Chapter 1 - The Truth Of Origin

Since time immemorial, there existed two types of beings: the Primordial Origin and Heaven and Earth.

We called them 'beings,' but they were forces of energy that achieved true sentience, allowing them to gain full consciousness of their environment.

Although they didn't know much around them, there was something they were wholly aware of and were different. There is no being like them. However, that wasn't the only thing they knew.

There was something that they understood, and that was a rivalry—one so intense, so innate, and so primal. And the source of that rivalry was none other than their very existence.

This rivalry had lasted for a very long time, and thanks to it, they learned of emotions such as hate, despise, and many dark sentiments. But there weren't only dark emotions in them, as Primordial Origin learned some other feelings such as pride, serenity, interest, satisfaction, and many more.

However, while Heaven and Earth was a powerful entity, it was nothing but a weakling to Primordial Origin, making its dark emotions powerful.

Primordial Origin, as its name indicates, was the Origin of everything, including Heaven and Earth. It was nothing but an amalgamation of Primordial Origin that mutated and became its own entity. It was hell-bent on destroying its source, Primordial Origin.

Yet rarely had a fake ever possessed the ability to conquer its original self truly, and the same case was here.

Heaven and Earth failed to destroy Primordial Origin and become the most robust entity. Because Heaven and Earth weren't resigned with its fate and still wanted to rebel against Primordial Origin, the only path laid out in front of it was to seep into Primordial Origin and overcome it slowly.

It wanted to become the Almighty existence that Primordial Origin, which drove its greed into overdrive—letting it take the risk of being entirely absorbed by Primordial Origin, and return to being one with it.

But even so, as Heaven and Earth started losing its power, Heaven and Earth had finally reached the core. The real source of Primordial Origin.

As planned, Heaven and Earth began to devour Primordial Origin from within. This had slowly allowed it to grow. With every second it was inside, its strength increased, and more soul essence did it absorb. This, in turn, was slowly helping it to dominate Primordial Origin.

When it realized what's happening, it was already too late. However, Primordial Origin wouldn't give up that easily. It wouldn't allow its rival to win. Thus before Heaven and Earth were able to eat more, Primordial Origin gathered every part of its 'being' that it could collect and compressed it into a small shard the size of a hand.

That being the case, how could it be an ordinary shard. It was, after all, the shard housing the remaining soul of Primordial Origin.

Incidentally, Heaven and Earth seemed to have seen through Primordial Origin's plot and made its impact.

More than half of Primordial Origin was lost, making its escape even more difficult, as its big and powerful soul was reduced to a quarter of its actual size.

Wounded and on the verge of ceasing to exist, Primordial Origin used what little control it still had on its core and extracted a chunk of what is now, (Heaven and Earth's soul).

Since this was its last-ditch effort at hoping to persist, Primordial Origin didn't dally and took this chunk of soul. To sum up, the energy that made it.

Primordial Origin and Heaven and Earth were at the end of the day, just energies with a soul. But, even though they have a soul, their main composition was still energy. Immediately, Primordial Origin fused the chunk that it was able to extract, blended it with the remaining quarter of a soul that it had.

Yet, something weird happened at that moment. Instead of becoming a part of Primordial Origin, the soul fragment now had more substance-change forms and became something called [Chaos Harmony Scripture].

During that time, Primordial Origin had no time to ponder what happened to it. It was, after all, in an uncertain situation. Sensing that it didn't have much time left, Primordial Origin saw its demise nearing, making Chaos Harmony Scripture split a part of itself and recreate a similar shard to before. But this time, it had a will in it.

Primordial Origin wasn't able to save itself, but it was sure that if the message imprinted on the shard and the Chaos Harmony Scripture achieved their purpose, there was hope for revenge on Heaven and Earth.

On the run and being nothing but remains of energy and essence that signify Primordial Origin's existence, the shard and the mantra moved and fled throughout the Universe.

Due to their conflict, Heaven and Earth, and Primordial Origin weren't able to explore the vast Universe that houses them. This gave the remnants of Primordial Origin a possibility, a chance for survival.

A long time after that, the pieces of Primordial Origin almost ran out of energy. They looked lifeless as if they were about to die. However, before that happened, they felt a tug in their being, prompting them to go to a place. Following the pull, they arrived at a place they had never visited before.

It was a planet that seemed to have invisible chains surrounding it, locking its existence from the outside world. Nearing the place, the shard and the weird scroll felt the tug that they felt before, intensified.

It was as if they always had the ability, the two remnants of Primordial Origin fused again. But this time, they became a key that fit precisely in the lock, chaining the planet. The lock materialized when they got closed to it. This allowed them to enter the chained world.

When the key entered the closed off-planet, a white light encompassed it, making the world's inhabitants, strong or weak, close their eyes. It was as if looking at the white light was a blasphemy.

When the light dimmed, the most potent existences in that world could sense terrifying energy, never felt before, coming from the place where the light ended. Yet before they could check its whereabouts, or what it was. It disappeared as quickly as it emerged.

Unknown to these beings, the energy didn't disappear. Although, it split itself into three parts: the shard and the Chaos Harmony Scripture. While the last one was eerie red-coloured energy that entered the other two, turning them into the same shade of red for a moment, before returning them to their original transparent colours.

Finally, they went to the spot where they felt the most danger was—after that, they entered a cave before lying down and resting.
