A burning warm amber light teased Yuki's pale skin, the woman shifted uncomfortably in her sleep and took more space on the tight place, running her hand over the empty sheets with closed eyes. Suddenly she sat up with her eyes wide open finding the single bed all to herself. She hysterically looked around, the sun had barely just risen, the ward room's door was closed and Yuki was the only one inside. She got up with a sudden jerk, tripping over with a aching back but she immediately got dressed and covered her face. She rushed out, sneaking through the path she came in from whilst peeking in every room and bathroom looking for her significant other. Her heart was beating hard to the point that she felt she would vomit it out.
Where could she have gone? She couldn't think of it, she was out of breath and with shivering hands she took out her cellphone. Her first thought was to call Kei but she suddenly remembered how and where he was. A pang of sudden loneliness and darkness surrounded her...She wanted to yell for help but there wasn't anyone she could think of, taking off her heels she threw them away and started running bare feet on the road
"Aoi...help...!"

"Brother..."
Keitarou's numb fingers twitched and a blur of both physical and psychological awareness clouded his mind. His eyes fluttered open, as a new born child looking at the world for the first time. He looked dazed, blinking in confusion for a few seconds over who he was, where he was and what he was doing there. The innocent moment of confusion brought a little smile on his lips and gradually it disappeared as reality flashed before him. He tried to move his hands but they were confined.
"Brother..you are awake.."
His eyes followed the voice whilst trembling, he tried to open his mouth as to cry for help but no voice came out. His voice betrayed him, just as his eyes did.
Mari plunged forward and covered his mouth with her hand, he started trembling, other than that he was completely frozen. His heart and respiratory rate increased, his pupils began to dilate, he gasped for air while moving his legs rapidly.
"Are you that afraid of me?" She mumbled moving her hand from his mouth and combed his hair back with her fingers while he reluctantly moved his head back trembling, his lips moved but no sound came out "Now you look exactly like how Haru chan did back then..you're so beautiful.." She leaned down to kiss at his lips but he moved his face right and left till she grabbed him by the jaw trying to force a kiss upon him, the urine bag attached to his lower half filled up while struggling.
"Whoa there.." Alex pulled her off him as soon as he saw all that while entering the room just for a silent secret visit because Aoi requested him to check up on Kei often while she wasn't able to, in her stead.
Mari pretty much fell back with the strength the other pushed him with, she got up and attacked at Alex , Alex slipped back on Keitarou whilst defending himself in confusion. She sniffed him up while he was trying to move not to crush Kei under him and at the same time, keeping care that he doesn't get hit in stomach.
((Note: Pregnant omegas have a sweeter and different scent, however those without an alpha's scent on them might be seen as lone omegas and other alphas might attempt to harm them if they are in a rut which is for an alpha, an overwhelming need to breed. Often a rut is induced by an omega in heat, however it might also occur when an alpha is in state of arousal. However it's not always the case that an alpha might harm a lone pregnant omega, but only sometimes in a strong rut when they feel the need to harm and breed with that omega themselves))
"A pregnant omega..." She huffed, Alex's eyes widened hearing her tone, he immediately covered his stomach with both hands protectively
Keitarou was pretty much getting crushed underneath and silently sobbing, Mari was pulling at Alex's arms around his stomach, she even kicked at his arms and punched but he kept it tight.
Someone grabbed Mari by her hair and hit her head to the wall, for a moment Mari lost her balance but she immediately rushed out of the room. Though he could care less about her and rushed to Alex, pulling him off Keitarou.
"Zhuang.." Alex whispered with a sigh of relief while coughing hard, Zhuang sat him on a seat next to Keitarou's bed and without saying anything got out of the room calling the doctor loudly.
"Kei..are you okay?" Alex asked while bending at his seat and coughing a bit.
Keitarou could barely respond. Akio came back at the same time
"What happened..?" Akio said in shock.
Zhuang came in after the doctors and nurses followed and attended to Keitarou first. Zhuang then came to Alex, protectively putting arms around him.
"Doctor please check him too! He got hit in the stomach, he's pregnant" Zhuang pleaded to one of the doctors.
"Alright let's move him to a separate room, should we get a stretcher..?" One of the doctor asked. Alex nodded a no and stood up carefully.
"Please take care of him first, he's not doing well at all.. I'll be fine, I didn't get hit, I protected myself, i'm coughing because I got panicked" Alex said taking long breaths to calm himself.
Akio was trying to make sense of situation but Keitarou was more important so he went for him first.
"Call the cops too please" The doctor said to the nurse. Zhuang and Alex eyed eachother, Zhuang obviously couldn't stay if cops were to come.
"Ah.. I think I feel a little beat, I'd like to go home" Alex said immediately.
"Sir please stay, the hospital was irresponsible, let us give you a check up first" The doctor insisted.
"Oh no it's okay doctor, I'm just tired please just take care of Kei..I'll just.." Alex grabbed Zhuang's arm, locking arm with him "My husband here will take me home, don't worry" Alex smiled cheesily at the doctor.
"Husband?" Zhuang whispered looking around for one and Alex had to step on his foot to signal him to play along.
"OH!! OH yeah me, I'm totally an husband.. I mean a husband, yes! well then I'll take what's mine and leave the job to you healers! please take care of our country!" Zhuang blurted in commando style whatever he could in that state of confusion and picked up Alex princess style and rushed out while Alex was facepalming himself the whole time and lowkey being so done with this dumb man.

"Is it really okay to untie him doctor..? the first thing he did while we untied him was attack us..he could hurt someone or himself..." The nurse whispered.
"He won't let anyone of us touch him, he attacked because we were trying to touch him..for now we can't let the patient out of sight but don't panic him, the only good thing is that he's listening to that man even a little bit, we couldn't have calmed him down, that man can be useful in therapy.." The doctor whispered back.
"Doctor we received a call from his old psychiatrist , the patient did get therapy in past, his mother arrived with the psychiatrist, she was worried about the patient's condition so she took a leave and boarded a plane here to especially see him.." The nurse informed
"That's good, they must have a bond of trust, it'll be very difficult for any other psychiatrist to do that right now..." The doctor sighed "This is very sad and pitiful.."
"Yeah...just seeing the patient gives me chills sometimes, you can see in his eyes that he really wants to end his life right now...it makes me guilty, if we're doing the right thing by saving him when the more he lives, the more painful it would get for him.." The nurse held a folder tightly to her chest.
"Are you okay?" The doctors asked, the nurse gave a silent nod.
"I'll contact the psychiatrist again, its better she gets here soon" The nurse said and walked away giving a light bow.
The doctor looked at Akio from the crack of the door who was talking to Keitarou who had been sitting on floor in the corner of room balled up ever since he had been untied. He freaked out if anyone walked closer than a certain distance, however he did allow Akio to come closer and talk to him. He didn't respond, just looked at him from the corner of his eyes. He was stable as long as he wasn't touched.
The doctor took a long breath before walking away, leaving the rest on Akio for now

"No I don't think at this point they can hide this issue anymore..and i won't let them! until those B**TARDS pay for what they've done to my son!" The black haired asian woman with cat like eyes and a deep voice said while she broke the glass in her hand in a tight squeeze.
"RENA SAN! You'll hurt yourself!" Aoi said, while a tall blonde woman rested a medical box on Aoi's head.
"She always does that when she's angry, you just have to keep a medical box on you all the time when it comes to her, her hubby is always carrying one everywhere back at home, he even sent one with me, such a worry wart" The blonde, grey eyed woman sighed.
"Ms. Samantha.." Aoi mumbled taking the box from the blonde woman and took Rena's hand to tend to it.
"In first place why did you marry an omega man when you're a beta, you could've easily found a beta guy jeez..but you always get stuck with the alpha and omega world.. your first husband, kei's father was an alpha right?" The blonde woman shrugged.
"Don't say it like that Sam, I know Max is an omega and a worry wart but most of all he is a sweetheart, he's nothing like that asshole Uzawa whose going to jail this time for sure!" Rena said brushing her bandaged hand back and forth.
"Say Rena, are you sure you don't wanna see little Kei yet?" The blonde woman sat down on the couch next to Aoi.
"I can't yet, I might break seeing my baby in that condition...I was not in favor of letting him come here at all! That stubborn kid! And he hid so much from me! You too Sam, you knew but you never told me!" Rena groaned.
"It's called confidentiality woman, I can't reveal what a patient doesn't want to be revealed, else I could break their trust...but well... maybe I was wrong...if I had told you, you might have stopped him more forcefully and none of this would have happened..." Sam played with a curl of her hair while averting eyes.
"I can't face him right now, he'd hate me for not knowing his suffering all this time...that's why I brought you with me, you're his psychiatrist Sam...I will face him when you tell me it's the right time...though I don't have as much courage...but what I can do is, make those who did it to him suffer, it's about time they did..." The black haired woman didn't even flinch while Aoi bandaged her hand.
The bell rang and the three woman got distracted
"Who could that be? it's not your parents is it Aoi?" The black haired woman asked.
"No idea but I don't think they would dare come to Kei chan's apartment knowing that Rena san is here, you know how much the two families avoid you.." Aoi shrugged and got up to check at the door.
Aoi peeked through the keyhole and just had to open the door
"Aoi chan!" Yuki came with a sudden rush and hugged Aoi's waist tightly falling to her knees.
"Yuki?!" Aoi was caught by surprise but tried to lift the other woman up.
Rena and Sam also ended up coming to the door
"Yuki?" Rena could pretty much recognize that pale and gloomy face anywhere "Oh my gosh, you've grown so much child" Rena said in a nostalgic familiarity.
However Yuki collapsed in Aoi's arms.
"Alright that doesn't look good to me" Sam said and moved forward lifting Yuki easily in her arms "What a frail child seriously" Sam said and carried her to the bedroom
Aoi turned on the lights and opened the window to get some fresh air in.
"Is she okay?" Aoi asked, Rena was just as eager to know.
Sam leaned forward, her hair hanging from the sides while she laid Yuki carefully on the bed. Yuki momentarily opened her eyes looking up at the woman "Pretty" She whispered as the curtain of beautiful blonde curls surrounded her face centered by blazing grey and wild eyes
"Well I'm flattered but I'm pretty sure you're not in your senses to call a middle aged woman that" She grabbed Yuki's thin wrist checking the pulse "Why is it...has the girl even eaten anything? blood pressure seems quite low..someone grab her something edible"
"Oye, I can't cook, my hubby does the cooking" Rena replied immediately.
"My lover made me promise to never ever cook for someone..he said it could be fatal" Aoi also replied with a straightface.
"Oh gosh you two are useless, stay with her, I'll cook" Sam stood up and tied her curly locks in a messy bun. "How do I always go from a psychiatrist to literally your maid Rena?" Sam grunted as she went out
"You're so nice" Rena chuckled and sat down next to Yuki "Hey baby girl..." She called out to Yuki
"Aunt Rena..." Yuki whispered with half close eyes. "Aunt Rena..Mari...I lost her...She ran away from psychiatric ward..."
"What?!" Both Aoi and Rena said together.
"Shit!" Aoi suddenly grabbed her cell and rushed out of the room
"Aunt...I didn't mean it to be..Kei chan, if I had known! I would've protected him! I couldn't protect him! I didn't mean to! I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!" Yuki started sobbing
Rena got all gloomy, she didn't respond, rather averted her eyes away from Yuki
"That's my son...you all were messing with...you helped her too..." Rena whispered under her breath to Yuki's horror. Rena got up and left the room before she'd get any ruder leaving Yuki to sob and hiccup alone.
Sam came in with a tray of food finding the girl sobbing in a messy way, she sighed and placed the tray next to the bedside and took the sobbing girl in her arms whilst gently rubbing down her hair from head to back.
"What are you doing?" Yuki asked while sobbing in the woman's chest nevertheless.
"That's what I should be asking you kid, what are you doing to yourself? I don't even need to hear the backstory to tell what's up" Sam replied.
"Yeah...what am I doing...?
'I don't know anymore...'
'Should I end this too...Mari?..Will we become one..?'
