As we talked about the world we both belong to now we became hungrier and hungrier. we decided to go hunting in the bad part of town where all of the muggers are, so we don't have to kill good innocent people.
The alleyway was damp, littered with syringes, and other paraphernalia. A woman just walked by with hooded guy following close behind. We wait a few seconds then follow the guy with the hood, and sure enough he pulled out gun and pointed it at the woman. "Give me the purse," the hooded man says without knowing Alice and I were running right for him. I jump at him from three feet away, knock the gun out of his hand. He then pulled a knife and tried to stab me in the stomach, Alice runs up from behind without him knowing and kicks him in the back breaking his spine. The woman screams in terror And starts running.
"We're not going to hurt you lady, we just need 16oz of this guy's blood!," I exclaim so she doesn't get the wrong idea. "Ladies get the first bight first."
"I don't know if can do this," Alice says as she begins to tear up.
"I know what you mean but we have to drink 8oz of human blood a day, or we will die," I explain.
"Okay if I need too to survive," Alice says before biting into the mugger's neck, with tears rolling down her cheek.
I lean in and give her a hug. "It's going to be okay Alice, it's going to be okay," I say softly.
Back at the apartment I tell Alice about my past and how I got to this point in my eternal life.
"So you're an orphan too and I'm coming with you to MT Daigon, that's where my parents were died, they're bodies were found torn apart in an the woods next to a tree with summoning circle carved into the wood and a note saying < Be warned people who dig to deep end up in hell > it was signed with the letter S and the numbers 666,"
Alice explained. I give her a big hug and a kiss on the cheek and she turned her face and kissed me on the lips.
"Good night Alice, I love you" I say form the couch to bedroom.
"Night, love you too Jack," Alice replies with a
yawn.
