"Absol, deploy for action!" With the toss of the Pokeball, Absol leaps out, ready for action. Seeing me with the bravery and will to fight, I have restored the hopes of my fellow grunts. With eyes of delight, they watch and observe our battle.
"Luna... Don't do this. Look what Lance has done to Xavier, I can't let you be part of such madness as well." With a look of a rag, Charlotte crawls and holds my legs. With her baby doll eyes, she begs, trying earnestly to avoid me ending up with the same fate as Xavier.
"I have promised myself to defend Team Rocket from anyone who opposes it." I murmur to her and remove my leg's grip from her hands as I move closer to Lance.
"Let's make this match an easy one. Dragonite use Hyper Beam!" Lance makes the first move. Dragonite unleashes half of its power towards my Absol.
"This is our perfect opportunity! Absol, use Shadow Claw from behind!" I smirk, the feeling of success surrounds me.
"Heh, Dragon Tail." Without even looking behind, Dragonite's tail glows as it smacks Absol back to the ground, damaging it gravely.
"Don't get intimidated Absol. Sword Dance!" In a single command, Absol pierces its claws to the marble flooring, causing a mini-surge. From above, swords begin to surround her, boosting her power in the process.
"Dragonite, let's do this. Use Dragon Pulse."
"Quick attack to dodge!"
"Absol, stand up! For Giovanni!" I beg, uttering words of encouragement while watching her body tremble as she tries to rise with her hind and feet.
"Ple... Please, Luna. Don't do this." Charlotte pleads, trying to crawl to my feet. I respond with ignorance, persuing to fight for the sake of Team Rocket and Giovanni.
"... You're killing your Pokemon." Charlotte adds with a hoarse voice.
With the match intensifying, I clench my fists with rage while looking down at the marble floorings. Dragonite pauses for a moment, watching my teeth grind against each other.
"So, you have given up?" Lance smirks.
"I... I..." I murmur, then pause for a moment in order to inhale deeply. I then tilt my head to Lance with a powerful rage. I continue my words in a yell, "I never surrendered! Absol, Quick Attack!"
"Pfft. Tough girl. Dragonite, Dragon Claw!" Lance smirks, letting off a soft sigh. His Dragonite jolts to me however Absol dodges and goes straight for the dragon master's heart.
In one blow, Absol pounces on Lance, gathering the attention of every single grunt and Pokemon inside the room.
"Now... you will have a taste of your own medicine. Absol! Use Shadow Claw, and pierce the heart." I shout with aggression, without the urge to hesitate to kill my prey. However, the moment before Absol's paws touches Lance's Chest, a powerful beam of light from the side, interrupts.
"Pouty Pokemon. You have fallen to the hands of an evil being." Mewtwo interrupts, rising from the ground, interrupting everyone's attention. It then extends its arms, as its psychic powers break Mewtwo out of its remaining armor that Lance could not remove.
In a blitz, Mewtwo protects Lance and Dragonite, willing to attack me.
"I had lost hope in humanity, however, you have proven there are those who fight for the good of the world..." Mewtwo utters, looking at Lance's injured body. "And there those, who fight for what they think is right." Slowly, Mewtwo tilts its head to me, glaring and insulting my actions.
"Your title does not make you stronger than me. You are the strongest Pokemon, not the strongest being." I yell back. Mewtwo has failed to intimidate me. With confidence, I gladly accept Mewtwo's challenge to fight me.
"L... Luna, you're no match for the strongest Pokemon. Please, there are times when you need to surrender." With a hoarse throat, Charlotte interrupts and touches my leg. In response, like a complete stranger, I remove my leg's grip on Charlotte's hand ferociously by kicking it.
I then focus, fighting for the sake of Team Rocket, preparing to fight the strongest of them all.
