Chapter 21 - Chapter Twenty-One

"It's unfair!" The elf prince stormed out of his father's chambers and out of the castle.

The elderly looking king sighed as he turned to his daughter. "You must be the one to seek out the Jedi, Sandra. Ask them to help us in our time of need."

Jylan stared at the doorway before nodding and leaving as well.

As the prince walked into a nearby bar, he sat down at an empty table and immediately got a drink. He quickly noticed a man in all black with a hood covering his face sitting across from him.

"Excuse me, Prince." The man's voice was deep, and sounded augmented. "I was here first."

The prince smirked. "Looking to die? I'm not having the best day."

John looked up at the prince and the young prince felt his throat slowly being crushed, before it stopped.

"It's a shame you are not as respected as your sister. I've watched your country for months now, and they do not respect you like her."

The prince gulped down his drink. "It's because she doesn't have, in the words of my father,'uncontrollable emotions.'"

John chuckled. "Just because you have feelings, doesn't mean your weak. You're clearly stronger than that weakling you call a sister." He stared at the prince, his helmet hiding his face. "I could give you the power to take her position, Malcor. I even have an army."

Prince Malcor stared at John. "What army?"

"Sadly, it's been confiscated by the humans. It's a rather advanced army made of metal, and can be constantly replaced. I believe they are the ones destroying your outer cities."

A few months prior to seeing the prince, John contacted indigo and had him and the others take all the Sith equipment back to the temple, along with all the people.

They had also previously burned down other outer cities swiftly, leaving no elven survivors, and taking in the humans.

The army of soldiers grew to a solid 20,000, while soldiers that wore the gear from the vault, named Shadow Troopers, numbered three hundred. The clones numbers remained the same as John hadn't returned. The gold from the cities also built up in the temple, numbering at 342,000.

Indigo had Squad 22 lead future Shadow Troopers on "Cleansing Missions," which were to wipe out any villages or caravans around the temple.

The citizens that used to be villagers, as well as many of the soldiers, began to build many houses for everyone, eventually making a large town grow around the temple.

John opened his eyes and gestured to the East. "If you convince your father he needs my new army, I can help you get the metal one, and the ability I have just shown you."

John stood up and looked down on Malcor. "Think about it." He walked out of the bar and Malcor sat staring at his drink.

He raised it into the air. "Waitress!"

———

John raised his head to the sky and sighed. 'It's been eight months since I contacted Indigo. I wonder what's happening?' He then pulled up his attributes.

Vitality: 24

Strength: 28

Agility: 26

Intelligence: 25

Dexterity: 24

Endurance: 26

[Unspent Attribute Points: 57]

'Hmm.' As he walked through the street, masking himself with the force, he adjusted his attributes.

Vitality: 24 -> 34

Strength: 28 -> 37

Agility: 26 -> 35

Intelligence: 25 -> 35

Dexterity: 24 -> 34

Endurance: 26 -> 35

[You have 79 unspent skill points.]

"Max any skills not yet maxed out."

[Force Healing: Level 19/20 -> 20/20 -> Max]

[All skills maxed. Would you like to see a skill for level 50 and above?]

"Yes."

[Adaption: Adapt your body to any environment. Although it has 200 levels, if it is maxed out, you could survive in even the harshest environments.]

John thought for a moment has he walked through the door of an inn. 'Are there any others?'

[Kyber Crystal Formation: Condense the Force with your hands into a Kyber Crystal. Each ten levels is the same size, which decreases in difficulty. With 500 levels, the size increases from that of a tear, to that of a finger tip, to that of a car. When a Kyber Crystal is large enough to be cut into multiple crystals, precise care must be taken to ensure they don't shatter.]

John looked at the two skills and thought carefully. 'Although the Adaption skill sounds good, it wouldn't be too difficult to use the force to keep myself alive in harsh environments. If I choose the Kyber Crystal Formation, I'll be able to create natural crystals, and give them to those I find worthy. I may eventually even be able to pass it down.'

He decided on the Kyber Crystal Formation.

[Cost: 50 Skill Points.]

'I guess that's an equivalent exchange?' John accepted the cost and was left with 29 skill points, which he promptly invested in the skill.

[Kyber Crystal Formation: Level 29/500]

He walked into his room and sat down after locking the door and removing the black robe covering him. He took off his helmet and sat it down in front of him.

'Level 30 should be the last level for the second size.'

As John sat in the inn with his new power, Chris and Charlotte both decided to take 4 of the kids under them to train. While they were both effective, Chris' students seemed much more powerful, but only because they were older by a few years.

They trained with metal rods and rocks to learn to how to fight and use the force.

The oldest one of them, a girl about thirteen years old, lifted a rock off the ground and crushed it into dust with the force.

Chris smiled. "When Master Thane returns he will be very pleased with all of your advancements. He may even allow you to create your own lightsabers."

"Really?" The four said in unison.

Chris nodded. "Yeah. I'm sure you eight will be leaders in his army eventually."

"That includes Lady Charlotte's students too, huh?" The girl sighed. Her white hair reached down to the base of her neck and she had painted two black lines over her eyes.

Chris laughed. "It's fine Cecile. Eventually, when my sister tries to betray Master Thane, her students will probably join her, dying in her arms."

———

John spent four days before finally being able to make a crystal. "Finally." He held it in his hand, and carefully inspected it. 'It has a few cracks here and there, but it's fine otherwise, although it probably couldn't power a lightsaber.'

John grabbed his lightsaber and dismantled it, grabbing his crystal and placing in the new one. After reassembling it, he took a long breath and turned it on.
