He woke up and look around him. He was in a bed. Alice was lying beside him. The curtains were closed and it looks like he's in a cabin. He sat down. Alice woke up when he moved. "Heya Alice, how have you been?" he said to her. She started crying "Idiot why did you suddenly ran off just like that! I was so lonely training all by myself since I can't do the activities that we were supposed to do!" she said. He hugged her tightly.
"How long was I out?"
He said after letting her go. "About an hour" she replied. " What actually happened to me? All I remember is that I defeated the assassin." he said." You were stuck in a pit for 3 days." she replied. Not knowing what to say he just sat there.
"I have something to tell you. I lied about the dragon being an admin. The truth is the world isn't a system, the dragon is. The shadow dragon was made from all of the selfish desires of people. The selfish desire of wanting to control and rule the world, which is why the dragon became a system." she said.
"Why lie? " he replied.
"I thought that if I told you the truth you would start to bare all of those desires and start to change." she said. He chuckled "Don't worry I won't" he said with a smile."Even if there's the selfish desires of a million people inside me I won't change" he then added. He then remembered something, someone telling him to not trust the one pulling the strings and that he isn't human. " Alice, am I human?" he said. She looked downwards "No but the truth is I don't really know how" she said.
"Well I'm gonna take a bath" he said. "Okay, here's your bag" she said as she hands him his bag. He went to the bathroom. Alice thought to herself "Seems like Leon's observing us again" as she felt Leon's presence.
