We then halt during the moment we feel like no one is no longer chasing us. It looks like our eye communication served as a handy-dandy method to think of an alternative plan. Metagross really shook my sanity, and because of it I flinched and was unable to do my real scheme.
"Is the tablet with you?" Zeal asks as she gasps for air.
"Yeah, it's with me," I utter with confidence, looking to my hand and suddenly noticing it was gone.
"Wait what? The last time I checked it was sitting on the palm of my hand all along!"
"Sigh. Where did you leave it?!"
"I don't know! I swear I was bringing it then suddenly... suddenly I felt someone pulling my hand. It was more like a force, something none-living."
"What gobbledygook is this?! We were able to escape from the champion but without the tablet! You could've put it in your bag."
"I was panicking because we were surrounded! It was a stroke of luck that Bagon was able to scratch Steven's face harshly to the point he lost focus on his own Pokemon!"
Our conversation turned into an argument as we blame each other for the loss of the tablet. There is no way we are returning back since I'm done, and I'm not challenging the champion again. I feel like he may be stronger than Red, it is only a feeling though.
And from our argument, the floor begins to collapse as we fall directly beneath it. After collapsing, it revealed a secret portion of the temple that neither anyone of us alongside the other three somewhere back there knows about. Because of this, I directly hit my head on the ground, giving me an unbearable headache to the point I wanted to throw up.
"Luna are you alright?!" Zeal asks with worry.
"Yeah. That thing made me nauseous and dizzy." I mumble softly, trying to handle the pain while massaging my head. Although I am alive, I feel like something wrong is going on inside my head. I have the urge to throw up with the feeling of nausea surrounding me like hell.
"The impact and forces due to bump can cause debris in the inner ear canals to break free. As a result, the free-floating debris moves around in the inner ear and produces symptoms of vertigo and dizziness by signaling to your brain that you are moving when you are not." Zeal explains.
"Enough with science, all this information is making might head hurt even more," I mumble again in response, leaning my body unto the wall for me to rest for a moment.
"Let me see." says, Zeal, kneeling down and willing to help.
"I'm fine Zeal."
"Am I to believe you or your bleeding wound? You know, I've been here in these kinds of situations and I pretty much know how it feels to hit your head on the floor."
"Just don't touch it. Arceus! I'm feeling sleepy all of a sudden."
"Yeah, there is a crack on your cranium."
"Really? How did you know? It is not like you have X-ray vision or something."
"Like I said, I've experienced this before but my crack was just small so I'm fine. For yours, seems pretty small based on the wound. Your feeling sleepy all of a sudden right? Yeah, that is a symptom you have a crack. Do not worry, I have some bandages that can help you for now. Once we return, consult your professor." advises, Zeal as she applies a single bandage on my wound.
"Thanks," I reply back while smiling with bliss to express my deepest gratitude. It seems like Zeal has a tender side after all.
"Oh my." Suddenly, in front in which Zeal is facing me, I see the tablet drifting in front of us. I quickly point my fingers at it, trying to show Zeal the floating tablet. She tilts her head behind and sees it too. The tablet then falls directly unto her, luckily she was able to catch it before it hits her head.
From nothingness, a Pokemon reveals itself in front of us. Mainly black but shaped as an alphabet. Who could it be but an Unown! It only has one eye and it gives me the shivers just by looking directly unto it. It only dropped the tablet and turned invisible. That is all it did, leaving me and Zeal confused.
"Okay then. What was that all about?"
"Now I remember! It was that Pokemon which grabbed the tablet using its psycho thingy."
"Psychokinesis" Zeal clarifies.
"I guess it got bored and decided to steal the tablet and gave it back afterward. Phew, a moment ago I thought the champion was able to catch up."
With everything settled, we were able to find a way out but it took us more than an hour. One is because we were uncertain about our whereabouts plus I am feeling nauseous and dizzy at times so I needed to halt. Luckily, Zeal was there to help me walk and direct where I'm heading. I do not know whether to call her a friend or not since again, she's the type of person who lacks trust or on rare occasions, they trust the person but not fully. Inside them is an inner feeling of alertness and awareness.
Safe and sound we leap back to the water and into the submarine, returning to headquarters with not only the tablet but also the pictures. Once again, Xeryll took charge, controlling the submarine from headquarters. As we return, I sleep on one of the chairs trying to forget the pain that still succumbs to my sanity, very irritating indeed.
I do not know whether this crack is small but critical or long but mild. Like what Zeal said, she assumes it is small but there are times when assumptions may be wrong as well. There were also times when clear fluid leaked from my nose and ears which makes me kinda scared about whatever is happening within my body. I do trust Professor Olive but it would be a lot better if the executives approved the sent email about our suggestion on not only Pokemon Nurses but nurses for people like us instead of depending on your personal professor.
