Sometime later, Grandpa Lu left the party earlier than the rest of their guests. Su Xiaofei, along with her mother and Lu Qingfeng sent him off and thanked him for making time to join the celebration today.
"Did Grandpa make you uncomfortable?" Lu Qingfeng asked Su Xiaofei when her mother hurriedly left to answer the phone call she just received from work.
Su Xiaofei shook her head and hooked her arm with his as they slowly made their way back inside.
"No, but I'm glad that you invited him here, as well as Uncle Qiao and Xiao Han." She smiled at him. She couldn't be happier that Lu Qingfeng managed to invite everyone to celebrate her birthday.
