The enormous explosion that was released from the Clan Leaders residence was the perfect cover that Arthur needed. While the vast majority of Fae Masters had either gotten caught up in the explosion, or forced to raise their defensive-type Fae in order to block the extreme amount of heat and toxic smoke, Arthur raised his arm, summoning a sea of grass blades.
Hundreds of thousands of tiny grass shards drilled up out of the ground, right beneath the feet of Arthur's Clan members. Flicking his middle and index fingers up, a storm of grass shards rose up along with them, transforming into tiny green flashes before piercing through dozens of unsuspecting mortals and Fae Masters.
The sound of bodies dropped was suppressed by the roaring flames and the screams of those enveloped by the flames. Those lucky ones who were instantly killed were nothing in comparison to the young women and children who were suffocating on the Hatred Imperfection Powder in the air.
Their sclera turning black, as the veins on their neck and joint becoming more and more prominent, causing their figures to shudder uncontrollably, as if they were possessed by a myriad demons.
Arthur just smiled, glancing at all the death and destruction he had caused. The corners of his mouth raised slightly, before he leaped to side, avoiding a storm of untainted petals.
"Elder Sagan!".
"Got it!".
Arthur lifted his head slightly, gazing at Elder Sagan's figure hovering above him, carrying a lightning bolt the length of an elephant. Swinging his arms down, smashing the lightning bolt on the spot that Arthur was standing, the young male noticed the storm of untainted petals separate, and come at him from every other direction.
Neither Elder Vova, nor Elder Sagan where messing around.
Arthur's green hair hid his expression, although the seventeen year old just flicked his wrist, summoning a floating sword.
His eyes glowed a faint pink, as Arthur activated a large number of Fae within his origin essence sea.
At the core of this new Attribute Control Skill, was the Rank 3 Solid Pride Fae and the Rank 3 Emotion Sword Fae.
The Emotion Laws within Arthur's Mind Origin Essence Sea churned as its power enhanced Arthur's Fae even further.
Leaping upwards, Arthur clutched the sword the Emotion Sword Fae in his hands, letting the emotion known as "pride" permeate the Emotion Attributed Fae in his hands. Numerous other Emotion Attributed Fae, such as Emotion Edge Fae, Emotion Sharpening Fae, Emotion Saturation Fae, Pride Amplification Fae and even a plethora of Connection Fae and Linking Fae were all activated simultaneously.
Elder Vova's eyes widened, and he tried to move his petals between Elder Sagan and Arthur.
But-.
Arthur's smirk widened, to the point were it was more sinister than mocking.
"Emotion Attributed Control Skill: Ego Sword Slash".
Similar to Arthur's "Falling Autumn Maple", the Emotion Sword within Arthur's hand glowed a brightly coloured violet, before transforming itself into the shape of an enormous fifty-metre long blade. The back of Arthur's hand glowed a faint violet colour, as he flicked out his fingers once more, launching the massive Attribute Control Skill directly towards Elder Sagan.
The moment it came into contact with Sagan's Rank 3 Lightning Bolt Fae, it extinguished the meagre electricity, piercing straight through the lightning and directly towards Elder Sagan.
The few survivors looked up in horror as the massive blade sliced through Elder Sagan's abdomen, severing the Rank 3 Fae Master in half, as it rained down blood and guts on the corrupted mortals and Fae Masters below.
Arthur didn't stop there either, turning his gaze towards Elder Vova, controlling the Ego Sword Slash with his hand, and swinging it down over the figure of the Rank 3 Fae Master.
The torrent of unblemished petals gathered around Elder Vova, and shielded him partially from the Attribute Control Skill. A large number of the white coloured petals were completely destroyed and Vova could only cough up a large amount of blood as he suppressed the internal injuries to his origin essence sea.
His teeth were painted be the colour of blood, and his expression a strange combination of fear and curiosity.
"Why Arthur? Why are you doing this to all of us? With a Sovereign Boundary Physique, you could just leave and never come back? Why is all of this death necessary?".
The seventeen year old controlled his Emotion Attributed Control Skill to smash at the flower petalled barrier protecting Elder Vova. More and more blood was forced out of the old man, to the point where it started to puddle underneath him.
Arthur's expression shifted from sinister to cold, shaking his head slightly.
"If I kept all of you alive, there is a chance it could come back to bite me. Complete and utter destruction is necessary".
Arthur was referring to the fact that he was immune to the once-thought immutable heavenly laws that existed all throughout the Thirty Three Heavens. If that fact had suddenly gone public, then Fae Immortals from all over Human Heaven, and all over the Thirty Three Heavens would hunt him down and research just what made him so special.
The fact that he had a Immortal Fae on him would be taken into account too. And after they found out its secondary ability was to go back in time, they would prod him of information to the point where Arthur was nothing but a sack of flesh attached to a brain stem.
Nothing would remain of the previous Arthur, nothing worth remembering at least....
Vova sighed, just shaking his head.
"Well if that's the case then-.... Now!".
Arthur narrowed his eyes, glancing to his right and noticing the brightly coloured beam of white flame aimed directly at him. The sheer amount of heat was more than enough to melt through a mountain, and yet Arthur just raised his arm, summoning his numerous ghosts.
Verde and Vert, the two Dusk Vine Revenants summoned a thick wall of Ghost Tendril Vines from up out of the ground, layering it, almost knitting it in various patterns between Arthur and the Attribute Control Skill.
The Hermetic Cactus Ghost threw down numerous seeds into the earth below itself, summoning an enormous cactus the size of large hill. The thick, wood type spiritual essence would've normally been like oil on a flame to such an enormous amount of fire type spiritual essence, but-.
The Seafoam Moss Ghost completely dissolved into a thick, viscous liquid that covered the cactus and the vines that surrounded it. It took the vast majority of the damage, almost to the point where it was destroyed but it survived, thanks to the last ghost in Arthur's collection....
"Yin Watermeal Revenant".
A veritable storm of tiny little Watermeal exploded outwards towards the Attribute Control Skill, knocking the skill of course by just a few degrees. The tiny, minute plant expanded rapidly almost to the point where it looked as though it was going to engulf all of Arthur's other ghosts.
Yin Watermeal Revenants were a unique type of ghost that Arthur had seen before on one of the other Continents. It was a unique type of ghost that was only born when a living creature had ingested watermeal its in natural habitat before death. Once the body had sunk to the bottom of the pond or lake, a Fae would need to die, or be sacrificed before a Yin Watermeal Revenant had a chance of forming....
And just like the Seafoam Moss Ghost, it was also a triple Water-Wood-Yin Attributed ghost.
The combined powers of the five ghosts completely suppressed the Fire Attributed Control Skill of Elder Anatol. The expression of horror and shock on the old man's face, caused Arthur to smile before activating another series of Fae.
Despite his origin essence being expended quite quickly due to the influence of his Emotion Attributed Control Skill, Arthur still had one more trick up his sleeve.
To his own defence though, he wasn't the one who created this Attribute Control Skill. He had only adapted it to make the Skill itself suit him better.
Arthur let out a deep breath, the pink in his eyes glowing through the dust and smoke.
"Wood-Emotion Attribute Control Skill: Affection Annihilation".
