Chapter 117 - EPISODE 7: Rebirth!*

Amidst the skies of Johto, lies an airship coated in bronze mirrors. These mirrors help the airship stay invisible from one's sight from below. Although, during its visible state, the mirrors contract, showing the bronze coating. The vehicle has the looks of a steampunk airship that uses complex gear systems that move through the power of steam and smoke.

However, little do we know the airship is not alone. Behind its so-called mothership are dozens of airships somewhat similar to the mothership but much smaller. Perhaps it is true what the witnesses say, sky pirates do exist, after all, their airships look like pirate ships but floating in the sky.

Instead of windows, they have cannons of pure black, ready to fire neighborhoods from below. Instead of car machinery, they use propellors for their airships to move, especially their mothership that needs more than five propellors in order to move in a breeze across the sky.

Amidst the pale moonlight, the fleet roams the city under their invisible state despite the fact that most civilians are already asleep. But hey? Better safe than sorry. Inside the mothership lies their captain however, it's a she. She has pale looks, red pupils, white hair. She wears the outfit of a steampunk captain, white leathery jacket matching her cap, long brown leathery boots, and of course, what could be more majestic than golden epaulettes? (Epaulette is a type of shoulder piece.)

Inside, she steers her ship, watching the Pidgeys soar through the night sky, and glancing at the gargantuan moon. Peaceful and silent the mothership is, with the rest of the fleet following her back. Suddenly, two women, identical to each other, indeed they are twins, enter the captain's room, bringing the nightly report.

Since they are twins, they both have black hair and blue pupils. Fair, their complexion is, and they also where the outfit of an elite operative of their fleet. Long leather boots, black outfits matching the style of the captain's apparel, and both have an eye patch on one of their eyes. They go by names Emily and Ebony Stone, both have an age of sixteen.

The only way to differentiate them from one another is by looking at their patches. Ebony's patch always covers her left eye, while Emily's patch always covers her right. They are both loyal and trustworthy to their captain, Captain Lilith.

"Captain." The twins call in a synchronized voice.

"What is your purpose here? It is already late in the evening, the two of you should be asleep." Controlling her ship and staring into the night skies, Lilith murmurs.

"Have you heard of Team Rocket?" Ebony queries.

"They are a group of people, and I've heard they're after the legends of Johto as well," Emily adds.

"Such... a pouty name." In a pitiful yet sarcastic manner, Lilith lets off a soft chuckle, teasing the name of our organization. Hearing the joke, the twins are forced to laugh.

"So... they want to steal Ho-Oh and Lugia from us? Such a pity, they have no clue on how powerful the Rebirth Society is." Lilith laughs with high confidence, thinking she has the ability to take down our organization.

"Of course captain, you are the supreme leader of our fleet after all." With a synchronized voice, the twins appraised her.

"Supreme leader? I am merely a collector." Lilith murmurs.

"... Don't worry little darlings, Ho-Oh and Lugia, I shall harness their power on the palm of my hands. With them, Johto shall turn to dust, and I shall recreate the region with my own image.

Johto will be reborn, under one rule... only then will I become a supreme leader." Lilith continues to murmur with determination.

"Of course captain. The whole fleet salutes to you. The Rebirth Society falls under your command... Soon, Johto will fall to you too." With a synchronized voice, the two praise the captain, kneeling down with respect.

"Disturb not the harmony of fire, ice or lightning..." She mumbles, then laughs hysterically, breaking the quietude of the night.

Meanwhile, late in the evening, Jenny could be seen dashing towards the detective's room with a yellow folder on her hand.

"Jenny? You're still here?" Looker queries, seeing Jenny jolt to his room.

"Detective Looker! The airship, it has been confirmed, there is a new organization on the loose." Jenny panics, placing a yellow folder on the desk of the detective.

"A new organization? Or don't you mean an old one, but was only heard until now? Anyways, how sure are you that the airship belongs to another organization?" Detective Looker queries.

"Detective, one of their members was captured in Cherrygrove. The officers there interrogated the woman and told me everything. They called the Rebirth Society, and that is not only their ship... They have a whole fleet of them." Jenny warned.

"A whole fleet yet we cannot detect them?"

"Perhaps it's because of the mirrors that make them invisible."

"Thank you, Jenny. For now, leave the rest to me. Speak nothing about this." Detective Looker appraises.

"Speak nothing about this?! Detective, but why?" Jenny questions.

"We don't want the whole region to panic don't we?" Detective Looker queries back. Hearing his words, Jenny is left with fear after remembering our organization.

"Luna..." She murmurs to herself, being cautious of the conflicts that may arise between the society and the organization. She then leaves the detective's room and proceeds to her inn to sleep...
