(Oliver in his head) I was able to lose the bullies in some bushes near my house. When I got home I told Grandma and she handed me this book. She said it is a how to summon "the grate protector" whatever that means. A couple days has passed and I think I got the hang of this!
A week later and I finally heard something in the woods. When I was looking for where the sound came from I saw it.
It was as tall has the trees, it's skin looked like bark, and yet its present was strangely comforting.
A day later I found out how to communicate with it! We would draw pictures and words on the ground. One day I asked it why it had the title the great protector. It responded with that it likes being with people Who aren't afraid of it and, that it will do anything to protect that person. I also asked it if it was like me to bring snacks next time. It said yes.
The next day I brought some cookies and, I told it about my bullies. It asked if I had any pictures of them. I pulled out my yearbook and pointed them out.
