A month later...
Time soon passed like a day with the things flowing rather speedily than Mia expected. The First public appearance, the round table conferences, the weekly conference, the global meet of leaders and what not, just made her forget about the things outside that cocoon of First lady.
"And here I thought, all I have to do is sit in home and sign a few papers." Mia grumbled slumping back on the bed.
"Bonbonnnnnnnnnnnnn!" Kai rushed inside and crawled on the bed!
"Are you busy?" He asked crossing his legs as Mia sat up right.
"No, do you need something?" Mia asked, her voice a little calmer now.
Nodding his head, he opened his arms and said, "A HUG!"
"Awwww, my baby!" Embracing him tight, Mia smiled as he was the only medicine that would wipe all her tiredness.
"You are a doctor right?" Kai asked breaking the hug and Mia nodded.
