It took Arthur six days in order to reach the pinnacle of Rank 1 Fae Master, and another several hours after that in order to reach vapour ruby origin essence. His bright red coloured origin essence constantly condensed, gradually removing minuscule impurities and slowly becoming thicker and more concentrated.
The walls of his origin essence sea had regained their former glint, and weren't nearly as dried up as they once appeared to be. Using too much origin essence and drying up ones origin essence seas could cause small shards from the origin essence sea walls to crack off and fall to the bottom of the origin essence sea.
These shards over time were usually broken down into impurities and could cause significant damage to ones foundation. Especially if they were left alone for too long.
Within Arthur's Mind Origin Essence Sea, due to the presence of the Boundless Forest Yearning, Arthur didn't have to worry about the presence of impurities, however in his Body and Soul Origin Essence Sea, even a Rank 5 Fae Master would still have to be careful.
When breaking through to a higher realm, it was common for shards to break off during the gathering and condensation of immense amounts of origin essence.
Arthur had spent the rest of his days within the Origin Essence Liquid Pond, fixing his origin essence and removing any tiny fragments from his origin essence sea.
Eventually, on the tenth day of cultivation he had fully consolidated his foundations as a Rank 2 Fae Master, and removed a large portion of small fragments.
It was impossible to get rid of them all, especially within a short period of time, so Arthur would have to focus on getting rid of as many of them as possible within the foreseeable future.
Most cultivators from small Clans like the Kovacs Clan didn't put much thought into these tiny fragments, knowing that they would eventually disappear over time, and the majority of them, didn't know that they could turn their origin essence impure and lessen its quality.
Essentially harming their future potentials.
Those descendents of Elders knew it quite well, but it wasn't a very publicised part of cultivation, seeing as though it did limit the potential of quite a number of mortal born Fae Masters.
How else did the Clan Leader, and many of the Elder families keep their power over so many new generations of Kovacs? Increasing their own strength meant increasing the strength of the Clan, even if it meant at the cost of a few mortal born geniuses.
Arthur looked down at the nearly empty Origin Essence Liquid Pond and let out a small sigh before gathering his Fae and putting his clothes back on.
In his past life.... it would've taken him another six to eight months to reach this point, and that was with the addition of origin essence stones. Their impurities harmed his future potential and nearly prevented Arthur from reaching Rank 3....
Of course in this life, things were different.
His Origin Fae was his original Winter Solstice Salamander, an Immortal Fae whose presence caused his original third-tier talent to become a second-tier talent.
The existence of the Sovereign Boundary Physique, Boundless Forest Yearning was now Arthur's, and all of its powers, abilities and potentials was now all his for the taking.
The exemption of heavenly laws proved to be both a blessing and curse for Arthur. Allowing him to utilise the myriad number of Fae Formula and knowledge that he had gained over his thousand years of lifespan.
Even if it did inadvertently affect those around him, he could still make do, even if he had to make a few extra plans in the future.
Walking down the cave and towards the entrance of the Origin Essence Liquid Pond, Arthur heard the slight creaking of steel and iron before lifting his head slightly and peering at the tall, handsome middle-aged man before him.
It was a face that he was quite familiar with, considering he had helped bring him into this world.
Arthur stared into his Father's eyes, smiling gently as he gave him a small nod.
Niklos' eyes flashed slightly as he gazed at Arthur's body, noticing that other than the Rank 2 Fae Master aura he was giving off, he couldn't discern anything about his cultivation, talent or origin essence sea!
It wasn't that he couldn't discern it either, it was almost as though Arthur's presence was practically non-existent!
This was one of the benefits of the Restriction Fae in Arthur's possession. It restricted all things in the Thirty Three Heavens, and made Arthur appear as though a mortal even in front of a Rank 4 Fae Master.
Restriction Fae were beyond the grasp of normal Fae Masters. Perhaps only someone like Elder Vova, or Elder Anatol, both of whom have touched upon the realm of Laws can perceive Arthur's presence.
Niklos just smiled slightly before bringing his son close, wrapping his massive arms around him.
His third born son had experienced so much in the past few months, and yet he still had the drive and passion to keep moving forward.
Even Niklos.... if he had lost his wife, he wouldn't know what he would do with himself. Pleasures of the flesh was one thing, but after so many years of marriage, trust and confidentiality, there existed a sort of pillar of mental support within Niklos' mind.
A few months worth of young, immature puppy love was completely different to more than 20 years worth of marriage, but.....
Niklos let out a sigh and shook his head. That didn't matter right now.
"You've become a Rank 2 Fae Master! Even quicker than Leon, and almost as quick as Randolf and Dominic!".
Arthur nodded.
"It was through the extra three days in the Origin Essence Liquid Pond. I didn't break through until the beginning of my ninth day".
Niklos nodded slightly before lowering his head slightly and whispering in Arthur's ear.
"Over the next few days, I'm hoping that you can familiarize yourself with the new terrains outside of the Village. I know that you've already begun to do so, however I'll need you at your best in the days to come".
Arthur raised an eyebrow. He knew what his Father was referring to, even if he hadn't said it just yet.
Every 15 to 18 months within Winter Rain Mountain, a caravan from the east would arrive at Winter Rain Mountain, coming to Parachenko Village before circling around and travelling to the other three Villages.
They were a group of merchants from a large city to the east of Winter Rain Mountains. Considering the geography of Azure Envy Continent, if one kept heading west out of the Winter Rain Mountains they were eventually reach the Azure Sea, the westernmost sea within Human Heaven.
There existed quite a large port city in that general vicinity, and was the destination of this merchant caravan every time.
Parachenko Village would always be their first stop, which was a bonus for them, considering that they had first picking at most of their products. Even if they would reserve most of their items for the western coastal city, the Kovacs Clan always had first picking over the other three Villages.
Considering that the collective strength of the Kovacs Clan had decreased by more than half, it would be prudent for them to quickly regather their strengths and consolidate their weaknesses before that time came.
Arthur, along with Leon and Dominic were all Rank 2 Fae Masters, and thus the core strength of the Village. Arthur, even though he was no considered a half-teacher in the eyes of many of the Elders, still had responsibilities to the Clan.
Arthur nodded.
"Don't worry Father. The talent awakening ceremony is in a few days, so that gives us more than three months before the caravan arrives. I might not be able to reach liquid ruby origin essence in that time, but I assure you, I won't remain at this level of strength".
Niklos grinned before patting Arthur on the back.
"Good. Now come home for a day or two. Your mother and siblings miss you after so many days of cultivation".
Arthur smiled politely before nodding and following his Father back to his childhood home. The next stage of the plan, was slowly coming to fruition.
