There existed all manners of different Laws, Intents, Bloodlines and Spirits in the World. The latter three could fall under any category that had been firmly established by the Dao, or in other words, a Attribute with an established Law.
There existed Wood Laws, Emotion Laws, Thought Laws, Fire Laws, Space Laws, Time Laws, and even obscure Laws such as Buddhist Laws and Strength Laws.
One of the more older Laws, those revolving around the physical attributes of living creatures had been firmly established since the dawn of civilization.
In those ancient Eras, Fae Masters of all the Myriad Races used their bodies and physical strength in order to combat their opponents. Even though the vast majority of Races couldn't make use of Fae outside of their pre-existing innate Attributes, there were still able to comprehend a single other Law, within their extra origin essence sea.
Flesh Laws were one type of such Law.
They were Laws essentially dealing in one of the innate components that come together to form the physical structure of a living being. They revolved around similar notions to Wood Laws, although were expressed in numerous different ways.
Notions such as lifeforce, vitality and continuity.
With Flesh Laws, one could manipulate the Flesh to some degree, have a potent amount of lifeforce, allowing them to potentially live beyond their years, show a strength than exceeded their cultivation limit, and possess a physical endurance and regeneration that was seemingly limitless....
The first level of Flesh Laws, very much like all other Laws was Law Creation.
Its ancient name was "Muscle Reconstruction".
Like what this black garbed man could do before, it could be expressed numerous ways depending on their grasp and need for such an ability.
It could reattach severed limbs, moments after they had been cut off, so long as the power of Laws of another individual didn't interfere with the process.
Muscle Reconstruction also dealt in minute forms of body cultivation. Fae Masters you excelled in using their own bodies to battle and defeat their opponents with would often use Flesh Laws in order to enhance the toughness and vitality of their flesh.
They were trying to cultivate the body or innate physique of a spirit beast, which was significantly stronger than a normal Fae Masters body.
At higher levels of cultivation Arthur had seen Flesh Laws be used in vastly different circumstances. The power of flesh went beyond just a normal comprehension of such notions. Besides a unbelievably potent lifeforce, vitality and continuity, flesh could also be used as a substitute for a myriad number of things.
Medicines.... Fae materials.... Fae Weapons.... to some degree, flesh could even be used as substitutes for Fae!
But unfortunately for this young man, such a thing would be far beyond his current level of talent.
"My ear! My fucking ear! You bastard! I don't give a damn whether you're the Boundless Forest Yearning or not, I'll fucking kill you-".
Arthur raised his fist, jabbing at the older man's throat, causing his windpipe to collapse and his eyes to widen due to the sudden lack of any oxygen.
The other Fae Masters, who appeared slightly pale due to Arthur completely destroying their Corpses, noticed their flailing Senior Apprentice Brother and instantly moved to help him.
"Senior Apprentice Brother Fog!".
Arthur showed an expression of realization before glancing at this "Senior Apprentice Brother Fog", showing a faint smirk before his expression turned cold once more.
The other black garbed individuals felt the killing intent sent their way, and cowered slightly, still reeling from the absolute beatdown they had just received.
One of the more braver young men, who was probably 7-8 years older than Arthur, narrowed his eyes, stepping forward with his arms out wide.
"You're a Rank 3 Fae Master, and yet you're bullying your juniors! Even if you are a Sovereign Boundary Physique wielder, lording your strength over us in our own territory is beyond-".
"I'm not your senior. I'm seven-.... no wait, am eighteen years old or nineteen?".
Arthur nodded, letting go of his Leafsword Fae, letting it return to his origin essence sea.
He pretended to forget his age, before glancing back at Nyssa and the rest, considering to them, he had still spent two years in the Monster's World Of Madness.
Zlatanna spoke up.
"You should be nineteen. For you, its been a little longer than the rest of us".
Arthur nodded, albeit slowly, not caring about his age in the slightest. Shrugging his shoulders, he gazed at the black garbed figures in front of him, gesturing for them to leave.
"I'm younger than you all, so technically I am the junior here. But I suppose you are right. Killing you all in your territory wouldn't leave the best of impressions, so I'll let you all leave here with your lives.... Oh and don't worry, so long as you reach the third level of Flesh Laws, regenerating an ear or two shouldn't be too difficult. Hell, you could even regenerate a kidney, or even a lung if you had to!".
The arrogant Senior Apprentice Brother Fog heard these words and clenched his teeth, feeling his heart tighten significantly before coughing out a mouthful of blood and passing out.
He was already twenty two years of age, and had already comprehended the first level of a Law. He had to thank his Boundary Physique for such a thing, but still, he was miles ahead of the vast majority of his age group, and was even starting to look towards some of the previous generations as his next target!
And now.... out of nowhere, a young man three years younger than him had just defeated him in terms of strength, Attribute Control Skills, talent as well as Laws!
Why wouldn't he feel indignant!
Why wouldn't he feel so angry!
Even though Arthur himself was over a thousand years old, the best cover for someone with his knowledge and experience, was the guise of a genius.
And what better disguise was one of the strongest Physiques in the entire Thirty Three Heavens?
Arthur let out a deep breath, before gazing all around him, looking at the severe amount of damage he had caused.
If he had reached the second level of Wood Laws, being able to prevent this building from collapsing would be completely possible. He could continuously grow large ancient tree seeds from the Winter Rain Mountains to support the falling weight of this almost completely destroyed building.
Flowering Seeds; which could overexert the plants vitality in order to promote the growth of the plant. Passively, it could prevent a plant from dying, or even falling ill to most diseases. Poisons or plagues caused by Fae or Fae Masters however, were a completely different story.
Gluttonous Roots: which could allow a plant to use its devouring ability to its maximum potential. Its roots could suck in all the nutrients and spiritual essence around oneself in order to push itself to grow, or heal, or even bear fruit! So long as there was an abundant amount of spiritual essence, theoretically, it could grow from a seed into a completely mature plant in a matter of minutes!
Arthur had used his Emotion Laws and wanted to keep that, as well as his Ghosts a secret for the time being. He could've used them to instantly end the fight, but desired to keep that particular card to himself during his current turn.
The undercurrents of the Fae Master world often went unnoticed by the vats majority of disciples or rouge Fae Masters.
Being a possessor of a Sovereign Boundary Physique, it was only natural that Arthur would be drawn into such a world. His strength, talents and future potential all signalled the birth of a future apex Fae Master!
Such a individual could overturn the entire White Dominion Region!
Watching the other inner sect disciples of the White Dominion Sect leave, Parvan raised an eyebrow at Arthur.
"Didn't you say something about trying to form some connections before we got into trouble?".
Arthur glanced at his "friend" and subordinate, pausing for a moment before shrugging his shoulders.
"Eh, it was self-defence".
