After falling through the portal, I just kind of floated in the air after a while. I realized that I got that notification in my eyes. It moved the edge of my vision, as I looked at the 'screen' it came to the center of my vision. it read this(author here I'm not going to describe what it looks like I feel like it would be best if you imagined it yourself. tell me how you see it.)

Confused, I said yes after all that was the worst thing that could happen. The second-worst mistakes of my life.

Pain, a lot of pain. my head hurt a lot as my soul was engraved with new-found knowledge. after what felt like hours the pain stopped and I got a new message from the system.

I was starting to be annoyed with my system "then can you tell me how to leave this place" I stated in my kindest voice.

Learning to trust the system I said "inventory"
I had three scrolls named, one-time use safety scroll of teleportation, one-time use scroll of learning, and one-time use still of healing respectively. to be brief teleportation teleports me to one location that I need to be at. scroll of learning gives me one random rune. and the scroll of healing heals anything that won't kill instantly.
but then I noticed that I only have three inventory slots and each one was taken by the scroll.
"how do I get more space"

"fancy" I was disappointed, but I had to leave first.

more pain a lot more suffering than before. my eyes went dark either to the pain or the teleport scroll.
after about three minutes my vision cleared and I was in a factory-like structure. with conveyor belts and presses and buttons and stuff (guys give me a break ok I've never been to a factory.) I would like to focus on the conveyor belts and on top of said conveyor belts are baby souls.
"hey, system what does your handy dandy say about where we are," I said quietly.
