Dalia was exercise for 2 hours outside, she already at her limit after running for 2 hours and attack wild pokemons along the way with her fists and legs. She kill all of them with no mercy, they body either chop to pieces or headless, and all of them are at Advance Stage and Elite Stage.
Many trainers from the military watch her from the forest, and they feel that they want to vomit from looking at the corpse of the pokemons that Dalia just kill. They know that girl is a dangerous and powerful person because only a few peoples in the military can do what she just done.
Dalia take out her pokeball and let out Scarlett, she tell Scarlett to use her ice type move at the tree in front of it. Scarlett use Icicle Crash and make a little bit of damage to the tree, it freeze the tree low part but it not completely cover them.
Dalia look at the ice that form around the tree and touch it, the feeling of energy inside her begin to react, and Dalia close her eyes to feel her aura change to be a bit cold. The military trainers who watching this feel a powerful aura of ice energy coming from Dalia.
It only take a few second before, Dalia reduce her aura, and she look at Scarlett who is shock to see her master having a powerful ice energy. Scarlett be able to comprehend a lot of thing from Dalia aura and it bring her mastery over ice energy to Advance.
Dalia be able to see some change that happen to Scarlet after comprehend something from her aura but she have to thank this girl for awaken her hidden power so she kiss Scarlett's forehead, it make Scarlett blush.

Dalia cover her fist with ice energy and punch at the tree in front of her, it break immediately and it turn into ice from her punch.
"Now i can kill dragon type pokemon too, and i can drink my favorite soft drink cold any time i want."(Dalia)
When Dalia say this a few trainer that have dragon type pokemon on they team feel fear, they all think the same thing, "I feel kinda sad for these Dragon type pokemons that she going to meet in the wild."
Dalia already have a plan for training Scarlett, she make a really thick ice wall and order Scarlett to use rollout at it, and after that order it to use all of it attacking moves at the thick ice wall. It continue for a few hours until Scarlett feel tired.
Dalia take out a few cupcakes made of berries and freeze it for a bit using her ice energy. The smell of the cupcakes make every military trainers drool. She give two cupcakes to Scarlett and take one for herself.
"It taste more delicious when it cold." Dalia thought to herself while watching Scarlett eat her cupcakes with happy face.
