(King Robard's Roundtable)
Gathered all in one big meeting room were the many faces of powerful people. Other than Amaya, there were other Legendary-rankers such as Akemi, Alison, Kioshi. Even Atsuya was present alongside Humbert.
King Robard stepped forward.
"Today I have gathered all of you here for one reason and one reason only. Today we will begin our raid on one of the legendary-ranked dungeons that have been terrorizing us for years."
The first time the kingdom attempted to clear it, many high ranking lives were lost. Even Atsuya himself was near helpless back then.
One of the adventurers then raised their hand before asking a question.
"Sir King. Wouldn't it be easier to call in for Ace Skyman's assistance? The man has power beyond even Legendary-rankers."
"I'm afraid that is not an option. He is overseas dealing with much larger threats. What the threats may be, that is confidential information. But believe me when I say, what he is dealing with is no small deal."
Of course, the King didn't need to mention that last part. If it was something keeping Ace Skyman occupied for more than half a year, then it most definitely something dire.
Clearing his throat, the King continued.
"Now back to the raid. From our previous failure, we know that the dungeon has portals leading to different ecosystems. So, We made a map of the separate areas and types of monsters they hold."
{Area 1. Snowing Forest- Monster Types: Ice Demons, Snow Spirits, Snow Giants, Orks.
Area 2. Land of Fire - Monster Types : Lava Cyclops's, Molten Golems, Fire Dragon's, Shadow Men.
Area 3. - Land of Giant Trees- This area is similar to a forest but instead, trees are near 30x bigger. Monster Types: Berserk Gorillas, Lost Elves,
Area 4. - This area is a plain land of grass, surrounding one Giant tower. It's height is yet to be known.
Area 5. - This area has not been observed.}
The King went on to explain that during the first raid, the adventures were split up into 4 groups, to enter each portal. This decision lead to their failure as they were short-handed in each area.
"This time, we will clear each area at a time, all together. Remember, each area is like a real part of the world, stretching out for unknown miles. I advice you all to take your time and be cautious."
After learning all this info, Amaya knew that even for herself, the dungeon wouldn't be an easy thing to clear.
'I bet this won't be anything like that other dungeon. Even the king said that the one I cleared was pretty weak in comparison to the others. Will my strength be good enough when we get down to the bosses?' She thought to herself.
King Robard drew his sword and stabbed at the air above, letting out his last command for the meeting.
"Now! Let you all head out!"
Pat.
A hand touched Amaya's shoulder, followed by the voice of Atsuya.
"It'll be fine. I believe in your strength, kid. As long as everyone sticks together, no dungeon can put us down. Remember, we're here to back you up."
A realization set into Amaya's heart. Everyone in this room was depending on her strength in the upcoming raid. All doubt left her mind, leaving her with a smile.
"Thank you."
"No problem, Amaya."

(Legendary-rank Dungeon)
Standing in front of the dungeon's very entrance, Amaya glanced at the gathering of brave adventurers behind her.
The entire force consisted of 249 Gold-rankers, 45 Platinum rankers and 5 Legendary-rankers. Normally, Amaya would think that this force was overkill, but hearing that the last force was bigger and still failed, she knew this was necessary.
"You're the leader of this raid. We go in when you are ready." said Alison.
Amaya took a deep breath to calm her hesitant nerves.
"Okay, I'm ready."
She advanced through the large entrance, leading her into a giant dimly lit room. It's size was even big enough for the entire force to fit inside with still having lots of spare room.
'It really didn't look this big from the outside.'
Ahead of them were 5 separate portals, being just as big as the entrance.
The first portal was white, representing the snowing forest. The second one was red, representing the land of fire. The third was greatly shining green, representing the forest of giant trees. The fourth portal was white, representing the size of the giant tower it would lead to. The fifth and final portal was a bit different. It had no particular color as it was constantly changing. One second, it was blue. The next second, it was violet.
Atsuya grew more and more uneasy by seeing the portals. With every moment that passed, flashbacks of the failed raid ran through his mind. It was too the point he just couldn't endure it any longer, he felt sick. Atsuya fell to his knees and held his stomach, vomiting all over the floor in front of him.
Amaya tuned to look at him and quickly voiced her concern.
"Woah! Are you okay?"
Kioshi ran over to Atsuya and kneeled down next to him to confort him.
"He's fine. I'm sure he's having bad memories." said Kioshi.
"Oh. Well, I don't mind waiting a bit. I guess I'll give this moment for everyone to prepare." Amaya replied.
Atsuya panted heavily as drops of sweat fell from his face.
'It was dumb of me to think I've gotten over it. It seems as if the memories are really stuck with me.'
"Don't worry. You're not alone. I'm sure some of the other adventurers here are survivors of the last raid. Just look at them." Said Kioshi.
Atsuya looked back at the faces of the adventurers. Some were praying, some were taking breaths and some were visibly disturbed. Among all of the expressions, not one was completely unfazed.
A part of Amaya couldn't really beleive that she was in charge of such a large force.
'It almost feels like I have my own mini army. I hope I could lead them well. I want the amount of deaths to be as low as possible.'
Atsuya was finally able to regain his composure and stand back up, catching Amaya's attention.
"Are you okay now?"
"I'm just fine. I'm ready when you are."
"In that case, let's go."
Amaya signaled that it was time and each of the adventurers followed her into the first portal. With the blink of an eye, they found themselves in a snowy forest.
"Looks like some of the monsters were expecting us." said Amaya.
Ahead of them was a relatively small gathering of ice demons, looking straight at them. The expressions on the monster's faces were twisted grins of confidence.

Amaya stepped forward and aimed her hand at the threats in front of them.
"I'll take care of this."
Minature portals all around apeared and in an instant, hundreds arrows shot across the air, peircing each demons body many times. They were all killed nearly right away.
Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump.
Atsuya's jaw nearly dropped.
'And she actually needed a force with her?'
He had heard about Amaya doing amazing things but, this was his fist time seeing Amaya's power in person.
One of the adventures from behind quickly ran up to the Amaya with some urgent news.
"Miss! The portal's gone!" The adventurer shouted.
Both Amaya and Atsuya turned and looked where the portal once was. They both knew for a fact that they weren't looking wrong as the portal was giant.
"Huh?!!! Where'd it go??!!" Atsuya asked.
"Well, I don't think any of us know." Amaya replied.
Kioshi drew is sword and grew on gaurd. But he wasn't the only one, everyone noticed that the were soon to be under attack.
Coming from the distance behind was a large calvalry of ice demons, aproaching quickly.

'It's ok. I can just wipe them out too.' Amaya thought to herself.
She held out her hand and aimed it at the many monsters.
"Stand back! I'll take care of this too!" She shouted.
FWsh! BWsh!
Before she had a chance to cast any sort of spell, a huge impact rammed against her side, sending her through many sets of trees.
Crack! cRack! CRackle! CRack!
Standing there was a tall and bulky creature with white fur, a snow giant.
Both Akemi And Atsuya dashed forward, attacking the creature with every movement they had. Meanwhile, Kioshi headed off to help the adventurers at the rear. In moments, both Atsuya and Akemi were knocked back by the giant.
"Damn it's strong!"
"I am aware. However, the skyman family has technuiqes for handling such creatures. Please stand back."
Akemi lifted her sword and slashed it through the air, pointing the edge in the monster's direction.
"Skyman technuiqe Fifty-Ni-"
Fwsh.
Amaya jumped through the air and kicked the giant's head with all her might, causing it to explode.
Boom! Pop! Thump!
"That's payback!!"
When she landed, Amaya held her side where she was previously struck.
'The force really knocked me away but, it didn't do a whole lotta damage.'

"Amaya, how are your injuries?" Atsuya asked in great concern.
"Don't worry I'm fine. I need to go help take care of the other monsters now."
"It seems to be already taken care of."
The formation of the adventruers were all over the place but, there seemed to be no monster left. Unfortunatly, some adventurers were laying on the floor, motionless.
"How many did we lose?" Amaya asked.
Aprroaching from the back, Kioshi answered "Twenty-Eight with some injured. I was able to quickly kill the demons when they were focused on the others."

'The number of deaths could've been a lot worse but, I still don't feel great about it.' Amaya thought to herself.
No matter how strong she had grown from level 1, Amaya knew that she would never be able to save everyone from death.
"If I was faster, I could've saved them."
"It was bound to happen. This is the highest difficulty dungeon. In such a place, no-one is going without losses." Akemi stated.
"I know, but in some situations, death are preventable."
"Sadly, that's not true for this situation. However, this is no time for remorse. We must keep going forward."
No matter how Amaya felt, she knew that Akemi's words were true. There was still monsters to kill, bosses to beat and a dungeon to clear. After, Amaya was going to find a way to get Emi back from the hands of the dark mages. And to make all that happen quicker, Amaya would have to just keep going.
"Okay. Forward we go."
An unknown amount of time Later….
Countless things have happennd and many hours have passed untill everyone eventually lost count.
