Cindy was running late and I had ordered a cappuccino with a blueberry muffin till then.
After about 5 five minutes,the door of the cafe opened, I looked toward it, thinking that it might be Cindy,but it was Sawyer.
He usually doesn't enter the cafe or any other area, where I am supposed to meet my friends. It's his idea of giving liberty,but it's not even a bit of it. Doesn't matter from near or far, he always keeps an eye on me. But today,well,it's unusual like the most of the things happening with me nowadays and I am panicked.His face was habitual, his usual no emotion face, because of which it makes nearly impossible to understand his mood.
"Costellos will be reaching the mansion any moment. You are required to get home now."he demanded.
Cindy entered the cafe in a rush before I could respond to Sawyer. She started apologising for the delay,not knowing the situation. I stood quiet waiting for her to pipe down so that I can talk to Sawyer.She noticed my expressions and went quite.
"Can't we go a few minutes later ,you can see Cindy just arrived." I requested.
"Hey, where do you have to go?"Cindy interrupted I gestured her to hush up.
I turned to sawyer trying to make a pleading face which was a big failure.
"We can't it's your father's order." Sawyer stated.
screw him was what I wanted to say but instead said "give me a minute."
I turned to Cindy and said ,"We have some guests to attend can you accompany me to my apartment?" "ok ,yeah!"she said,slightly confused.
Cindy and I sat on the back seats of our black Range Rover and Sawyer sat on front.Driver ignited the engine in no time and we left the cafe.
I told,Cindy about how pathetic yesterday was, and she listened quietly but was shocked.
She did not tried to converse further. Because she knew that conversing further won't make things easy for me, rather it will become worse.
Driver parked the car in front of the doorway,two other cars were parked in front of the fountain,which states that the Costellos have arrived. One of them was a Ferrari 812 and Cindy was literally drooling over it, imagining about the owner of it.
I gestured her to behave and she started acting like a matured lady with that ridiculous walk. I got the silly girl.
We went inside without wasting anytime. The hallway was vacant except few servants doing their jobs.We assumed that the guests must have been shown their rooms. I sighed in relief.Bit the problem was, I was not knowing what all rooms have been allotted them. I asked Cindy not to make any noise that will catch the attention of others.
We went straight to my room and closed the door. I was more than terrified during this short walk from the hallway to my room. And Cindy, this girl, she was giggling like a kid. All of these were funny for her. We settled on the bed.
"I am so excited to see him.",she stated.
I gave her an annoyed glare which she ignored.
"By the way, I am thirsty,can I go and fetch some drink from the kitchen?"she asked.
She has been drinking water throughout our way from cafe macchiatio till here.She wasn't thirsty,she was desperate to take a sneak peak of that Franco treacherous Costello.
"No need to go. You aren't thirsty."I ordered.
"How do you know whether I am thirsty or not. I want something to drink or I am leaving." she demanded.
"Arghh! this girl. You can be so stubborn you know." I told her.
"I know" she responded.
"Wait here I'll get you something to drink." I ordered.
I left the room and was going towards kitchen,observing my each step and trying not to make any noise I was looking every possible where to avoid catching someone's attention.The door of the room next to mine opened,and I jumped into a solid shape.oops that was dripping wet.
I glanced up to see and.... what a bummer!
