"Come on boys! If everyone here could work together, we could easily defeat a Rank 3 Fae Master so long as we continue to wear his endurance and stamina-".
The peak Rank 1 Fae Master who tried to lead this ragtag group bandits was sliced in half, the moment Arthur's Ego Sword Slash swept through the crowd. Dozens of young male Fae Masters were immediately bisected, the blood and innards of over thirty Fae Masters splattered all over the ground.
Those few Fae Masters who stood outside of the range of Arthur's sword slash felt the hot blood contrast heavily with the freezing shiver that crawled up their spines. Just a second ago, more than fifty Fae Masters stood tall against this young man, ready to use all of their combined abilities to wipe him out completely.
And now, nothing but wide eyes, devoid of life or light remained. A few of the stronger Fae Masters still had their legs standing, with nothing but bone and blood spurting out the top.
One of the more resolute Fae Masters immediately raised his arms, trying to appear passive and defeated.
"We surrender! Take the Fae, take the slaves.... take anything just let me live, ple-".
"You annoy me".
Another wave of Arthur's arm caused his Ego Sword Slash to swept out once more. The enormous fifty metre long blade flashed by, causing the eyes of the remaining bandits to widen, before their vision slowly started to fade away....
Arthur just stood there, letting the breeze ruffle his dark green hair. Glancing around the rest of the camp, Arthur let out a small sigh before walking back the way he came.
"What a waste of time...", he muttered.
Events that happened during his time within Parachenko Village weren't exactly Arthur's speciality. If he was compare his current timeline to his previous one, Arthur would still be a vapour ruby origin essence Fae Master at the beginning of his fourth year as a Fae Master.
In another 18 months, he would gather the resolve to leave Parachenko Village, and explore the Azure Envy Continent. He would nearly die multiple times, just trying to leave the Winter Rain Mountains....
"I spent a year or two in the Empty Regions as well, exploring and gathering knowledge on the mortal world. Even though the Winter Rain Mountains is a region quite close to the Falling Snow River, the concentration of spiritual essence is quite low in comparison to other regions. Once we push past the boundary separating the Empty Region from the White Dominion Region, things will change dramatically".
Arthur walked out of the bandit tribe, noticing the middle aged man from before still standing there.
"Oh! Lord Boundless! I was waiting for you to finish up in there. I noticed that you didn't touch either the Fae or the beauties and was wondering if-".
Arthur didn't give him a second glance, swiping at his throat and instantly cutting his head off.
Such a waste of both space and air, not to mention the type of person who would sell out their friends so blatantly.... what an absolute idiot.
If he was smart, and ran away before Arthur came back, then letting him live would be fine. Arthur didn't want to waste anymore time on chasing after bandits that wouldn't give him any benefits.
But since he stayed behind, obviously trying to kiss Arthur's boots, then he didn't have any purpose once Arthur was done with him.
Dismissing his Leafsword Fae, Arthur started walking out of the bandit tribe, only to hear the sounds of more people in the distance.
"Is this the way back to Locke Village?".
"I don't fucking remember? Why don't you ask someone else for crying out loud!?".
"Mother? Elder Sister? Where are you?".
"Those bastards! Betty was only 13 you....".
When the group of captives noticed something coming up from behind them, they raised sticks and fallen vines towards Arthur, who just rolled his eyes and kept walking forward. Seeing that this particular Fae Master was the one who killed all of the bandits, a few of them lowered their guards.
As Arthur approached them, the sea of former slaves and captives parted, allowing this Fae Master to walk through. Considering how young he was, the educated minority of the group bowed deeply, obviously trying to thank this talented young man.
The Leader of the bandit camp was a Rank 3 Fae Master. Even if it was through a sneak attack, this young man's strength, could rival that of a Rank 3 Fae Masters!
"Thank you Sir! If it wasn't for you, we probably would've been sold as slaves! If there is anything we can do, we will surely do it to the best of our abilities!".
Arthur glanced at them, before shaking his head, remaining silent at the mortals words.
There wasn't any reason for him to even speak to the elderly man. There wasn't anything that he could say that would improve either of their situations.
Arthur was the type of person who would kill an entire Village in order to keep his knowledge and background a secret. Take advantage of people at their most venerable, their most weakest and shape them into something that he could make use of.
Mortals, like the two women whom had given birth to his children, were there to be used by Fae Masters. It wasn't as though they rejected him either, both of them wanted to be desired by Arthur, a Fae Master.
After all, there wasn't anything they could do against him?
Mortals, even those born into the households of royalty, or renown, were forever destined to watch from afar, gazing at the powers and strength Fae Masters and spirit beasts. They didn't possess origin essence seas, nor did they possess the capacity to refine Fae, or perceive Laws.
Even if they wanted to search for immortality or eternity, their destinies were set in stone from the moment they were born.
Nothing could change that fact.
Nothing except-.
"..... Stellar Karmic Reincarnation.... The second strongest Sovereign Boundary Physique".
With the sole exception of a single Sovereign Boundary Physique, only those with the talent to become a Fae Master could awaken such a power. Nobody could just randomly awaken a Sovereign Boundary Physique, without first undergoing the talent awakening ceremony.
Except, for the Stellar Karmic Reincarnation.
With this Sovereign Boundary Physique, only mortals could awaken it. Meaning that even if they underwent the talent awakening ceremony, they would only end up being a mortal, with no such talent.
But once the previous possessor of the Stellar Karmic Reincarnation Sovereign Boundary Physique died or passed away, it would automatically awaken in the next mortal, the exact moment they died.
What made this the "second strongest" Sovereign Boundary Physique, was its control over Karma and Fate. With its Secondary Origin Fae, Destiny Reversal Fae, the mortal could reverse their own "Destiny" awakening a Fae Master talent instead.
If Fate had decreed that they were to die today, all they would need to do was reverse that decision.
It was truly a power, that transcended the Heavens and the Earth.
"If the possessor of the Stellar Karmic Reincarnation were to ever become a Rank 6 Fae Immortal, then they could even start to influence the Destiny of those around them. I've never heard of a Rank 9 Fae Immortal possessing this Sovereign Boundary Physique, and if they did, I would hate to see what limits that could transcend....".
Even Eternal Hourglass Absurdity was Ranked lower than the Stellar Karmic Reincarnation. If that was the case, then both Time and Fate were lower Ranked than the strongest Sovereign Boundary Physique, which ruled over Space....
Arthur let out a small sigh as he saw the caravan parked on the side of the road. He could see the figures of Nyssa and Dagen and the others, and the expressions of disbelief and worry on their faces.
He had already planned all of this out, and was finally prepared, to tell the "truth".
