The propellers had that buzzing sound I've feared so long and escaped so much from. It was the ideal moment to escape with Dawn and Logan as a purposeful distraction.
I slammed a smoke grenade at the ground. Seeing me, Valery obviously knew what she must do. She jumped down from the tree and together, we fled the place. Haven't we, she and I would be held captive by the infamous detective.

Logan's Perspective:
Everything was a fast paced trouble. The people were bedazzled by the smoke that fluttered as they thought it would do them no good. I grabbed Dawn's hand and went through the fog, only to be blocked by a barricade of police officers but amongst them, a particular woman stood strong.
She wore those of the detective we've all heard about--brown coat, a fedora, and a tough smile. Her hair, arranged in thick pig tails, flew. With a single point at us, her officers charged and took our arms. I may not have seen them, but I could see there shadows. We were taken to a helicopter, squashed inside with a dozen more men. They must've thought Dawn was Luna and I was her accomplice. I couldn't blame them. There was smoke, it was unclear, and my friend impersonates the every strand of hair of the woman they're after for.
The helicopter flew away from the island and we were sent back to Schubert City. I had expected they would this. Schubert was where most of the officers were.
The helicopter descended at the tip of a building and then we were brought in through the penthouse. It was an agency governed by the Looker Bureau, a bunch of mad guys, I heard from the locals. Their methods of deduction and reasoning was supreme to the Pokemon International Police, although, they are only stationed here and at Kalos, they're not the Looker International Bureau, after all.
We weren't placed inside the room with a glass window in which on the other side, we were spectated by these so called inspectors. We were moved to a room, quite bright and lovely.
It had curtains, it had a mahogany desk, and chair with wheels, and stacks of books in shelves and on it. There was a Pokemon, a cute but fierce Snubbul who glared and snared at us while the officer who asked us to wait for the chief left to call her.
Minutes later, she came in, and now without the fog, I could say, she was familiar to the both of us. Emma, her name is, if memory aids me well until this point. She sat on her spinning chair and put on her serious face. It seemed all her rambunctious attributes had been sapped out of her life.
"We're not Team Rocket. Alas, I was trying to stop them!" Dawn told Emma.
"I know, I know. You're the victor, and who are you again?"
"Excuse me! I'm a trainer from Sinnoh too! Remember? Team Galatic?"
"Oh, yes, yes. So, you, Logan, is that correct?"
"Yup."
"You've worked alongside Luna, I've heard?"
"Him? No! Of course not. We were stopping her a while ago. She threw one of those grenades that caused the entire place to smoke!"
"Oui, oui, I know."
"Then why arrest us?"
"I never arrested you."
She leaned back. "Wait, what?"
"You leap into the defense of your innocence too quick. All I beg from you is to aid me in this investigation. Mr. Looker is damn pissed by that Luna woman and she wants her to be caught right off."
"She's too good. She defeated my Pokemon."
"Or maybe you were too weak."
"What? No! I am a trainer. I train my Pokemon with utmost respect and guidance."
"Still, you're not the trainer who's much excellent. Haven't you mentioned you're but a girl who competes in what do you call this? Modelling?"
"No! It's called Competitions! C-O-M-P-E-T-I-T-I-O-N!"
"But Logan here, is a real trainer who has experience in the the league. That's why you'll be helping me out to stop her."
"If I'm weak, why am I included?" Dawn tried one of those reverse tricks.
"You're bait, a lure."
She pouted.
"Stop, Luna?"
"Yes. You will be rewarded, of course."
"Why not capture Luna instead of asking for our help? You had the opportunity but you let her free!" Dawn combated.
"I had not. Those two men who claims to be spies from Team Rocket are not actually of theirs, they are our men. Officers disguised with the former uniforms of their past agents. We have been watching you since you stepped foot into this city. We have been also watching Luna and her new associate, Valery, a lieutenant colonel of the said organization. The bureau had long succeeded in fooling her. It is that we gain her trust so we could be assured of every information she has given per checkpoint. This includes her Pokemon."
