"Who said I have no ring?"
Her lips fell open,
"You already have a ring?"
Michael smiled and pinched her chin,
"Just tell me whenever you're ready and we're getting married the next day."
Her cheeks turned a shade of red and she swallowed the food in her mouth.
He was serious.
Diana was about to say something she heard her phone ringing from the room, so she went to answer the call.
When she returned, Michael asked who it was,
"it was my dad, he is wedding in a few days, he wants me to be present."
She had no expression on her face when she said it, so Michael wondered if she was angry,
"are you going?"
Diana chuckled and took her position on his thigh,
"of course. I told you I'm no longer annoyed about it. Let's go together."
"Okay."
After dinner, they washed the dishes together, before Michael went in to shower and she lay on the bed.
