"You interrupted my seclusion for this! Who did you offend?" asked the one-armed old man.
"I have not the slightest idea. The only Core Formation elder away from the sect is Mao Gengxin, I sent him on a mission to collect tribute from the Grim Fate sect," replied the scar-faced sect leader.
"You know Mao Gengxin is arrogant and unruly," said the one-armed old man as he hit the scar-faced sect leader across the face with his cane, planting another bloody gash that would no doubt create another scar.
"He is most likely the cause of our recent troubles. I'll go investigate the Grim Fate Sect. You clean up this mess you've made."
The one-armed old man summoned a cloud of miasma and soared off towards the Grim Fate Sect. Although he would not protect his demonic sect members, they still were his minions. Since someone dared to trample on his dignity as a Nascent Soul cultivator, he would go to seek revenge!
