A few hours before!
Drying his wet hair, Mia asked, "So what I was saying?"
"Favor?" Kai replied looking at her reflection in the mirror.
"Hmm. Can you come with me to meet an old friend of mine?" Turning off the hair dryer Mia smiled, as he turned around with a grin.
"I will!"
"That's great! Let's go after finishing the breakfast." Kai nodded excitedly as she scooped him in her arms.
After having the breakfast and once Ian left, Mia informed Kaira about her plans and she sent Kai without thinking twice.
"Where are we going?" Kai asked as she helped him wear his mask!
"To BlueMoon!" Mia answered starting the car and Kai squealed in excitement. He heard a lot about the hospital from Mia and also about her staff so he was much excited to meet them.
Smiling through her mask, Mia drove off reaching the place in the next 2 hours since the palace was situated on the outskirts while BlueMoon was the city's heart!
