Should he meditate?
It seems that there had been a problem in his system for him to act like this. If it were normal times, he surely would've entered deep sleep or have meditated.
What was the problem? Are his other personalities coming back? He made sure to have turned them into runes though… yet to think they are still existing and disturbing the main state of mind.
It must be that they are some kind of default function for him and no matter how they are damaged or destroyed, they would always come back. If so, things would really be complicated.
He would have no choice but to think of a solution… should he try online games?
