other people's techniques without them knowing? That's not cool, dude!" Yamcha shouted.

"Kinda agree with Yamcha, here." Said Krillin.

"Stole? How is it stealing by learning it from watching? It's not like I ripped the knowledge from their heads." Dive countered.

"Still," Krillin said. "Kinda iffy."

"Look, in my defense," Dive began. "I got bored. Even if I was constantly in a flow state with all my clones working on something, I need stimulation. Something, anything else." He explained, need clear in his tone. "Besides, it's not like I could just keep spying on everyone on Earth or other places to get their techniques. It doesn't work like that. It's more of a crapshoot and if I'm lucky, I happen to fine people fighting or training, and they happen to use a technique I've never seen before, or didn't come up with something similar myself."

"What do you mean it's a crapshoot?" Asked Roshi. "While I don't condone the practice of spying," multiple people starting coughing. "On Martial Arts techniques." The coughing stopped. "It seems to me like you have a had a full proof way to do that without anyone finding out."

"Because when you look at something in the Real World from within the Time Room, it's not moving at the rate of the normal world." Dive said.

"Oooh! Now I see." Kami said with a nod while holding his chin.

"See what, Kami?" Asked Krillin.

"If what I understand is right, young--I mean...old?" Kami looked at the Red Saiyan.

"Just say Dive." Dive chuckled.

"Right." He coughed once to regain his composure while smiling. "Dive here was seeing the world moving at the speed the world within the Room of Spirit and Time was moving in."

"So, wait, you mean..." Piccolo started as he looked back at Dive who finished the explanation for him.

"Everything was in sssssssllllloooooooooowwww mmmmmmmooooooooootttttttiiiiioooooooooonnnnnnn~." Dive said in an exaggerated way, causing Tien, Krillin and Yamcha to chuckle. "So yeah," Dive continued. "So if I happen to look and someone is doing a technique, then cool. Then I could literally see how their Ki is moving, I can study that, then practice on my own. If I don't find anything I just look at the stars or other galaxies, take their beauty in, you know."

"Wait, you turned off, the Ki looking? Why?" Yamcha asked.

"Yeah, even if you don't find something, if you wait long enough, you would eventually find a Martial Artist practicing their moves, and you could copy that." Krillin said. "Not that I approve or anything, of the practice without permission." He said after a look from Roshi.

Dive took a deep breath and let out a sigh. "Temptation."

"Temptation?" Asked Krillin.

"Hmm, I see. You are a wise young man." Roshi said with a nod.

"Older than you, but thanks for the sentiment." Dive smiled back.

"I don't get it. What temptation?" Asked Yamcha.

"The temptation to keep looking at the real world, and experience it vicariously." Piccolo spoke up. "You said your clones are all you, right?" He pointed out to clarify for the others, and Dive nodded. "Then even if you can multitask with ten or twenty clones, they all share one mind, but they are focused on one thing. Training. Growing stronger." He pointed out. "Yet, if one is busy looking at the world, he'll eventually draw everyone's attention to doing that, even if you are trying to do other things. It would completely disrupt the training, or make it very inefficient."

"Got it in one, Piccolo." Dive nodded. "I basically forced myself not to look at the world after learning that technique, but reserved myself a 'break' somewhat, since I didn't stop training, to look at the world once ever century or so, for a day or two in Time Room time before stopping and going back to only training." He then paused, before nodding to himself. "I guess for the sake of transparency, I should mention that I did once watch you do a technique." He said toward Roshi.

The old master narrowed his eyes, but appreciated the Red Saiyan's honesty. "Which one?" He had a feeling he knew, but wanted to be sure.

"Don't know it's name, just that it starts with a 'Ka'. It's the bring your hands to the side, and throw them forward to fire a beam. Called it something else in my head, but that's definitely wrong." Dive said.

"You know the Kamehameha!" Krillin shouted in surprise.

"Wait, why didn't you know it's name, if you can hear with Ki?" Asked Yamcha.

"You try and puzzle out the one word someone is saying over six minutes. I could either focus on the technique and how it's forms, or what he's saying." Dive said back. "I don't usually find people doing a technique from start to finish. Usually I catch them mid-technique, or after they launched it and I have to work backwards to see how they did it." He paused and smiled. "Admittedly that was fun to work out, either I got the technique right, or invented something wholly new." He then looked at Roshi once more, and bowed his head once. "Sorry for taking your technique without asking."

"Hmm," Roshi hummed, as he was quiet, and rubbed his bread. "I suppose you did have good intentions, and you were in a harsh situation, beyond just the conditions of the Time Chamber." Roshi said back with acceptance. "I suppose the only way to make this right, is to make you a student of the Turtle School." He then narrowed his eyes, and pointed his staff at Dive dramatically. "But you will have to pay me back for learning my prized technique first." He grinned while blushed fiercely. "Like for example, teaching me that Ki Seeing technique."

"Dammit, I knew it!" Krillin shouted. "Dive, you mustn't. I pay him with dirty magazines, you absolutely can not teach him that ability!"

"You ungrateful brat!" Shouted Roshi.

"I, uhh, can I also learn it?" Yamcha asked with a raised hand.

"Yamcha!" Krillin shouted scandalized.

"I wanna learn the 'Asura Form'." Tien half-asked, half-demanded.

"Sure," Dive shrugged. "Hey Roshi," he called out.

"Yes? You agree to teach me, Ki Seeing?" Roshi asked with a grin.

"I don't see why not, but I'm not sure about joining your school. I don't have much money to pay for lessons." Dive had a hand on his chin.

"Meh, that's fine. I take students based on talent." Roshi waved him off.

"Is there anything you could actually teach him?" Asked Krillin.

"Why yes. Yes there is." Roshi said smugly. "It's something I learned from King Kai, the same technique Goku learned. Pretty fascinating really."

"You mean the Kaio-ken!?" Asked Krillin to the surprise of others.

"Yep," he grinned. "King Kai was pretty cool, so he taught it to me with a few other stuff. He said it's fine if I taught it to those worthy. The Turtle School still has more to give, baby!"

"Oh god, what's going to happen to this world?" Krillin sighed, while looking down.

"Hmm, I still don't want to learn for free, if I'm directly going to be learning from you." Dive thought for a moment, before smirking. "Say, do you have any paper and pencil around?" Dive asked Kami.

"I'm sure Mr. Popo can get some." Kami said back, wondering what the Red Saiyan needs them for.

Sure enough, Mr. Popo went and came back with a sketchbook and some pencils.

Everyone wondered what Dive was doing as he took the items, watched away for a moment, looked at each one and started drawing. Finishing one paper he flipped it and started on the next.

He did that till he had finished drawing someone on five papers.

He cut the papers neatly from the sketchbook and handed them to Roshi, who looked quickly at them bug-eyed.

Then the old martial arts master, calmly folded the papers and held his hand behind his back.

"Dive, my boy." Roshi began with his head held up. "All is forgiven. You are nothing but a pure innocent soul, who deserves no rebuke. In fact, if you wish to learn any technique I have, all you need to do is ask." Roshi said to the shock of those present. "Although have you considered becoming a full-time artist. Rather than this rubbish of martial arts, you should focus on drawing. The world needs your talent!" He said passionately. "Quite a few people would pay for this beauty."

"Okay, what did you draw?" Tien asked nervously.

"All of Roshi's current students, and everyone here, sans Kami and Mr. Popo." Dive said, which just confused everyone even more. "But sexy female versions of you."

"GET HIM!" Krillin shouted as he dashed full speed at Roshi.

"You damn ungrateful brats!" Roshi used his Pump Up form. "Kaio-ken!" A red aura exploded from him, and he turned and ran away, with the rest of the Dragon Team sans Piccolo chasing after him.

"Idiots. All of you." Piccolo sighed, as Dive laughed at the scene. Kami found the situation amusing as well.

"Dive, something you said had been on my mind for a while." Kami asked, as the two watched the fighters chase Roshi around, aiming ki blasts at him, or specifically the papers in his hand.

"Yeah?"

"You said you were stuck in the black nothingness of the Time Chamber, but...the room is white." Kami pointed out.

"Not if you get deep enough." Dive sighed.

"Truly?" Kami asked, intrigued and interested.

"Yeah, for one the distortions, the gravity, the atmospheric pressure and resistance like you're underwater, the heat and cold, all that becomes consistent when you get deep enough in the chamber." Dive said. "Then the world start flashing dark before that becomes consistent, and then it just gets fucking freakier."

That was a surprising revelation to Kami, who talked for a bit more about Dive's discovers of the Room of Spirit and Time, along with what he things he saw when he looked out into the world from within the room.

The stories Dive had of the beauty of the universe were quite pleasant to listen to.
