1.UZUMAKI CLAN
*Mainly known for Adamantine Chains, Water Release Techniques and legendary Fūinjutsu.

The Uzumaki Clan is formerly a prominent clan in Uzushiogakure. Red hair was a common trait amongst the Uzumaki clan members. Since its disbandment, most of its known members reside in Konohagakure. Despite the clan's demise, some clan members still managed to survive. They, being descendants of Asura Ōtsutsuki, also shared distant blood relation with the Senju clan.
Through the years, the Uzumaki and Senju kept close ties, with members at times marrying between clans, as with Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki. Following the founding of Konohagakure at the end of the Warring States Period, the Senju chose to symbolise their clans' friendship by adding the Uzumaki's emblem to Konoha's flak jackets.
Konohagakure and the Uzumaki's own Uzushiogakure remained close allies over the following decades, with the Uzumaki providing fūinjutsu (among other things) to Konohagakure whenever there was a need. In time, the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple was even constructed on Konoha's outskirts.
The Uzumaki's skill with fūinjutsu earned them both respect and fear throughout the ninja world. At some point after Kushina Uzumaki immigrated to Konoha, some of the world's nations banded together to destroy Uzushiogakure, believing the village was too powerful to be allowed to continue. The survivors of Uzushio's destruction went into hiding and spread throughout the world. Of the known members, Nagato was raised in the outskirts of Amegakure, Karin apparently lived in Kusagakure for a time with her mother and Kushina in Konoha, who had a son, Naruto.
ABILITIES:-
Uzumaki naturally possess incredibly strong life-forces. As such, they have very long lifespans and likewise age slower; Mito Uzumaki was born before the founding of Konoha yet lived well into the reign of the Third Hokage while still retaining full-colouring in her hair. This also enables them to survive and endure much more severe injuries while likewise able to recover from injuries and exhaustion with much greater efficiency in short periods of time. These traits are strong enough to survive the removal of tailed beasts, although they are still left severely weakened afterwards.
Uzumaki also have the ability to quickly heal themselves and others, through consumption of their chakra. It is dangerous, however, to use this ability too regularly. Some members, like Karin, can display a unique sensory ability as well as the ability to suppress their chakra signature making them undetectable. Some members, Kushina and — to a lesser extent — Karin, also possessed a unique form of chakra with special properties which made them especially well-suited to become jinchūriki as well as produce adamantine chains made from their own chakra. In addition to their life-forces, the Uzumaki were most famed for their fūinjutsu, the seal of which typically appears as a spiral crest reminiscent of their clan's symbol.

2.ARAINAMI CLAN
*Mainly known for their unique Kenjutsu and powerful lightning release techniques.

It was a clan that used to live near the shores of Land of Tea during the Warring States Period and renowned for their powerful and unique Hybrid Sword Art known as Arainami (Raging Wave) as well as for being capable of effectively and effortlessly using five swords at once. They were arguably known as the most powerful clan of Kenjutsu users in the entire shinobi world.
The Arainami sword art mainly revolves around finding weak points in an opponent's fighting style and incorporating lightning release techniques to finish them off. This style allows the user's blade to flow like a river, hence the user can go from offence to defence anytime, yet be fast and fierce like a wave to ensure that the user never loses it's momentum and power during the duel.
Arainami is a unique style in that it has two parts: Rage: a combination of Kenjutsu and ferocious lightning release techniques, and Tenka Goken: the art of using five swords at once.
'Rage' was created by a wandering shinobi swordsman known as Tsukahara. It revolved around finding weak points in the opponent's fighting style and dealing fast and fierce attacks by incorporating ferocious lightning release techniques to finish them off. It was based on the principle that the best defense is a good offense, i.e., this style of swordsmanship has non-existent defensive power and is pure offensive and aggressive in nature.
Later on, Tsukahara passed on these techniques to Amakuni, a user of five swords techniques known as Tenka-Goken. Amakuni being a very talented Kenjutsu master combined the Kenjutsu techniques of 'Rage' with his 'Tenka-Goken' and created the hybrid sword art known as 'Arainami (Raging Wave)', adding to the Rage techniques some much needed defensive power. Soon after, Amakuni became a very famous and renowned shinobi swordmaster and went on to establish the Arainami clan.
Many villages, especially Kirigakure, gave many offers to the Arainami clan so that they join their villages but ultimately the Arainami clan decided to join Uzushiogakure on request of Ashina Uzumaki, the then Uzumaki Clan Leader. It made Kirigakure hold a grudge against Uzushiogakure.
ABILITIES:-
They are famous for the unique kenjutsu style Arainami and powerful Lighting release techniques they utilise in conjunction with their kenjutsu, devastating their enemies. They are known throughout the world as the Strongest Ninja Swordsman Clan.
The use of one sword in Arainami is known as Jokotō, subsequently, the use of two swords is known as Kotō, three swords is known as Shintō, four swords is known as Shinshintō and lastly, the use of five swords is known as Gendaitō.

3.TATSUGUCHII CLAN
*Mainly known for Iryō Ninjutsu.

*Total size of the clan: 2069
It was a very secretive and hidden clan, to the point that many thought it became extinct after they were attacked by other clan in hopes of getting their techniques for themselves but they survived and remained hidden. They were founded by the man known as Nobu Tatsuguchii. He throughout the history was herald as the first ever battle oriented medical ninja, the one who revolutionised and showed the Shinobi World the value of Iryō Ninjutsu(Medical Ninjutsu) in combat. This clan resided in the outskirts of Land of Neck though nobody knew about them.
During the first Shinobi World War the Land of Neck was attacked by Yugakure to take over their territory and incorporate it in the Land of Hot Waters. When the attack happened the civilians fled while Kōza Kubisaki with his army tried to stop them, the then Civilian Chief of the Land of Neck offered Uzumaki clan all of their money in exchanging of giving them sanctuary in Land of Whirlpools. At that time, Ashina Uzumaki knowing that he will be in need of Civilians to become a fully functional hidden village and for increasing their military strength by training them and incorporating them in his Shinobi forces, welcomed them with open arms and instead of taking their money he provided them shelter, food and resources without any conditions and free of coast. Why you ask, because by the time Uzumaki clan terminated it's Isolation Policy, it was too late, most of the significant clans have already joined other hidden Villages so he had no choice but to use civilians, provide them with shinobi training and later incorporate them in their Village to increase their military strength.
Seeing the generosity of the Uzumaki Clan, the Tatsuguchii clan revelead themselves of their identity to the Uzumaki Clan, overjoyed and astonished after finding out that such a famous and renowned clan is going to join Uzushiogakure, he announced about it to the world with great pride.
This led Uzushiogakure to be known throughout the world for their Fuinjutsu, Kenjutsu and Medical Ninjutsu. It was at this point that the other Hidden Villages started viewing them as a major threat since they feared that Uzushio is becoming too strong. As they already possessed the best Fuinjutsu users with ridiculously large chakra reserves and the best Kenjutsu users who were second only to Tobirama Senju in lightning release techniques and now they also have the best battle oriented medical-nin's clan. They feared that with their help, Konoha might become too powerful to be stopped. So they started plotting for their destruction.
ABILITIES:-
They trained Tsunade Senju on the request of Mito Uzumaki in Medical Ninjutsu, that alone speaks for their abilities in the said field, although they weren't on the same level as Tsunade senju from the future but nonetheless they were better than most others. They also invented the chakra inhanced strength techniques but it was Tsunade who took these techniques on a whole another level. So these feats speaks of there abilities in Iryō Ninjutsu.

4.FUJITA FAMILY
*Average civilian turned shinobi clan and mainly known for their skills in making weaponry, many of which are sold to Konohagakure and used by their own shinobi.

*Total size of the clan: 1723
They are Shinobis from civilian families trained by Uzumaki clan to increase their military strength. They were average in Shinobi arts varying from ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, bukijutsu, etc. Most of them are office workers, Investigators, Assistants, code-breakers, information gatherers, etc.
However some are good Jonins and Chunins, these are exceptions and activily take dangerous missions outside Land of Whirlpools. These exceptions are as good as Shinobis from other clans.
