Alyssa was stunned to hear this.
'So all this time he knew that the one messaging him was her'. And even now he wanted her not to know his identity. She felt cheated suddenly.
She angrily looked at him and pushed him to make way for her.
As if knowing what was in Alyssa's mind, Reinhard pulled her towards him and kept her hand that she had used to push him, on her chest. He looked at her eyes and sincerely said, "I am sorry Alyssa. I just didn't want you to distance yourself from me after knowing my real identity."
Her name that had rolled out of his tongue sounded especially sweet to her. She wanted to hear her name more often from him. The butterfly that had became silent a while ago, again erupted in her stomach.
"Why?" Her question was more of a whisper.
"I like helping you. I like reading your text. I like the feeling I get whenever I receive your text." Reinhard answered honestly.
