"Mia." Mervin who had been pacing worriedly in the hall, rushed as soon as they entered the door.
Mia also rushed to her brother and they both hugged each other. He had gone away just for a day, and so many worries had piled up in her life, though he knew Elisa was aware of only a few parts.
Ian sighed as Mia started crying again in Mervin's arms, and as her brother looked at him in confusion, he just shrugged his shoulders and sighed. Though Mia had distanced herself from Ian for the past one year, Mervin was still in touch with him, they even become close like brothers that sometimes Elisa wondered if they were some long-lost friends who had reconciled through Mia.
Helping her sit, Mervin wiped her tears and kissed her head as she leaned in his arms again. Elisa went to bring some water, and Ian just sat across the siblings, giving them some time to recover and talk among themselves.
