On his way out of the office Me. Knight ran into Aaron.
"Yoh! Boy come here!" he called to Aaron.
"Mr. Knight, checking up on your daughter?"
"I had to see with my own eyes. Are you 100% sure she can use the wolf power source?"
"Yes, Sir."
"good I might still have a chance."
"What does this have to do with me?" Aaron asked.
"You said you love my daughter right? Well take her from that Vampire freak and I'll make it worth your time."
"I already planned on trying to win her over, Sir."
"look kid you don't get it I don't care if she loves you. I don't care if she has other powers. She is going to be a wolf and have wolf babies and finally take her place under me."
"look I don't know what kind of person you think I am, I'm not going to force her to do anything." He responds still confused about what he meant by that statement.
"Kid do you know what kind of power I have? You have seen my vacation home. I own the community you live in. So you can help me and never have to worry about anything financially ever again. Or I'll find another Wolf willing to and you... well let's just say no one will worry about you ever again!"
"are you threatening me?"
"call it what you will. I'll call it business, between men. I'm offering you my daughter's hand. All you have to do is take it. " sigh " think about it kid!" he said as he walked off.
"what the fuck" Aaron said under his breath as he watched his car drive off.
Then heads back into the school.
** back inside**
"so I've got all my classes sorted out." I smile.
"alright well let me walk you back to your dorm room so you can change for the day." Devin said holding my hand.
we walked all the way back holding hands.
Aaron fallows behind making sure to stay hidden.
After I go into my room Aaron confronts Devin.
"hi, look you know I don't like you but I don't know what to do about what just happened. Hell I don't even know what it means but the look in his eye has me scared for Maire."
"What is it?"
" Mr. Knight just offered me his daughter's hand regardless of her feelings, He said if I don't take it he'll find a wolf that can."
"what did you tell him?"
"I'm not that kind of person. Then he threatened me. Look I don't know what to do he is really powerful. I think with enough time I could win her heart but I don't think he is going to wait."
"Well thank you for telling me, and you'll never have her heart. I don't know what I can do for you but I will keep her safe."
I can hear them from in my room. I can't believe my father would go that far. I know I'm not close to him and what ever but I'm his daughter. How does he mean take me? What the hell dad wait till mom hears about this.
I decide then to write my letter to my mom.

Dear mom,
Happy birthday to me.
I know it's not my birthday yet but it will be by the time you read this.
I've got a big problem.
Dad!
He is trying to control my life!
Before you think I'm just being a teenager let me tell you what happened.
So I fell in love with Devin I told you about him before well it turns out he is like me and has more then one power source. Which I think is really cool. I can use all 4 power source when ever I chose. I can even fly.
Devin has helped me so much since I came here and he is a wonderful man. I know you would like him.
However I had two boys here at school fighting over me and I tried just being friends but it didn't work. Aaron and Alex. I told you about them too. Well I went with Aaron for holiday and his family tried to kill me Devin saved me from death's door. (Not the reason I love him that's just icing on the cake)
Well I had him mark me so the other two would back off. which almost worked. One of them did. The other Aaron said he wouldn't give up on me.
Dad came to the school and demanded that I leave the school right now. I refused because I'm finally happy. Now dad is trying to give me away to what ever wolf will "take" me.
I don't even know what he means by that but I don't like it. Mom can you please please please please talk some since in to Dad.
I love you mom and I'm becoming a very strong independent woman. I don't want to have to fight my own father though.

Tara wasn't in the room. So I left her a note
" need to talk. " with a kissy face.
I got dressed in some comfy clothes and I head out to look for Devin. I'm a little nurves to be alone. I know my dad can be crazy, but Devin was right outside my door. Just setting on the floor drawing.
"hey hunny, you look good he said with a smile." he doesn't seem concerned at all.
"says the one that always looks like a dream. "
he laughed.
"let's go get lunch together."
"of course I slept through breakfast."
Devin stands up and takes my hand. Then kisses my forehead. "don't worry love no one will take you from me." he whispered.
"How can you be sure?" sigh "your always so confident."
" I'll tell you in private tonight. For now let's enjoy the day. "
Sometimes I forget that Devin is normally not to talkative around others.
