The clock struck to the tenth of the second hour past midnight. I expect everyone to be asleep by now. Just like my first time doing this, I was awakened by the sound of my alarm which I purposely set just to seek for more details about what truly happened to the infamous secretary of Team Rocket.
I walked through every hall, making subtle noises until I reached the warehouse and infiltrating the control room. Once more, I stole the microchip but this time, it is the one that contains the archives of the watery Team Aqua. Again, on a lone table somewhere inside the control room, I sat down and plugged in the microchip to my laptop.
For a minute or two it scanned the microchip, even recognizing it as a malware but I did not mind since I truly know what the purpose of the microchip is. I skimmed through their archives, finding that particular biography pertaining to Matori. Having no luck at all, I decided to search her name instead and indeed found out one thing.
She is the secretary of the infamous Archie. I bet she does not even know Giovanni had passed away because of my very own doings. I began to read her biography and here is what it states, "On the month of November, Team Aqua was able to acquire a body found lying somewhere in the Cerulean Cave." The first sentence recalled the time with that gruesome Arlo.
I read further and according to the article, her body was sent to Hoenn, and there she underwent surgery. They were able to remove the bullet but aside from this, the article clearly explained how she was brought to life. Her heart failed, as so as her different organs but Team Magma did not give up so quickly.
With a few of the best surgeons of Team Aqua, they were able to create artificial organs that are not made out of plastic or rubber but rather steal. Basically, they turned Matori into a robot. She does not function with a brain anymore but rather with a CPU. This means the serums were not responsible for her change but rather the extra features they gave her.
She can speak like her old voice through some voice box created out of steel. The artificial voice box can be altered, meaning anyone can edit her voice based on pitch and tone. If I were to guess, they probably based her voice on her old recordings either from her social media accounts or emails.
This freaks me off now that I know she's more of a robot than a human. Now that she is more of a machine, it is absolutely impossible for her to recall her memory. Matori has been rebooted. Despite this, they also wanted to keep Matori like a human so they disagreed to add extra features of a robot such as weaponry and other things similar to this.
If I were to show who she truly is then the only hope is by showing her an image of how she looked before being artificial intelligence. Covered with skin, it is impossible for water to wreck her whole system so she is safe to have showers and play in the rain. I love to play in the rain only sometimes though.
Seeing enough, I shut the computer down and unplugged the microchip from it. I gave a deep yawn while stretching my hands as I returned the microchip to its rightful place. Once again, I walked back to my room and jumped straight into my bed, preparing for a long nap.
Charlotte and Matori, they are my objectives too. I will make sure they return to the organization and as for the brain behind all of these serums, I promise to take my revenge, finding him or her in Galar. Who is the company responsible for this in the first place?
