Meanwhile, Leon also hurried back to the academy, and after giving his bracelet to one of the teachers, he left for the palace. He had to see his mother. Daneel followed him.
Leon and Daneel arrived in front of the Emperess's bedroom. After chasing the two guards there, Leon tasked Daneel to guard the room while intercepting anybody who would come.
Leon entered the bedroom and immediately bowed.
''Greetings, mother. How have you been?" Leon asked.
''Well, now that you have come to visit me. Come closer, Leon, let mother look at you. '' Empress Lillia said, beckoning Leon to sit next to her.
