While in this era that wasn't any issue, they were simply called foxes, not even demihumans since that word didn't truly have a meaning yet.
Meaning they had their own identity, language, arts and alphabet. Which in itself was universal due to them all simply using it and because it was apparently the easiest to learn for foxes while difficult for everyone else? Perhaps purposely so.
Causing the young prince having examined the mythical forest to then adorably pause.
Especially after noticing Keira unloading a ton or so of pebbles into the poor Fox Demigoddess's Donation Box and finally throwing a big rock at her paper like doors.
Leaving the young prince in utter puzzlement and confusion as to why?
And why did she have so many pebbles? Did she just carry around a bunch of rocks with her? When did she have the time to collect them? Did she buy them? Who buys rocks?!
No matter the case the young prince's puzzled expression didn't change, even when Keira started a campfire in the distance that peeked on the shrine and the donation box but couldn't be seen.
Causing the young prince who was now sitting and doing much of the same to pout.
And soon enough after what felt like thirty minutes of him blowing on leaves and pouting while Keira happily waited, he was soon greeted by the sight of a young Foxtress!
She looked to be sixteen and perhaps stopped ageing naturally around that age due to her either choosing to or being born that way.
She wore a simple white kimono with crystal violet cherry blossom tree patterns with matching boots and black eye make up.
Complimenting her porcelain white skin, bright violet eyes, angelic silver hair, fox ears, and foxtail of endless fluff, and delicate yet adorable features giving her a surprisingly mythical and lonely charm. While her name was apparently Silvy?
And unfortunately for Silvy while she dragged a big bag of vegetables almost the same size as herself, she hadn't noticed the shape of her shrine.
Before then instinctively checking her donation box by trying to shake it, causing her after noticing how heavy it was to excitedly open it before then seeing the pebbles.
And slowly looking to her shrine as her door had been demolished, causing her to fall to her knees as tears began to stream down her face.
"I-It's not funny anymore! And why is it always pebbles?! Lea-Leave me alone! It took me three hours to walk to the nearest village hoping they had spare vegetables! An-And now.. my home is ruined and I can't use my donation box anymore!
"I-I never bothered anyone and I don't have any friends! S-So why does this always happen to me?!"
Silvy adorably sobbed, causing the young prince's heart to break while Keira after whispering into his ear and disappearing having apparently wanted to trade the memory crystal of her reaction after promising to return in two days' time to then do so.
Causing the young prince after waiting for Silvy to go back inside with her bag of vegetables to adorably wait ten or so minutes until after she finally managed to fix her door to adorably nod.
Keira was a bully, so as a good boy he'll take responsibility for her bullying!
Causing him after adorably taking a closer look at the damage and the donation box to pout even more.
"Bullies shouldn't bully shrines.. and pebbles don't go in there?"
The young prince adorably pouted as he used his space ring to collect the ton of pebbles before then leaving them in a pile some distance away as a marker similar to one he saw during his survival training at the ruined shrine?
And after returning to the donation box he left he decided to fill it as much as he truly could without it having trouble closing, which turned out to be five thousand gold coins?
He still wondered how Keira could fit so many pebbles in it? While he also wanted to donate more!
Causing him to adorable shake the donation box to metallic sounds before then happily nodding and returning to the shrine's statue.
"I'm sorry, pretty fox goddess. I can't read fox, and I emptied pebbles and replaced them with as much gold as I could, but the box is too small. I.. I pray fox goddess lives a happy life!"
The young prince adorably prayed, before then remembering he had extra space rings Aurora had given her, while Kassandra gave him quite a few as well?
Before then adorably placing another fifty-five thousand gold coins in one of Aurora's gifted rings alongside side his ten or so of his spare meals since she need more than just vegetables!
Before then adorable placing it on top of the gold and closing it before then praying once more.
"Fox Goddess needed a space ring, so.. I want pretty fox goddess to have it!"
The young prince adorably added.
Before then happily hugging her stone statue and adorably leaving, in truth despite appearances he had planned to leave quite a few mysterious shrines as to leave hints of the future God of Light or rather simply himself!
Such shrines would allow one to become a light elf or light demon, while if elementals discovered them, they'd become bright elementals.
Of course, it would mostly rely on luck and fate itself, from what he had learned even if he never met or knew Lady Fate and The Balance, he knew they liked more options!
Meaning perhaps in the future those who couldn't be saved, could be saved while those who believed in The God of Light would go to his heaven!
Of course, the process was complicated because he had to connect the two while blocking off this heaven's connection until it met his modern day.
Which would ultimately result in it fixing itself! While his goddesses would no doubt handle such matters in his place! However, he had to hide shrines even if they had their own restrictions?
If you're a dying bandit who stumbled upon it and wish to live a peaceful happy life, then you'd be allow to.
While if you're a slaver unless you buy slaves to simply free them then not so much?
There were moral tests and even if you were a mass murderer and wish for a new live and to seek forgiveness than chances are you'd be allowed it. His shrines were handled by demigoddesses from his heaven after all!
So after creating a demigoddess in his dream and ensured many would believe she was naturally born, he sent her to build as many shrines as she could truly hide, even if it was next to other hidden shrines she may stumble upon.
Of course, that would be for the giggles.
No matter the case he didn't wish to reveal or even think of it more than he already had.
While after fulfilling and creating such shrines of his goddesses excluding Sylvia because she was a volunteer and would probably be confused to seeing herself as a statue on a shrine belonging to an unknown god.
Then his demigoddess would be able to pick her name, and do as she wished while hiding away or perhaps even getting in contact with other demigoddesses be it hidden ones to other naturally born ones.
No matter the case it'll be her decision to decide! She had 'instructions', but those were mostly guidelines!
She can become her own person and live her life as she should! Causing the young prince having felt happy to adorably contemplate having now wanted to visit a hidden Blight Shrine.
In truth, donating to her for information and knowledge would be useful! Plus from what he knew she loved gold and other currencies and if it's a high number she'd typically repay you more than you truly donate!
Resulting in him adorably waiting for Keira hoping she knew a place to find one, before then realizing he was indeed lost and ultimately resulting in him adorably returning back to the shrine.
"I'm sorry pretty fox goddess, I'm lost so I.. I'm sorry for disturbing shrine"
The young prince shyly mumbled as he curiously looked to the magepad Aurora had sneaked into his space ring and looking for gildergram, causing him to pout having realized it had yet been created meaning he was stuck on magebook?
Of course, he had never used it before but after adorably pulling out a sleeping bag and finding a comfortable tree to put his pillow, he had then created a magebook account!
Resulting in him taking a selfie in his current form to be used as a profile picture while using the titles Kassandra had given him.
It seemed outside of the strange layout, it was similar to gildergram? Albeit a different color and older. Resulting in him adding Kassandra, Keira, and Aurora who surprisingly also had an account? They even had check marks!
Of course it'll be strange in his future but he wanted to make sure he experienced what this era had to offer.
Resulting in him then putting away his obsidian magepad and studying magic! He really wanted to learn mana sequencing something he didn't know excited?
He heard of elemental and void sequencing but mana.
Plus, there was also a second part about mana cultivation which was supposedly increases his mana capacity with very little restrictions while also purifying his mana and refining and solidifying his mana veins?
From what he could speculate, mana bite was indeed rare while because of the freeing nature and purity of magic especially during The Golden Age of Magic, meant outside of everything being quite original, pure, and potent that also meant the fighting styles were beyond superior than what he knew!
While the difference was no doubt visible while even as a Peak Highmage at the moment, he was practically a High-Level Archmage by modern day standards while his mana and it's capacity matched that of a Mid-Level Legendary Mage.
However despite this he couldn't fight using Archmage or Legendary Spells until he reached those aspects.
While in this era and especially those of the dragons something he currently was, his mana and its capacity and purity was still very much superior to those who weren't Dragons or Serpents.
Of course those were exceptions but dragons during The Golden Age of Magic practically led the way and benefited the most from it, be it faster progress, stronger spells, longevity, and their forms!
Even in their normal forms they're strength and mana didn't change meaning crushing pebbles with his fingers let alone punishing something without any restrictions was very much possible, however these thoughts are for another time.
He already bought plenty of books that came with memory crystals that could be used up until he becomes a Peak Sacred Mage.
And maybe even more so while he had quite a few mana crystals from sacred and legendary beasts of this era alongside loads of ingredients and magic materials and even equipment.
However he still wasn't done collecting and stockpiling such priceless things!
Especially after becoming Kassandra's Disciple, he had quite a few copies from her own personal library from that of Lady Frostma, Crimly, and Kassandra herself.
Alongside some dragon aspects meaning he was already in the pits of knowledge relating to the strongest of The Golden Age of Magic.
But that wasn't enough even if it'll take months and maybe years to read it all! He wanted to visit that tomb or maybe dungeon created by a Magic god of The Golden Age of Magic. Perhaps he or maybe she left some books behind?
In any case his brain began to hurt after so many thoughts when combined with thought acceleration which was equivalent was a minute every half second made it even worse.
Before then simply closing his eyes and ultimately falling asleep having felt sleepy because Keira visited so early in the morning.
And because he was still lost and had two days until Keira returned, mind you he had never visited the modern day Kingdom of Inari and he didn't have a map let alone know where this was outside of his guess and her being a foxtress Demigoddess?
Meaning if anything else it was an educated guess! However, and after three hours or so and three-hour long dreams or rather Starlit Trials that despite being completed were simply not sure due to the timeline shenanigans to simply randomly flare as he slept.
Meaning after ten minutes in each and him pouting the rest of the time was him crashing into bandits.
Or blight and maybe a horde of lesser dragons without any real form of sentience and at complete random which surprisingly worked, of course he tried to speak to whoever he met after the fact.
Resulting in the revelation The Starlit Trials was more or less a trial of course but one the starlight elves used at great convenience.
So much so that he believed they needed royal guards and some form of protection because this was getting ridiculous!
