I awake in a daze in an unfamiliar place.

"What happened? Where am I"?

I'm struggling to keep my eyes open. I look around.

"What is this place"?

Around me was a desk, a bunch of snow globes and a door.

"How did I get here"?

I'm unable to remember anything but a name.

"Kobi. Is that my name"?

I struggle to stand up. Standing upright I stumble around.

"Whoa"!

I find myself at the door. As I open the door I find myself lost in the eyes of a beautiful young woman.

"Oh you're awake! You've been out for quite a while".

Coming back to earth I ask a question.

"How long have I been out for?" She Replied

"Not Too Sure. All I know is that diamond and a light brown haired weirdo brought you here".

Hearing those words put a shiver down my spine.

"By the way I'm Emerald"! She Said.

I follow with a reply.

"Pleased to meet you but I Don't know my name".

A young girl with white hair appeared behind Emerald. She spoke up.

"Hi kobi your finally awake!"

So my name is kobi. I respond without thinking.

"Hey um you?"

Her Cheery expression fades to a sad one.

"Oh I see you don't remember me."

Feeling sad I guess her name to cheer her up.

"it's Diamond right."

From their look on her face I think I guessed right. Emerald speaks up.

"Why don't you two come down for breakfast."

As she says that my stomach rumbles. "Guuuar."

As we head down the stairs I notice a pool outside. Looking at the table I see tow other girls. One with beautiful long blue hair and the other with long and firey hair. Emerald speaks.

"The blue hair one is Sapphire and the other one is Ruby."

With that information I give a compliment.

"Was your father a thief because you two must be the treasure he stole."

A frown starts to appear on Ruby's face. But then. "Ding Dong." A noise comes from the door. Ruby says.

"I'll get it."

And with that she runs to the door. Then Emerald says something random.

"So this is the boy that almost killed you?"

Before anyone can answer Ruby comes back and holds something to my face.

"here take it."

It's a red crystal covered in white clear crystal. I touch it. "Vom."

As I touch the crystal it makes a sound and somehow I absorb it.

"Oh."

Suddenly a mysterious figure comes out from the corner. He says something weird

"A fragment of your memories and abilities will Return in three seconds."

Suddenly memories flood back. A man in black and green clothing and a name.

"Jacob?"

Diamond speaks with a concerned voice

"Are you ok?"

I respond with another question.

"Who's Jacob?"

Diamond Responds Carefully

"He's your friend from school but."

She Lowered her voice.

"You guys stopped hanging out recently."

Ruby Shouts.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY WERE HANGING OUT A FEW DAYS AGO!"

Then I shout.

"I'm too confused"

Then everyone looks at me… I change the topic

"I think that gem restored some of my memories"

Sapphire mutters to herself in a tone that no-one could hear but the narrator can pick up on so that it goes on the page.

"if he remembers too much then he could become a threat."

Wondering what sapphire said I eat the breakfast that's been sitting in front of me for the past five minutes… after a while I remember the figure in the corner. But before I can do anything Emerald pushes all of us out the door saying.

"Time for school get going or you'll be late."

And with that I follow the others. Along the way I ask many questions that Diamond answers. After about ten min's we arrive at a large building.

"where are we?" I ask.

"We're at school." Sapphire answers.

And that's how the first morning of my new life went.
