My eyes are tearing up,
The tears are streaming down my cheeks,
My throat is aching,
And I'm screaming his name out so loud,
All I hear is a ringing in my ears.
His hands are gentle,
His fingers are softer than marshmallows.
Yet,
His glare is more evil than Satan himself.
He's got a strong grip,
His smile is one I've never seen before. . . and that's in a bad way.

Remember when I mentioned Merrydred didn't have a single alpha? Have you wondered why? Well, Merrydred was a cruel town, but also a town of love and peace. When an Alpha was born into a family, the alpha was either abandoned at the bottom of the mountain, dropped down one of the cliff sides, or their throats were cut as soon as they were identified as an alpha. The town had a visible good side, and that was a secret bad side that no one shared with each other. The reason Merrydred didn't have a hierarchy was because when the town had a Queen, she was an omega and alphas always seeked out to do horrid things to her. So we got rid of the hierarchy, and we killed all alphas around - and that's the history of Merrydred; at least that's what I know of.

My heart begins to pound loudly in my chest, I feel as though it's going to break if I even see a tiny bit of blood on him, or the walls around. Just as we turn the corner, my legs immediately freeze and I stare, my body trembling in horror. Lilith wraps her arms around my right arm, hugging into it and whimpering. I growl at the person near the hole, looking into it. I narrow my eyes at the darkness, seeing Mikey avoid their hand the best he can.
"Mikey!" Lilith suddenly shouts with her soft, calming voice towards the young boy who was shivering in fear, desperately trying to get away from the person. Said person paused, looking up at us. He looks young, maybe a year or two older than me. He stares, and I notice a snarl starting to come upon him. He gets up, much taller than me, which means much taller than Lilith - or at least by a foot or so. He reaches his hand out, grabs Lilith by the hair and I hear her cry out in pain when he pulls her off my arm. He grabs me by my chin, lifting my gaze up to meet his eyes. He strokes my cheek gently, giving a terrifyingly psychopathic-like grin.
"Come along now, don't want any of you catching a cold in this 'ere alleyway." He pulls off, his smile forming into one that resembled my mother's - warm and simple. I finally feel my body returning to me control and I dart my eyes to where Mikey was, noticing Lilith with him in her arms. I sigh gently, stepping forwards and biting my lip in pain. He glances down at me and I feel my feet lift off the ground and I flinch when I realize he's picked me up. "No time to waste, hurry along now." I wrap my arms tightly around his neck as he turns, holding on for dear life. I hear him quietly chuckle and blush from embarrassment, huffing down at Lilith and Mikey who were both giggling up at me.
"Where are we even going?" I blurt out after a while of silence, lifting my upper body up and looking down at him, only to be met by no answer. "Hello??" I bonk him on the head and he flinches, glaring up at me and I gulp. I look away almost immediately, not catching the smile appearing on his face when he finally approaches a large, white building supported by long, bulky pillars and several statues surrounding the area. I yelp when he suddenly lets me down, looking forwards without another word, and continuing to walk. My legs feel like jelly still, I feel them shivering, but. . . they don't move an inch, they don't even shake. What is this feeling? Anxiety? Fear? The madness of watching your loved ones die in front of you creeping in? Maybe. My throat has a lump in it. I feel like something will come jumping out and I'll puke my guts out. It's the type of lump where you're completely unable to talk without crying and breaking down; but the type of lump you feel when you're about to puke. The type of lump you feel while your anger is bubbling inside of you.
Why do I feel this?
"Hurry up kids." He gives us all a smile and I step forward and start following Lilith and Mikey as they run after him. I feel sluggish, my legs are dragging behind me it seems, but I still carry on. I walk up the few front steps, then stand behind him silently while he waits for those huge white doors to open. He pats my back, pushing me forwards gently when someone pulls them open without any sound other than a whoosh noise. I stagger inside, glancing back at him with clear anxiety showing on my face. "Calm down, it's not that scary." He grumbled, walking past me, gripping my hand, and dragging me behind him with the other two following soon after.
"Ow! You're hurting my hand!" I yell in a whisper, abruptly stopping and trying to pull my hand off.
He turns to me, his grip tightening. "Shut it before I make you, alright?" He smiles with a hint of evil and I feel my body shiver in his presence.
"Fine. . ." I mumble, looking away and following along obediently like some sort of dog. He pulls me into a dark room, then dragging Lilith and Mikey in shortly after. He closes the door, then reaches up to the light and flicks it on. He turns to us, eyeing me silently.
" 'Ave a seat then." He simply says, crossing over the room and starting to sort out a desk of things. Lilith pulls Mikey over to me and lets him run into my arms. I yelp, being knocked back and into a conveniently placed couch, one leg on, and the other off. I grunt, ruffling up his messy hair and stroking his tears away, giving him a meaningless smile. Me smiles back goofily, cuddling into my somewhat warmer body. I sigh, kissing his forehead and shifting into a comfortable position, tilting him back to lay his head on my shoulder to fall asleep. Lilith sits next to me silently, her eyes locked on the other person in the room.
"So. . . What's your name, sir?" She asks, sitting up, then putting her chin in her hands as she gazes at him unconsciously.
"London." He turns to her, brushing hair from his face and crossing his arms. I somehow didn't notice his hair was a beautiful golden blonde, his eyes a gorgeous crimson red while his lips look soft and are a light tint of pink. "Eyeing me up now, boy?" I blink as we meet eyes, and I feel my face become hot and I look away quickly.
". . .You have a nice name!" Lilith chirps in, and there's clearly a string of jealousy in her voice - but why? I huff, taking a moment to make the warmth in my cheeks disappear before glancing at them both. A shiver goes up my spine at the sight.
"Jealous now, miss?" He asks with a cold, toneless voice. She glares up at him, gritting her teeth.
"Of course not, but you seem to have an ill intention towards Xavier!" I blink, visibly confused and he smiles at this, his red eyes shimmering, even in the dim corner he was leaned into.
"Now, where 'ave you got that from?" He asks, pushing his body upright and walking over to her, gripping her by her chin roughly and forcing her to look right up at him.
"Hey, let her go!" I randomly burst out, moving over and gripping his arm, trying to pull him off; I fail miserably. He chuckles lightly, pushing her away gently, then turning to me and twisting his arm to get my grip loose. He grabs a fistful of my hair and I cry out in pain, grab his wrist and feel tears leaving my eyes. He uses his other hand to stroke them away, a neutral look on his face.
"Now, you all either listen to me, or I force you to. Got it?" He says after a while of silence, but he seemed to keep his eyes only on me when he spoke. I look away for a split second to see Lilith cradling Mikey as he stares at me with a terrified look on his face. I stay silent, nodding my head after a while and he releases my hair, allowing me to step back and pull Mikey into my arms as he begins to wail. "Good." He pauses for a moment to watch the door open, the light floods in and I cover my eyes from how bright it was. "Now stay here and behave." He moves, walking towards the door and closing it behind him, but before he does I watch him whisper into a man's ear and then follow him slowly.
"Are you okay, big brother?" Mikey whines up at me and I look down at him with a soft smile.
"I'm fine, did you at least have a good sleep?" He nods quietly, placing his head on my chest and gripping my shirt as he closed his eyes.
"I don't like him very much." Lilith says after a while, her arms crossed with a moody look smudged all over her face.
"Don't be like that Lillith, you decided to try and fight him in the first place." I huff, stroking Mikey's hair before leaning back on the couch and leaning my head back. "You should get some rest." I look over to her, watching her blink before nodding in response. She faces away from me and I settle Mikey down by her and he wraps his arm around her stomach for comfort. She sighs and turns around, hugging him back and soon falling asleep with him. I get up after a few minutes of silence, walking towards the door London left through and reaching for the handle. I pause when my hand gets close to the handle, staring at it while it begins to tremble.
I take a deep breath and grip the handle silently and push it down and slowly pull the left side of the two doors open. I peek my head out for a few minutes before squeezing my small figure through the tiny gap I made between the two doors. I push the door closed gently to avoid any loud noise and look around for around 5 minutes before turning and walking down the large hallway and towards the first doors he had taken us through. I quickly hurry to it and turn the handle, pulling it open and freezing immediately. London pauses, staring down at me with a frown, and a pissed off look in his eyes. I step back and he follows with a large step. I gulp loudly, stepping back more with him following every few steps I take.
"G-get away from me!" I yell, feeling tears escaping my eyes and my body soon becomes a trembling mess.
He chuckles, opening his mouth to speak, "I told you to follow my orders." Is all he says before he backs me up into a corner. I tremble in pure fear, but soon duck under his arm to avoid him grabbing my hair again. I shove past him and run towards the door and I feel like I'm going to collapse every step I take. I find myself running through the dark streets and towards where Xeno died.
My eyes are wide and the tears are streaming down like rivers. I try to wipe them all away, but they keep returning. I keep my eyes ahead of me and scream for help. From anyone. I need help from anyone. Absolutely anyone. I hear his thudding steps right behind me, but I seem to be a lot quicker. I look at the mountains that hide this town ahead of me and I push myself to go quicker. Dad is near. I know it. I look up at a figure standing on the edge of one of the mountains and I slow down with widening eyes.
"Come here!" I hear London yeel and I feel him grip my arm and pull me back and into his body. I stare ahead of me, then down to notice I was at the very edge of a sheer drop - wait, how the hell did I get here?! Was I watching myself on the edge? No, I couldn't have. "You damn idiot, running to your death." He yells loudly and I look up at him with a face of terror and upset. His expression softens after a while and he sighs, pulling me back a bit more and ruffling up my hair. "Don't do that again, got it kid?"
"You're a kid yourself." I mutter, watching his expression change and he lets out a small chuckle.
"True." He says after he finishes having a small laugh, he keeps ahold of my wrist and looks around. "Say, why don't we have some. . . Fun?" I blink, why did he say 'fun' the way he did?
"Uh. . . Sure?" I say hesitantly and he has that smile forming on his face that you can't read what he's trying to express. He turns me around so my back is on his front and he wraps his arms around my stomach. "W-what are you doing?!" I yell, looking up at him.
"Relax. I won't do anything." He leans down and places his chin on my head. I feel his muscles relax and he breathes out quietly and I notice a white mist leaving his mouth. It doesn't feel cold, but how cold even is it?I'm wearing a button-up school shirt with school trousers while he's wearing a thick black hoodie, jeans and some shoes. Wait. I'm not wearing shoes.
"The ground hurts. . ." I mutter, and I watch him open his eyes to look down at me.
"You ran all the way here, and only just noticed that the ground hurts without shoes?" He asks with a smile and I feel my face become hot with embarrassment again and I quickly look away. "You get embarrassed easily." He chuckles, gripping my chin and turning it to face him. I watch his eyes look down and he brushes his thumb against my lip and I slightly pull away, feeling uncomfortable.
"Don't do that. . ." I whisper and stare into his eyes as I feel his muscles tense. I feel my head begin to hurt and my throat become sore, maybe it's from screaming so much earlier. He glares down at me and I yelp at how strong his grip becomes. "Ow! That hurts! Stop it!" A sadistic smile appears upon his lips and he chuckles in an evil way. I feel fear crawl up my spine and the next thing I know is that I'm screaming in pain with tears streaming down my eyes and blood dripping out my mouth.
He places his hand on my cheek, rubbing away my tears and a smirk comes across his face that strikes so much fear it's worse than meeting the devil himself - unless this boy is the Devil himself in a human form.

Author's Note:
The rest of the chapter will be continuing on through the next upload.
I expect there to be 2-3 parts of this one chapter.
It's relatively long, so I decided to publish the parts over the next few weeks.
Every once in a while, there will be chapters like this one where they are a lot longer and I spend more time (1-2 months) on them.
