Guilds are organizations of adventurers or other groups of individuals that usually reach for a common goal.
Guilds are divided into ranks:
Rank S
Rank A
Rank B
Rank C
Rank D
Rank E
Rank F
With the lowest rank being F, each higher rank can be acquired once a rank advancement test has been completed by that guild. It is required that a guild has all 8 members to advance to rank C.
Advancement tests are quests that require all members of the guild to complete. They are usually very difficult.
Not all guilds have to be competitive, nor do they have to revolve around natural duties. They can be organized solely for communication.
All guilds are given a guildhall, usually placed on a floating island. Each rank-up increases the size of their island. Each rank-up also increases the guildhall size, which allows a larger variety of rooms, and more things that can be done.
Guilds are separated into 4 divisions based on location, which is each corner of their kingdom, in which a large one usually holds at least 640 guilds.
The guild tournament is a tournament held once every 6 months between a division of guilds. Only 40 of the best guilds per division may enter the grand guild tournament.
The grand guild tournament is a tournament held between all divisions. Winners of the finals of the grand tournament are awarded the title of "Champion". Winners of both the finals and semifinals are also given various rewards and the king/queens recognition.
Guild battles can be held between two guilds, and guild tournaments can be held once every year between divisions.
The guild with the highest reputation is eligible to become a faction, gaining political power and aiding the kingdom and its army.
